  Hello. I've never done this before so wonder what is the best way to approach things.

  I need to create a form that collects a user of sensitive information bank account via a form submitted to a site of BC. What is the best way to do it? Can I set up a Security Zone that the user must register to and then fill in the required information, once entered into the secure area? I understand that I do not need a certificate SSL for BC such that it has a shared through worldsecuresystems.com, but I don't know exactly how I use it to make the collection of secure information form. Or that it will be secure by default?

  To ensure the use of the SSL protocol, the page with the form online should be your - site.worldsecuresystems.com and the form action must be https://your-site.worldsecuresystems.com/ [action url].

  In other words, make sure that all links to the page with the online form are absolute URL, link to the secure page.

  It has 5 domains, I can do customization on 2 fields such as Date of issue and expiry Date(Value Set: FND_STANDARD_DATE)

  I have asked a few people that already, but have not really gotten a yes / no answer. I know using "erase all content and settings ' clears the encryption key of your phone (6 +, existing iPhone running iOS 8.1) but to restore through iTunes does as well? I did a DFU restore both a regular restore.

  Your best course of action would be to do a complete new installation of Windows.  Not sure how this computer has been maintained or used.  She could have anything whatsoever thereon against malware of illegal material.

  It's a scam.  Never provide any access to your PC to someone who calls you with some story about virus infections (etc.) is detected on your PC.  MS would never do that (plenty of examples in the MSE forum if you care to look).

  More tips - social engineering is a term for the bad guys who try to convince you to do something that would allow them to infect your computer or gather confidential information (Bank online identifiers for example...)
  You (and everyone!) need to be careful to not be fooled (and some of these guys are VERY GOOD at deceiving people.
  Beware of strange emails and especially strange phone calls.  Don't forget that you can not trust Caller ID on your phone... it is very easy to spoof the name of your choice on caller ID.

  Do you have any a Windows CD?

  What probably happened, is that your windows had severely infected and system files that Windows uses have been removed by Malwarebytes. Now Windows does not find these system files, and it won't work.

  In some cases I suggest doing a manual system restore, but this affects that the registry and no system files so in your case, it wouldn't help much.
