FDQM-HFM-adapter

Hi all

We plan to install and configure HFM & FDQM 11.1.2.1 version on two different servers.

HFM in 64-bit, Server and FDM in 32-bit server.

Our concern is integration of HFM with FDM when both are installed on two different servers.

In addition to saving the cards and the profile of the Machine, is it necessary to install the Client HFM in FDM server in order to integrate the two HFM and FDM.

If it is necessary to install the client HFM in FDM 32-bit server, which version of HFM client must be installed HFM 64-bit or 32-bit client HFM.

Please share your ideas

Looks like we had the answer.

We have installed FDM on 32-bit server and HFM on 64-bit server.

We have also installed HFM Client 32-bit in FDM 32-bit Server and added to the Cluster (HFM 64-bit) to the client by HFM (of FDM Server).

Following recording adapters and configuration of FDM Machine profile.

Once done this, we checked the FDM integration that works perfectly well.

    It was a problem with the Machine profile configuration, where I had updated the username and password and it had to remain a Virgin.

    Keep the username blank password in the configuration of the machine profile has solved the problem.

  • FDQM HFM export error

    Hi guys,.

    After the initialization of a few places in FDQM and having faced export errors which I have been able to resolve, I came by it and after that drilled down I don't understand what exactly is the question:

    If you enable the report of Validation Intersection, you have some reported lines that are all black?
    If Yes, then it may be because of a rule of no entry in HFM.

Now I want to add another dimension, a custom8 (UD8) in the script in order to avoide compensation all data in custom8 ESSBASE dimension.i want just to filter the data on compensation for the value in the dimension custom8.

  • Adapter HFM in FDM

    Hi all

    I installed the Hyperion Veriosn 11 - HFM, FDM and configured them with success, when I started to create a new application, I can't find the HFM adapter in V14603-01 (Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Adapter Suite, Fusion Edition Release 11.1.1.1.0) where I can find the adapter for essbase and enterprise.

    Is there any place I can find the HFM adapter? Or I can use the 9 systems?

    Please kindly help!

    Just run Setup again, select products by components, and then select FDQM adapter for HFM group FDM of components.

    I need to create a FDQM Application in order to transcode and transfer of a HFM to an another HFM Silverligh application data. I'm on system 11. Then.

    1. I need a step by step guide to perform this task, because it is completely new to me.

    You can use the function fDBExtract of the HFM adapter class to extract data from HFM in a flat file, and then import this file in FDM.

    Your question is a litte vague on what you're trying to accomplish if it's a little difficult to offer advice on what you could do

    There is a script that comes with the HFM adapter which reads metadata HFM. It's under the custom > general Scripts.

  • FDMEE rules - checking does not appear

    Hi Experts,

    I have set up rules of audit in FDMEE 11.1.2.4 to display key figures after the load of HFM.

    But whenever '0' demonstrated for each of the accounts.   Even though I have confirmed there are certainly data in the accounts of HFM.

    These are accounts of parent (with the exception of a basic account) in HFM, but I put in place of the control entities in order to consolidate the data after the load.   So I think that the audit report should be able to show the balances in accounts of parent.

    Oracle support told me there was a "bug" that required the precision of audit report to have a value (2 is more common).  I had not entered a value for this parameter.

    I also added the Custom Member and member of the ICP albums to my rule... | REAL, TOTAST, [ICP no], OPERATIONS, ROLLFORWARDS, CURRENCYREPORTING, DATATYPE, |

    My periods are now bring in HFM account balances.

    Finally, I tried to implement the entities to check (I'm FDMEE 11.1.2.4 and have the last patch of HFM adapter installed).   However, when adding check entities.the check report is empty.   It is impossible to use control entities in 11.1.2.4 until Oracle comes out with a patch.

    I'm doing EMP > EPM

    I moved HFM actual spending planning on several periods in 1 run (2015 Jan - Dec 2015).

    Now I am trying to go HFM budgetary planning over several periods (Jan - Dec 2016 2016)

    How to map the entity field empty to an entity of Hyperion in FDM. I have a place named AA in FDM. and my TB file (data file) is presented as below. In the first row, I have an empty field in the entity and user asked me to map this empty field to the same entity that is mapped to 1001.  How is it possible to FDM.

    My FDM mappings are like 1001 soul

    1002 to ADF

    for the SOUL.

    How can I map the empty field to SOUL.

    so if you see the error that you have demonstrated that says something about the translation during consolidation... it means THAT FDM is the initiation of translation.

    Please, can you ensure "Allow to consolidate" is unchecked in the HFM adapter?

    Also allow the 'Validation of Intersection report' and rerun the import workflow.

    When I copied the same script of old FDM to my new app FDMEE it did not work.

    Please let me know what are the steps I need to do to make the old scripts to work in the new application FDMEE.

    It could be that your adapter HFM is not registered correctly.

    I can remember the API from VB FDMEE is saved with the HFM adapter.

    I would recommend the deregistration of the adapter and save it again (example):

    Unsubscribe from the command line-> E:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialDataQuality\bin\UnregisterHFM.vbs

    Command line registry-> E:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialDataQuality\bin\RegisterHFM.vbs domain\hfmdcomuser password E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1

    You should get a message like this:

    HFM finished recording adapter

    ...

    FDMEE VB API completed registration

    Also, try to use a VB script in a custom script to ignore the problem is related to the script BefImport to create the object.

  • Hyperion FDM and ERPi 11.1.2.2 import failed with ERPI-END-E

    I'm doing the first time Configuration ERPI

    We are implementing Hyperion 11.1.2.2 FDM with HFM (adapter target = FM11X-G6-A) and ERPi (adapter Source = ERPI-END-E) running on 11.1.1.6 ODI. Back-end databases are all Oracle DBs. We have been able to properly configure ERPi and ODI and managed successfully as a rule of loading data with all green checks in operator ODI. We have successfully tested the complete workflow of FDM with HFM load using the traditional method of flat file.

    We also have a location of FDM and import Format (file Type = adapter;) Adapter = ERPI-END-E) for use with the adapter Source ERPI. When the kickoff to import via Web FDM we get the error: ORA-00942: table or view does not ORA-02063: preceding the line of FDMHYPERIONDEV.

    I would also check that application FDM database schema name is specified in uppercase in the properties of the Application:

    (a) to the FDM, login form choose and login
    (b) select the FDM application from the list, and then click 'change '.
    (c) click the database tab, and view the schema/user domain name. Make sure that the name is specified in uppercase
    (d) save and re - test the process.

  • SaveAs method of class workbook failed to fIntersectionCheckEx

    We are migrating to FDM and HFM 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.1. Due to performance issues that we had previously lived with the FDM multiload feature, we used UD5 and UD6 and customization of the adapter to load the year and period. To take into account the 'extra' dimensions, we also use custom event scripts, view reports, etc... The intersection integrated verification is disabled. The AftValidate script contains our intersection check custom and follows below. During the validation phase is executed on the web client, the following error message appears in the log:

  • FDM - Multiload - "AftValidate" / problems to event 'AftWeblinkVal '.

    I built a custom validation report fact intersection for multiload using excel as the source file. I basically changed the HFM adapter and used the loop integrated in 'if strEventName = "AftWeblinkVal" ' (i.e. aftvalidate) to change the period POV. What worked well and what I need to do is adjust the output to display all reports for any period and not just for later. This should be easy. However, the problem is that when I have a text file, the "loop" does not work the same way as period POV remains the same. I think that it is a bit srange, but hey, what can you do? I guess it's related to that with excel, pass you by time period and with the FDM text file creates a workload file and consolidates several points simultaneously.

    It is somehow easily possible to change the strEventName = "AftWeblinkVal"-loop changes the period also for the text file? ".

    If you can not, somehow easily infer how 'periods' / 'history' have fact of loops in the strEventName = "AftWeblinkVal?" I would like to know the progression of the loop.

    If not, then I to built a few recorder fancy custom made to track the progress, but I wouldn't get done on this path if it isn't necessary and I prefer to use the text file.

    Sorry for the confusion, but when I was talking to the number in a variable FDM, I was talking to one of the global variable API of FDM, i.e. PvarTempNC1 which are accessible through the API--> API. DataWindow.Reports.PvarTempNC1.

    Store your county in this variable and increment if necessary. The reason why your count no indication that ever that one is because the multiload action is executed each for each period in the multiload for the event AftValidate multiload file even if you put it outside your statement IF capture the event he will always go to 0 and in all cases the County declared variable will only be never local to each execution of the multiload action.

    Your code should be something like:
