  I have the version of Adobe CS 5 and Lightroom 3 student and my camera Sony Alpha 350 is lacking so that I have to fix it or buy a new one compare www.sony.at/electronics/kameras. But I read on the internet that various new cameras from Sony are not same compaitble with Adobe CS 6. • Does not download updates of Adobe - available but error "try again later" with link to "non-qualifying serial number.

  I just put the computers (PC w/Windows 8 64-bit) and I did a new install of my copy of Adobe Photoshop CS5 (with Bridge and Camera Raw).

  Installing asked for the numbers that I have provided and the installation was a success - however, I can't view images in full resolution, only inches

  in Bridge and I can't open RAW files from my Canon 5 d Mark III (However, I my files with the older Canon 7 d).  I WAS able to view and work with

  the new RAW files on your old computer.

  Under 'Help', 'Updates', he says they are available, but after being appeared to download on my computer, I get this:

  Apparently, Adobe has very little interest for its customers spent at least that they spend more money.

  I've never seen such an approach because it - to REMOVE the support and the old links updated on the Web in an effort to force an upgrade.

  I re-packaged the suite yesterday (I think that I understood the jour.01 update now) and updated the OSX to the last fix for the Mac version.  Applications open now very well, so this request can be closed.

  I am running Windows 7 with InDesign CC 2014 x 64.

  At some point InDesign has been updated on my computer for v10.1.0.70 (I think it was previously the 10.0).

  It was a mistake because I think it is incompatible with some of my products from third party and so I have to push back.

  Before I restore, I want to confirm when this update has been installed, and also what the previous version was that I had installed. Are these information recorded somewhere that I can see? I need this to confirm that my problems are actually related to an InDesign update.

  I get a "certificate of authentication error" why is - this?

  In fact, I found the solution.  It was simple and took minutes to solve!  I'm blushing Acrobat Reader of Adobe in the toilet by uninstalling, because I couldn't get the error message stop, and wouldn't install the free player darn.  I then downloaded FOXIT PDF reader and human that it installed without a problem and works like a charm!  I am so happy.  Thanks for trying.  I just wanted to be able to read the PDF files so I could get on my life, not spend hours flipping around with Adobe, trying to figure out why it will not install.  Keep up the good work Adobe and the price of your stock will collapse!

  Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions can help... said yet, but sometimes it is necessary for all Adobe programs (this is same as using an administrator account)

Uninstall and reinstall do not work. Is on the phone with Adobe 5 times since that happened on June 18. Probalby spent 5 hours on the phone with 4 different tech. I'm waiting for a recall, but the guy Adobe told me that it will be 2 days. Other engine have this same problem... everything is resolved? Help!

  I found a solution on a post in the forum.

  Installation of creative application Cloud Desktop caused my PS CS6 and applications of Cloud Photoshop CC go error 16. After trying just about everything, open the Terminal and type:

  sudo chmod-r 777 library/Application\ Support / Adobe

  instantly solves the problem.
