  Similar thing TI also occurs when you are working on other programs on the mac, but not nearly as much.

  Guessing here, but try to disable drag between pages on the tab more than movements in the system preferences > mouse. or a Trackpad. Depending on whether you are using.

  There are two options:

  • It seems that you are using Windows XP. Right-click on your desktop, click Properties, and then select the settings tab and click Advanced. This tab should have a button that opens a panel of controls specific to the manufacturer, which allows you to make adjustments to the video card, including the color/brightness.

These other keys are the regular with symbols keyboard or keys drawings next to them, usually in a different color. Looking for a symbol that resembles the brightness, like a Sun. When you find it, press and hold down the Fn key, then click on in the special key that you just found.

  Because it looks like you have reinstalled Windows XP, what happens when you turn on your computer?  Windows loads correctly and allow you to connect with success?  Have you completed all the updates of Windows since the relocation?  Do you get errors at any time?

  What version of Windows XP you are using and which service pack is currently installed?  I would say confirming all your drivers are recognized and updated.

  How to download updates that include drivers and hotfixes from the Windows Update Catalog
