Feature WiFi off several times

Hello

I have a laptop Asus U31E of six months with windows 7.  Since the beginning, the wireless connection was not working properly. In other words, it only works after running the troubleshooter. The resolution of the problems would be that network capacity is disabled (recently he began to say, also, that Local Area Connection2 card has been disabled, but it did not fix that), things would turn the wireless feature, and then--most of the time - it works for a while before the connection is lost again. This is the diagnosis of troubleshooting:

Details on the diagnosis of wireless connectivity: for all the info on this session, see the event information of wireless connectivity. Helper class: status Auto Setup to initialize: managing Connection Information is diagnosed the GUID of the Interface: 22297768-7e7c-4311-8f5d-cc0ab46241c7 name of the Interface: AR9485WB-EG Atheros wireless network adapter Interface type: Native WiFi result of diagnosis: problem found the root cause: wireless capability is out of detailed root cause: Radio is off (SW switch) repair option: enable wireless function

Thank you!

    Hi guineverestar,

    Best way to check this problem needs to connect to an external monitor. If you notice the same behavior on external monitor it seems to be an internal hardware or software problem. Otherwise it of just the internal monitor that is faulty.

    If you didn't have this problem with Windows 8.1, you can come back and switch to Windows 10 once again.

  • Computer not start, screen black, I have to turn on and off several times (I have Vista)

    When I turn on the computer, you hear the sound that is running, but I get a black screen with a white underscore on the upper left. Click on keyboard and nothing happened. I must turn on and off several times and then I get the Windows Vista logo.

    If the 2 methods below do not work, you may have to reinstall Vista:

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If the above does not work, try to make a Bootable ERD to do a Startup Repair:
    As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.
    As your grave in the category above, download the ISO on the provided link and do a repair of the disc.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/
    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
    It's a very good Vista repair disc.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    There is not a disk of resettlement.
    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
    See you soon.
So, I took the computer on at all times and just close the devices.
    Hello slodave,
    As you hear hard drives or anything on the spot for a while, it seems that the problem may be due to your diet.
    You can look at the power Panel there should be a light on the subject. See if it shows that it begins well before the computer actually turns on (so it comes at the time 6 + it is turn on/off).
    If the food will then replace just to continue normal operation.
  • Firewall turns off several times
    My firewall triggering turns repeatedly so disconnect my PC from the internet. When I run the Troubleshooting Wizard, a message appears indicating "Troubleshooting cannot identify the problem. This problem is bugging me like anything. Please suggest me a solution for this
    Original title: Firewall problem definition
    Hello Ahmed,.
    Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.
    I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.
    1. You did it of any significant changes to the computer before this problem?
    2. What anti-virus program is installed in the system?
    The question could arise if the antivirus program installed (if any) in the system has its own firewall which disables the firewall of Windows by default during the operation. To further diagnose the problem, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.
    Method 1:
    Follow the steps to configure the Windows Firewall service to start in auto mode:
    • Press the Windows key + R and type "services.msc". Press enter.
    • Locate the Windows Firewall service and right-click on it. Click on Properties.
    • Choose Automatic from the dropdown under Startup type. Also set the status of the service as a point of departure for the service.
    • Click on apply , and then click OK.
    Restart the computer and check if this solves the problem. If this is not the case, proceed to the next method.
    If the problem persists, try the following method.
    Method 2:
    I suggest to reset Windows Firewall to the default settings and check if this solves the problem. Follow the steps to do this:
    • Press the Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.
    • Go in Windows Firewall > restore defaults.
    • Click the "Restore defaults" button to confirm the operation.
    • Restart the computer and check if it starts automatically.
    If the problem persists, try the following method.
    Method 3:
    Try to turn off installed third-party anti-virus (as applicable) in the system and check if it helps.
    Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
    Hope this information is useful. Let us know if you need more help, we will be happy to help you.
    Check the cable at both ends. Try the monitor on another computer because it could be the monitor.
    The issue could be the video card in order to check with the system manufacturer (manufacturer of motherboard for custom
    systems) or if actual video card manufacturer a separate device.
    If there is a separate video card you may need to remove ALL power and then remove and reinstall
    the map - in fact, remove and replace - do not just tight.
    The video driver may need to check updated and then re-installed with sources of support above.
    I hope this helps.
