  Sorry if you think that the complaints of not being able to see your question are dumb. But it is very difficult, and after complaining over a year my frustration is very high.

  Regarding the removal of the entry in your address book for hugs and Cookies, is nothing of the sort. Thunderbird use your display name in address book preferences to fill the list.

  Of the last 100 people who came here to complain that the mail of a person was in fact someone else. Their book of addresses for this person was the cause in probably 99 of them.

  My apologies for posting this here, but I could not find a general forum "buying." Basically, I am based in the United Kingdom and I would buy the education of Production Premium CS5.5 Amazon version. I would like to know if the CS6 free update remain valid if you purchase outside of Adobe software? I know that this is the case in North America, but we have the terms different policy who fail everything about buying from a dealer.

  I am relatively sure that policy came under CS5 has go but I would also like to know if the education UK versions are allowed to be used for commercial work now? As I said, I'm fairly certain that it is correct, but I can't find a definitive answer on the site.

  Customer education will be eligibile for the upgrade in the world.  For best results of this program, I recommend buying your product from Adobe directly.  You may need to take additional measures in order to receive the upgrade of the client purchasing from an authorized reseller.  If you don't buy from a dealer, of that I recommend you to keep your proof of purchase available as it may be necessary to prove eligibility.

  If you have the serial number CS5 and CS5 product, we couldn't actually Photoshop, Creative Suite... I n ' see why it wouldn't work.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  As you read, it's the companies that control the release (via the official methods) of packages of OS to their end-users... so is the logical place to ask your question, I think with them. Indeed, the 10.3.1 branch had I think 4 releases more given that the one you are on, and there were 10 in the 10.3.2 branch... so your OS is indeed quite old now (and, if reports here should be used as an indicator, this version was also very problematic indeed).

  But you also involved information it is important to keep separate. 10.3.1.1779 is a "software version", while 10.3.2.2339 is a value of BONE. They are different things, and depending on who you are chatting with or what tools you use, it is important to work with the right pair. Via the toolsets official (LINK, OTA updates, Update Web site), SR it what is used. But, for the discussions here as well as unofficial toolsets (ADF Knowyou), the real value of the OS is what means the most. Reference:

  The key on getting updates, is that someone else is controlling what is offered by any official means... usually it's the carrier. But it's really a moot point anyway... If the official methods offer something new, there is no way to force them to do so. The only way to get around the controls is to switch to non-official methods and take control over exactly what OS is installed on your device.

  Of course, before you start this, you want a good backup link, a manual copy of the memory of your device to your PC and complete documentation of your configuration (identification information of account, adding applications, configurations, etc.).   Please check which country is using your Adobe ID. The country must match the store you purchase and the payment address.

  Hi all, I have a HP Pavilion tx2000 bought a few years ago on a trip to Malaysia. Great! So where should I go from here? It's bin, lose faith in HP or y at - it someone somewhere who can point me in the right direction in getting it fixed please? Seems like a resident of the United Kingdom, we do not have the same rights as American citizens that our money is the same when it comes to profit...

  All I want is a working laptop nothing more please lol...

  Most of America and the Japan Saudi Arabia use lower voltages (110-127 volts, frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz).

  The rest of the world uses higher voltages (220-240 volts, 50 or 60 Hz).

  So it's probably anywhere in Europe to get 120-127 volts models you want; You'll probably have to import them from the USA.

  @banhien "all I have to do is to have adapters.

  It's usually pretty simple (and relatively cheap) for consumer devices (which some will probably be dual voltage anyway, so no need to voltage conversion adapters).

  But for trade devices, energy consumption is usually rather higher (e.g., 425 watts for LaserJet M451), a suitable step-down transformer (bigger, heavier and more expensive than an adapter) is usually required to run a model 110-127 volts on power supply of 220-240 volt UK; the transformer may need a much more high-power to deal with "turn on" the surge (I dunno if this is the case or not).

  Apparently, the difference in power supply frequency (50 Hz to the United Kingdom, 60 Hz in the United States) is not usually a problem (adapters and step-down transformers only change voltage, not frequency).
