  I am trying to install the version of 11 g R2 to oracle using silent mode on RHEL 5.4 X 86 64-bit.
  
  I followed the instructions in this link (to save the answer file as "db_cfg.rsp" of the Oracle installation by GUI method.)

  [root@HA-DB1 bin] # export ORACLE_UNQNAME = HADB1 (ALSO tried orcl1)
  similar to the file name dbca.rsp which has DB_UNIQUE_NAME = "orcl11g.us.oracle.com" for the ADDINSTANCE and DELETEINSTANCE tests.
  
  I also found that the (INSTANCENAME = "orcl1" in section ADDINSTANCE) is the other (INSTANCENAME = "orcl11g" in section DELETEINSTANCE) the dbca.rsp file.
  
  3rd,
  [root@HA-DB1 bin] #. / emctl status dbconsole
  OC4J Configuration problem. /U01/app/Oracle/product/11.2.0/Db_1/OC4J/J2EE/OC4J_DBConsole_HA-DB1_HADB1 not found.

  After successfully creating the response file and oraInst.loc, I enter this command: java-jar wls_121200.jar - silent - /home/weblogic/wls.rsp - invPtrLoc/etc/oraInst.loc response.

  Command line goes like this:

  A user that you use to install weblogic.

  Make sure that the user you are using have enough permission to copy the file and create the directory.

  Use an administrative account / user to install weblogic and check

  Toshiba manual stipulates that 'silent mode' (fn + f8) will extend the battery power. But I'm not sure if the fan white or gray represents this mode... Anyone know? Thanks for help.

  I guess, you are running Xp and you has the same display as Ubuntu remix of Toshiba.
  Start fan tells you that your device is not in power saving mode.
  I used the scaling of the cpu frequency in Gnome for this cmdlet, and the least time of OpenOffice to launch confirms. IIRC the gray symbol indicates that the NB100 uses the cpu at 50% or less.

  I use the Photon for months, but may doesn't seem to find the area that handles when the Photon passes silently.

  I thought that's custom battery mode. I put it to Custom battery saver, set hours off-peak hour from 22:00 and ends at 05:00.

  My alarm goes off at 5:30, but it sounds ever, even if I put it in the alarm set to do.

  I noticed that the phone automatically switch to silent mode around 21:00 and not auto will spend up to that 8 or from 09:00. I get frustrated and set it to ring when I first use the phone in the morning.

  OK, so I'm still working on how the silent modes work on my Z3. I'm a failure.

  It seems so you can press the volume button and clicking on the icon "Bell", I can go through 3 different modes: Loud, vibrate and silent.

  Seems simple enough, only none of these silent applications or games to all modes.

  I just want to put my phone on silent/vibrate and I know that even applications and games will be silent too.

  I thought I would put on vibrate mode and drag the media zero volume and it would remember it... then put in strong mode would make media slider back to normal volume?... No, I have to come back to fashion strong and remember to drag the media back to normal volume...

  Should I really manually, change the mode, and then click the cursor buttons slide media zero volume... and don't forget to slide up EVERY time?

  Is it still possible to have vibrate silent mode everything (except alarms!) and then strong mode have a normal volume once again?

  If anyone is interested, I fixed that with a workaround.

  The issue is inherent bad design on Android OS, but I'm sure that Sony could fix.

  An application called Media-Mute in app store has solved the problem and when you turn off your phone by vibration or silent mode, it also silenced media apps without having to use additional hidden media volume slider.

  Sony (or Google) Please fix that and improve on stupid Android to cut your phone just like apps/games/media is muted. I don't mind given the option to turn off the alerts and media/apps separately, but it should be by default to mute when muting phone... with additional long-term steps to have the media strong but alerts cut or whatever.
