Fallout trilogy > problem download > Fallout (E :) > E: / is not a valid Win32 Application.)
I just got the trilogy Fallout game for Christmas. I was downloading on my Windows XP laptop. I jumped the drive and nothing happened. I checked the computer room to look for the removable disk, I found Fallout (E :) and clicked on it, it normally start the Setup and let the installation program to download, then install, so allow me to play the game.)
But when I clicked on what came was "E: / is not a valid Win32 Application."
I assume that Win32 is Windows XP? And on the game, it says it requires OS: Win90/2000/XP with DirectX 7.0 or later/Vista version.
I just got my laptop completely wipe clean and load Windows XP on it to him. He used to have Windows Vista Home Basic, the Fallout 1 game, I used to have downloaded without problem. Fallout trilogy has 1 Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
If you can please tell me how I can download this soon so I can play the game, I'm pretty frustrated and upset because my cousin has spent hours looking for this game, and it was the last available at the 5th GameStop he went to.
Hello
Here is some information that may be beneficial to get a resolution to your inquiry.
If you had installed Fallout3 mode "Run As Amin" and will still have problems. Uninstallation of Fallout 3. Install the following Microsoft DirectXhttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3 and that reinstall Fallout 3, mode 'run as administrator '.
Do not install the latest patch yet. Run Fallout3. If it works well, do a system restore point. Then install the latest patch.
In addition, when a right click on the .exe file, it should be a 'compatibility' tab, if necessary, please try to install the .exe file in Windows XP SP2. I hope that this information is beneficial.
Thank you

Dv6707us: BIOS download not a valid Win32 application
I have a DV6707US with an AMD processor and 2 GB of RAM. I need to Flash the bios. I downloaded the latest and most recent versions. I started on a WinPE disk, because the laptop is not a hard drive at the moment.
But the WinPE always tells me that the bios is not a valid Win32 application. The bios numbers are sp52477 and sp48124.
I then tried a startup BACK key, but they were not valid here either.
WinPE is XP 32 bit. Which should be good, I think.
So I'm stuck.
BTW, this forum doesn't seem to like the Chrome browser. Driver downloads did not show on engine webkit or blink, nor could I find in this forum.
I hope someone has an answer to the problem of bios, because the fate of the laptop hinges on the updating of the bios.
I loaded Vista x 32 on the machine and the bios is doing the same thing. Not a Win32 application invalid. What to do in a situation like this? It will not run under Windows or DOS.
Thank you.
This site looks wacked out for me. I have responded to this topic 10 minutes ago and do not see it now.
I downloaded the bios again on the machine itself - same browser. This time the download is good. So this immediate problem is solved.

The system is windows XP Home edition 2002 Service Pack 2
Hi Craig,.
-Where you download Windows Installer from?
Possible causes of this error are:
-The file is corrupt, missing, or bad.
-The file is not designed for your version of Windows.
If the file or program you are trying to run is damaged or missing, Windows will be unable to run the file correctly and generates this error message. Re-download the file install the same.
In addition, see the following articles to solve the problems of Windows Installer:

On a side note, I recommend you upgrade to Service Pack 3 to continue to receive updates for Windows XP security.

This error message came while the TurboTax2011 program was the location of D. I asked TurboTax answer just support group and they felet it was s defective drive. Then Justy response gave me advice to contact Microsoft and ask the support group to see if the program Windows win32 file has been corrupted. When I get my replacement of TurboTax 2011, I will try to download tis agaion so I can make my 2011 tax return. * E-mail address is removed from the privacy *.
First of all, you want to say 'install', not 'download '.
Secondly, we have a number of problems in installing TurboTax 2011 that have nothing to do with a faulty CD - even though it was my first reaction when I got such a mistake - although it was not the exact message that you declare.
This article of TurboTax resolved things for me:
http://TurboTax.Intuit.com/support/IQ/install-product/-TurboTax-2011-Installer-has-encountered-a-problem-and-needs-to-close--message-when-installing/SLN54916.htmlYou may also have received a message such as "the installer must close" or "Abnormal program termination". See http://turbotax.intuit.com/support/iq/Install-Product/Visual-C---Runtime-Error-When-Installing-TurboTax-2011/SLN54764.html (but that did not help in my case; I had to use the procedure above).

I am fill in online forms. Under a form 'your income of State', the site does not recognize the entry as with or without the dollar sign $. Tech MNSURE messages saying that this kind of problems is probably browser issues. The site MNSURE says it works well with Firefox 17, 22 and 24.
I can't think of a change in 26 of Firefox that affect how a Web site interprets numbers. I suggest you enter only numbers and decimal point, in other words, let the comma of a number like 10,000.00.
If you run Firefox 24 just for a Web site, you can use the "Portable" version It is a non-official Firefox package that you can run on a folder or a USB flash drive. It does not change your existing settings. You can choose your language from this page:
