File bucket

I'm unable to download a driver and I followed the steps thetroubleshooting, including find my bucket of file, but there is no solution on where to go from there. I'd appreciate any help in trying to install this driver. I get a blue screen, so that I'm working and end up spending time trying to install the driver of what is called that stops that.

Hello

Normally download you and save the driver file from the website of the particular desktop hardware manufacturer or the downloads folder > and then follow the manufacturer's instructions to install it.

See you soon.

Looking to help out the bucket of anomaly listed above.

Without the DMP, it is better that we do. Related to the RTKVHDA.sys Realtek (r) high definition Audio function driver.

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.

If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)

I don't know if that helps, but the name of the game is Skyrim. I've already put all the settings down as low as possible for my PC. I am running Windows xp Pro. x 64 edition. I followed all the instructions that I had on the error report to stop the blue screen issue. What could someone tell me is very appreciated. I have a video card GeForce GTX 260 Invidia (driver version) 285.58 and an Intel Core 2 Quad 1333 FSB.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

Although the precise cause of this problem is not known, it seems to be related to the Ethernet network.

    What is Ethernet?

Ethernet is a standard network that uses cables to provide network access. It's the technology more widely installed to connect computers.

To try to resolve this problem, follow these steps. One step might solve the problem, but if it isn't, then go to the next step.

    Steps to fix this problem

    1. Look for updated network drivers

Some drivers of hardware networks could be among the optional hardware updates in Windows Update. To find and install the optional hardware updates, follow these steps:

      1. Click here to access the Windows Update Web site online

      2. Click the check for updates in the left pane, and then click view available updates.

What happens if I see any updates available?

        • If you see you receive updates: managed by your system administrator, you can try clicking on the link to check online for updates from Microsoft Update or Search online for updates from Windows Update, but you should maybe contact your system administrator to get the desired updates.

        • If you do not see the message above and no update is available in Windows Update after clicking on the link check the updates in the left pane, then the available updates have already been installed.

      3. Select the driver for your device updates and more updates to install.

        Note
We recommend that you install all Important updates and recommended. These updates improve the security and stability of your computer.

      4. Click on install. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

      Note
If there is no update of network hardware, go online to the website of the manufacturer of your network hardware to search for driver updates. If there is none, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of your computer directly for further assistance. Let them know that it was an error with your Ethernet network components and to ask if updates are available.

    2. Diagnose and repair

The diagnosis and repair in this version of Windows can help identify and fix network connection problems.

To run the Diagnostics and repair:

      1. Click on the Start button , then, in the search box, type network.

      2. In the list of search results, double-click network and sharing Center.

      3. In the centre network and sharing, under tasks, click diagnose and repair.

  • Wait for Windows Network Diagnostics to identify the problem.

  • If a problem is found, take the recommended measures.

  • Run diagnose and fix again to confirm that the problem has been resolved.

  • Collect information about your computer and search for a solution to Windows Vista communities

To continue to troubleshoot this problem, you will need to collect more information on your computer and use it to find more information online.
    1. Find the name of the device and the name of the driver for your Ethernet network hardware and print information on your system

      1. Click on the Start button , then, in the search box, type msinfo32.exe.

      2. In the list of search results, click msinfo32.exe.

      3. In the left pane, double-click components, double-click networkand then click map. Search no matter which adapter which refers to 'Ethernet' and then, for each of them found, write his name, type adapter, type of product and pilot (in general, the driver will be a file with a .sys file name extension and a name such as Portcls.sys).

      4. In the left pane, click System summary.

      5. Click file, click print, select a printer, and then click print.

If you don't have a printer and you want to copy information from the system, click Edit, click select all, press CTRL + C, open a program paste the information (for example, WordPad) and then press CTRL + V.

    2. Use Event Viewer to search for specific information on this issue

The event viewer is an advanced tool that displays detailed information about important events on your computer. It can be useful when troubleshooting problems and errors with Windows and other programs.

      1. Click on the Start button , then, in the search box, type Event Viewer.

      2. In the list of search results, double-click Event Viewer. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

      3. In the left pane of Event Viewer, double-click Windows logs, and then click Application.

      4. In the Actions of the right side of the window pane, click Search.

      5. In the find dialog box, type bluescreen, and then click Next. When a blue screen event is located, close the find dialog box.

        Note
If there are no blue screen event, it is probably because a problem report was not submitted to Microsoft. The blue screen event and its fault bucket are created that after that the problem report is submitted, so if the blue screen error occurs again, remember to choose the shipping option in the report.

      6. In the action pane, click properties of the event.

      7. Click the general tab, then search for and note the Fault bucket. A bucket of fault example is "0xD1_W_portcls!" CPortWavePci: notify + 12. »

    3. Windows Vista communities can solve this problem

    1. Access to Discussions in the Windows Vista Hardware and devices website: Discussions in the Windows Vista Hardware and devices
    2. In the Search box, type the name of the fault bucket, and then click OK. This will give you a list of positions that include this bucket of fault. From the results, you might be able to determine if someone else also knows this problem. If you get no results, try searching for the name of the driver or the name of the sound card. If you get too many results, you can add other keywords, such as your system information, to refine your search.
    3. If you don't find a solution to your problem in the search results, you can post your own question by clicking new. To ask questions, you need a Windows Live ID. We recommend that you provide as much system information about your computer as possible with your question.

Go online to get a Windows Live ID

  • If you don't find a solution to your problem in Windows Vista communities, you can go online to search on the Internet for the fault bucket name or the name of the driver. If you find troubleshooting steps for your problem, we do not recommend after them unless they are for your make and model of computer.
  • Steps to work around this problem

    Warning
These measures are intended to solve a specific problem, but could do so by temporarily disabling or removing some features on your computer.

    1. Disable Receive Window Auto-Tuning

Receive the automatic setting of the window is a feature in this version of Windows that improves network performance when using newer networking hardware, but the feature could cause problems with a hardware more previous network. Disable receive window auto might solve your problem.

To turn off the automatic setting of the receive window:

      1. Click on the Start button , then, in the search box, type cmd. In the list of results, right-click cmd , and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

      2. At the command prompt, type netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = disable, and then press enter.

  • When the process is complete, restart your computer. If this procedure does not resolve the problem, you can enable the setting automatic window of return receipt by repeating the steps a and b of this procedure, typing netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = normal, and then press enter.

  • Disable your Ethernet network card

    I tried step 1,2 and 3.
    Step 3b - fault bucket 0xD1_yk60x86 + 1f2c3, type 0
    How to solve this problem?

If you are unable to solve this problem, or if the error persists, you can disable your Ethernet network card. Once the card is disabled, you are not networking on your computer, but the error should occur. Note that this action does not affect all other networking options you may have on your computer (for example, wireless), which can be used as another way to connect to your network.

To disable your Ethernet network card, follow these steps:

    1. Click here to open the Device Manager if you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. Double-click network adapters. The name of your Ethernet network card will be displayed here. Note that there could be multiple NICs listed. If this is the case, write all the names of network card, because you may need them when you contact the manufacturer of your computer.

  • Right click on the name of the network Ethernet card which is the cause of the problem, and then click disable. When the confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes. You may need to repeat this step for each listed Ethernet network.

  • After you disable your Ethernet network adapter, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of your computer for support.

How can I find the manufacturer of my computer?

Click on the Start button , type msinfo32 in the start search box and press ENTER. The manufacturer of your computer is listed as the manufacturer of the system in the right pane of the system information window.

    Hello

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the network card and check.

A network adapter is automatically reinstalled after you have uninstalled the network card in the Device Manager on a Windows Vista-based computer

  • WD420EA (Pessario CQ 61-416SA): windows 7 64 bit of missing files

    Hello

Need help, I want to install the free updates for windows 10 but my current Windows 7 Home Premium Operating System

Fair froze and crashed recently. Windows told me it was missing some files in 64-bit windows, and it's why some windows updates do not work. Unfortunately I can only find recovery discs that I made of the new factory for partition 1 and partition system 2 but not the partition 3.

What's on the 3 partition?  What does not work when I can't reinstall partition 3?

Well, if you have an hp computer (when you are on the hp site, you should have one) the third default partition is the recovery partition. Your computer can operate without it but if errors such as what do you call pop up from the recovery partition is an easy place to fix it. You can however quickly see what's in the score, by going to my computer and clicking on the disc.

What about installing windows 10 is very difficult to do it a few times, it is extremely fickle in the way he wants to be installed. I recommend to maintain up to w10 w7 is more finished.

    +++ RESOLVED +++

    I found the problem...

"Haali splitter" program has a function to display MKV and MP4 as a thumbnail in Windows Explorer. What Windows Explorer crash when I open the folder with MKV huge.

    Thank you all,

  • Windows Media Player crashes on some .avi files.

My media player continues to break up when I try to play some videos then it worked fine there a few days and now its problems on the same files...  Absolutely I changed nothing with my computer. I had a virus but my anti-virus got rid of him.

    I tried the things:

    • Reboot PC
    • The reinstatement of some DLL files that Google told me to do
    • Difficulty WMP Utility v 1.0
    • I have the DVIX Codec, so I doubt it's a codec issue. Also it was working fine a few days ago.

Here's a crash on the Event Viewer log.

    Hello

.AVI is a container file and the audio/video and now in which can be encoded with any codec available. Windows Media Player supports all of these default codecs. Therefore, a separate codec must be installed for this purpose. Trying to play with the existing code may crash the application.
