  I had the same problem after trying an update of Firefox 7.x to version 9.0.1.
  I deleted the file named "firefox.exe.moz - upgrade" from the folder C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox. After that, I was able to uninstall Firefox from the control panel. After the reboot, I was able to install Firefox 9.0.1 and run it without error.
  My OS is Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I was installing the UK English version (I got the U.S. English version above).

  Resolved - I had to reset the SVC and change the region of wifi on 'A' on TV, and then reset the TV to the factory setting.

I bought the Parallels software and an OEM Version of Win 7 Home Premium and istall and activate it without any problem. Recently, my hard drive crashed and I need to replace the hard drive and reinstall all software including the virtual machine and Win 7. I could not reactivate the Win 7 and I could not reactivate the Win 7 on the same machine.

  Their support came back with a long history to this subject and this restriction and in short to expect me to buy a version full of Windows 7 to install in Mac. Why OEM version is freely available and still no appropriate advice are given to the retailer t explain some limitations?   The file .prel is the Premiere Elements project file. It is not the real media or video.

  This box appears after I reboot my computer. I copied and pasted below what is in the box. Help, please. I downloaded AVG and cleaned up the computer and it removed 4 Trojan horses. When I restarted I got this box again. I have to close it to reach my office, otherwise it's a blackscreen and this box. I did clean boot the system restore and no luck.
