  There maybe problems of compatibility with the launcher Ubisoft, I suggest you try to do is go to the icon on the desktop right click - compatibility mode - run in 2 of Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Vista Service pack.   I can't understand it. I've updated windows vista 32 bit. I've updated my card graphics and directx 9 drivers. I also tried to reinstall and I downloaded from different places and got the same thing. I also tried to disable DEP and run the game as administrator. I'm now ideas so any help would be great.

  I recommend you to run the Memory Diagnostic tool and check memory problems.

  I would also recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the game and check.

  Method 4.
  We can also try to play the game in the State of clean boot and check if it works very well.

  Ideas: I use a Gateway laptop with vista Home premium sp 2, AMD turion x 2 dual core x 64 bit, fitted an ATI HD 3200 graphics card. (The card is built-in.)   The problem seems to be related as a result of security Kaspersky you use. Try to disable Kaspersky and reload the game (s).

  I don't think that you can uninstall Windows Media Center in Vista. But you can certainly turn off starting Services so it is not executed.

  Click on start and type > services

  There are 4 Media Center services. They probably already unlikely running and it's not that they originally are no problem. They could be running if you have set up the Media Center and used. If this is not the case, they will be in the list below.
   
  Media Center Extender Service - probably already disabled
  Windows Media Center Receiver Service - default is manual
  Windows Media Center Scheduler Service - default is manual
  Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service - default is manual

  You can open them and set them off, but I really doubt that it will be useful, because they are not likely work anyway. BUT if the game somehow made a call to start the service, then perhaps you could see a problem. Deactivation could help, but more probably to check the game settings.
  Make sure that all drivers are up-to-date.
