feed browserfield raw html from a local file

I'm trying to implement some sort of cache mechanism on a built-in browser app. (using browserfield). It seems that the only way browser field gets data available through HttpConnection getResource (resource RequestedResource, the sponsor of BrowserContent)

How to feed browserfield data of a different input streams that might not be a HttpConnection.

I would like to know your opinion

Thank you.

Certainly for 4.0.2 the consensus seems to be enveloping httpconnection in a class to false. I did it

and implemented a cache and it usually works as expected on devices that I checked. It's actually quite easy to

If you take a text processing for the javadocs for httpconnection tools. I think there are better ways

in future versions, but I have not studied. See the old threads on this topic.

    byte[] cod = getCodHoweverYouWant(); int newHandle = CodeModuleManager.createNewModule(cod.length, cod, cod.length);

    if (newHandle == 0) {

  • How to get HTML color to print from a local file?

    With the help of a table with background colors < TR bgcolor = "#FF00FF" > the color does not print, or it appears in the preview before printing.

    How can I fix this?

    It shows correctly on the screen, but not in print preview mode?

    First thing to check would be Page Setup. While in print preview, click the Page Setup button in the toolbar and make sure that you have enabled "print background (colors and images).

    If that is already activated, my next suspicion would be that Firefox thinks that your printer can not handle the colors. I'm not sure of the best fix for this, but you can erase the information Firefox has collected on your printer by using the methods in this article: solve the printing problems in Firefox.

  • Problem loading swf which reads data from a local file

    Hello

    Using flex with an online project, I load a swf file, which reads data in a xml file (it works fine if I open it with flash player)

    I do a very simple test:

    " < = xmlns:mx mx:Application ' http://www.Adobe.com/2006/MXML "
    layout = "absolute".
    minWidth = "955" = "600" minHeight
    >
    < mx:SWFLoader id = "swfloader" source="data/player.swf"/ >
    < / mx:Application >

    Result is that player.swf is unable to read the xml file (error: #2044 Error: ioError unsupported: text = Error #2032: error of flow.) URL: enonce.xml).

    I do the same test with a project of AIR, and it works very well!

    This also works if I put the xml file directly to the same level as my compiled (in bin-debug for example) application.

    I think it's a path problem, but I do not know how to configure it.

    Is there a way to solve the problem?

    Thank you very much!

    You need to change the code in the SWF file you load.  If the SWF file is not

    properly designed, it can not be loaded into other SWFs.

  • Problem with image display in a Datagrid loaded from local files

    Hello

    I'm trying to get (charges from the local file system) images to be displayed in a datagrid control.

    the paths are fine, but no images are displayed in the datagrid control (I use a project based Air, AS3).

    DataGrid code is:

    < mx:DataGrid id = "dg" dataProvider = "{myArrayCollection}" >

    < mx:columns >

    < mx:DataGridColumn headerText = "Image" width = "100" >

    < / mx:DataGridColumn >

    < / mx:columns >

    < / mx:DataGrid >

    The Actionscript code is:

    fileStream = new FileStream();

    var imageBytes:ByteArray = new ByteArray();

    var stream: FileStream = new FileStream();

    array7 = new Array();

    for (var j: int = 0; j < fileList1.length; j ++)

    {

    var file1:File = File.desktopDirectory;

    File1 = new File();

    File1 = File.desktopDirectory.resolvePath ("DG_TEST /" + fileList1 [j] .name);

    fileStream = new FileStream();

    Stream.Open (File1, FileMode.READ);

    stream.readBytes (imageBytes);

    Stream.Close ();

    array7.push (imageBytes);

    array7.push (j);

    }

    myArrayCollection.source = array7;

    I also have: [Bindable] private var myArrayCollection:ArrayCollection = new ArrayCollection();

    If I Uncomment the line array7.push (j), the figures show in the DataGrid and seem to leave a line for images?

    Any ideas/code (preferably because I am very new to flex/Air) to help me to display the images in the control datagrid would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Hey,... Sorry for my English...

    I'm working with another application that need to have information written in the local file without user intervention

    I would like to know if it is possible to write or rewrite on a local file without user intervention.
    whitout '"Save dialog" or with a managed save dialog... '.

    How to write to a local file without user intervention.

    I really need an answer to my project...

    Thans for your conpréhension

    If you want to do this, you will need to use a server technology.

    Even if Adobe has added the ability to read and write from the local file system for Player10, you can it work WITH the users permission. This means that the user has to make the transfer by pressing a button and selecting a file to open, or a place to record in. No auto-save files.

    You can "circumvent" it by building an AIR application. AIR applications are installed on the users computer, and installing the user gives you permission to write on their drive. Only you will be able to write invisibly in specific folders (those that your application uses directly), but you will be able to write something invisibly.

  • Remove temporary files from the local disk c/documents and settings/user/localsettings/temp name

    Remove temporary files from the local disk c/documents and settings/user/localsettings/temp name

    By definition, this folder should contain only the elements you don't need.  If I understand correctly, this temporary folder is a place where temporary files are stored during program facilities and the facilities.  However, I have seen references other sites to help saying some programs can store folders and files.

    I do my own temporary file elsewhere, name it accordingly and move all the files in the temp folder to the new folder. Use your computer normally for a while, and if nothing complains about missing files, you have a good indication that none of the moved files are important and should be safe to delete.

  • Download a file from a local data store

    Hi all

    I was wondering if it is possible to generate scripts downloading a file from a local data store on a Windows Server? Also, there are scripts available to perform such a task?

    Thank you

    Hello

    Just guessed myself using the cmdlet copy-datastoreitem - good KB article here

    After the connection to your vCenter server, connect to the data store and mount the source as a PSdrive data store, and then use the cmdlet.  It also works well download a data store and the downloading of a data store: just spent around objects in - point and - Destination.

    At first glance, it seems that you need to know the source path of the data store.

    $dstore = get-datastore "YourDatastoreName"

    New-PSDrive -location $dstore -name dStore -psprovider vimdatastore -root '\'

    copy-datastoreitem -item dStore:\VMFolder\VMConfig.vmx -Destination c:\SomeFolder\vmconfig.vmx

  • Copy files from the local PC folder to the VM folder

    I would like to copy files from my local PC file to a Dtx200 (which is the data store for my data center)

    I used the following commands:

    $SourceBuild_ISO = 'E:\fileslist\Image\image1.jpg' #folder on my local PC where I have my vsphereClient installed

    Copy-DatastoreItem-point $SourceBuild_ISO -SAN2:\BHM\BHM_ISO_IMAGE Destination-Force

    where SAN2 is my data storage for my VM

    the error I get is can not find the drive named SAN2

    However if I use the following commands

    Get-data-server store < my VM server IP > -name "SAN2"

    I get

    Name FreeSpaceMB CapacityMB
    ----                               -----------      ----------
    3938452 4766208 SAN2

    now I use

    $datastorename

    = Get-data-server < my VM server IP > store -Nom "SAN2" | New-DataStoreDrive-name datastorename

    Copy-DatastoreItem-point

    $SourceBuild_ISO -Destination datastorename:\BHM\BHM_ISO_IMAGE-Force

    This method works. (New-DataStoreDrive performing a mapping to the real data SAN2 store)

    However, New-DatastoreDrive is an alias for a command (for New-PSDrive) sometimes gives the error that New-DataStoreDrive is not a valid cmdlet and sometimes it works well

    If I want a copy of the files in my local PC file to a Dtx200 (which is the data store for my data center)

    use the following commands directly? Why do I need to map a drive to the data store?

    $SourceBuild_ISO = 'E:\fileslist\Image\image1.jpg' #folder on my local PC where I have my vsphereClient installed

    Copy-DatastoreItem-point $SourceBuild_ISO -SAN2:\BHM\BHM_ISO_IMAGE Destination-Force

    where SAN2 is my data storage for my VM

    No explanation? Suggestions?

    The path to your data store that you must supply the parameter - Destination must begin with a drive of psprovider.

    Try it like this

    New-PSDrive-location (Get-Datastore SAN2) - ds name - PSProvider VimDatastore-Root ' '

    Copy-DatastoreItem-point $SourceBuild_ISO-Destination ds:\BHM\BHM_ISO_IMAGE-Force

    You can also use the readers of vmstore or vmstores.

    These 2 are there automatically after a Connect-VIServer.

    Given these discs start higher up in the hierarchy of vSphere, you will need to fit the destination path.

  • Including the HTML from a file

    I don't know there is a more elegant way to do it, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear. I have a sliding menu made with ypSlideOutMenu, and I have a lot of links loading different web pages in the menu. I don't use frames or anything, so I have the same code in each of my 15 html pages so that it looks the same. It is a very redundant way of doing things, so I want to add a submenu or something, I need to change all the 15 web pages so that they are the same.

    A more viable solution for this would be to have each of my Web pages linking to an external html file which contained the code to generate my navigation menu, as well as menus button etc. This way I could edit a single file instead of 15. I thought it would be easy to do, like when you bind a javascript file to include the actual code, or a CSS file instead. The only problem is that I don't know how to have just the Web page to load external html code into a Web page, and have this code to be executed as if it were on the Web page. I tried SSI and php, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing when I use these. Should I use a CSS file, or is there another way to do this? Thanks in advance.

  • local files from a deleted account IMAP still take place, can I just delete them?

    I ran a use of disk Analyzer on my c:\ drive which was full. Although not a major contributor, I've always found that an old account of work, where I am no longer employed, still has his record in C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\rd4y3dca.default\ImapMail\ and takes about 1.5 GB.

    I deleted the account in Thunderbird when I left and discover that now these local files. Can - I just delete them without further ADO, or am I obliged to take certain actions of Thunderbird to avoid screwing up too?

    Thanks for your time, Niles

    the reason why the imap e-mail account is still in the profile is - some people accidentally remove and then e-mail accounts must restore the account, so he is always kept as a just in case you need to restore.

    If you are sure that you don't need any emails stored in imap e-mail account can access the e-mail account folder and delete the account manually.

    you will need make folders and hidden files visible:

    You probably always use the same profile, is that the 'account name 'mail you must remove.
    To go directly to:
    Close Thunderbird.

    C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\rd4y3dca.default\ImapMail\ mail account name

    OR through Thunderbird:
    Help > troubleshooting information
    Click on the view file"" button.
    a new window opens to display your content profile folder name.

    Close Thunderbird now - this is important.

    Click the folder «ImapMail»
    You should see all your imap e-mail accounts.
    Delete the account that you don't need.

    Restart Thunderbird.

  • Write and read data from the user's local file system

    Hello

    I write my first extension for dreamweaver. My extension should backup the data on the local file system of the user. I know that I can use DWfile.read () and DWfile.write () as described in Chapter 2 of the Dreamweaver API reference. I store the data using the XML format. What is the best way to read and parse the XML data in the file? What is the best way to write the XML data in the file?

    If you recommend one format other than XML, I'm open to suggestions. The data are only a few configuration information for the extension which should be persisted.

    Thank you

    mitzy_kitty

    How will the data be used? If it is used by JavaScript, use JSON format which includes js. If you use XML, then you will need to find an XML parser to read the data.

  • custom palette with tabs to swf Flex cannot access the local file system

    OK, with Flash Player 10, we can load and save local files from a flex web application, then why can't I in the bridge, when I load the SWF in a palette with bridge tabs, load and save functions no longer work.

    Is it because I'm loading as a ScriptUI called range of flash, instead of a palette of HTML?

    I tried the overall Flash Player security in order to allow the authorization of my swf and created a .cfg, but nothing seems to work.

    Help, please.

    Thank you, Todd

    I don't know exactly how your Panel is a failure. I have attached three examples of Flex projects that include the JavaScripts and Flash panels for bridge. These all worked for me in Bridge CS4.

    To access the local, I used FileRefrence.save () for these tests - note that this method is file system was added in Flash Player 10, and so this will not work in Bridge CS3, which uses the Flash Player 9 when you use a widget Flash Player in ScriptUI. In addition, to compile the example I had to modify the Flex builder projects require Flash Player 10 by changing the settings on the page 'Flex compiler' project in Flex Builder settings.

    If you use another method to access the system files that works with Flash Player 9, please let me know what it is and I can test it.

    Among sovereign wealth funds also gain access to the network. To activate SWF access to the network, I had to add a file of global security settings. Information on creating these files are available here:

    http://www.Adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/flash_player_10_security.PDF

    But, for example, on my mac, I put all these projects in a "BridgeFlashPanels" folder on my desktop. Next, I created the BridgeFlashPanels.cfg file in/Library/Application Support / Macromedia / FlashPlayerTrust. The .cfg file had a line: the path to the folder on my desktop.

    A description of the panels:

    PanelWithNetworkAccess - this Panel has a 'Test' button, when clicked, loads http://www.adobe.com and place it in the text box (note, it will be just the raw HTML, does not make the page).

    PanelWithFileSystemAccess - for Flash Player 10 only, this Panel has a Test button and a text field. When you click the Test button, it writes the contents of the text box in the BridgeTest.txt file, unless you choose another file.

    PanelWithNetworkAndFileSystemAccess - for Flash Player 10 only, this Panel has a text field and two buttons: "Load Test" and "Test to save." The load test loads http://www.adobe.com in the text field and save him testing saves the content of the text field to BridgeTest.txt.

    To try signs, navigate the bin-debug for each project files with Bridge, the .swfs and .jsx files are there. Double-click the thumbnail for the .jsx and bridge must run the script and add the sign indicating the SWF file.

    You can have an extension (NoScript?) that blocks access to the local files.

    Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the Add-ons is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Modules > appearance/themes).
