  It is an interesting problem. I have 3 computers I want to fall under parental controls, all run Windows 7. (Computer A) works as it should with parental control. The other two are rocking. I have activate FS on B, it disables c. reactivate on C, it turns off computer b. C hard disk has been cloned to leave computer B, then C has "upgraded" to Windows 7 with a new valid license, so I suspect some ID that must be different between the two is the same. They have different computer names. I "fixed" FS on the two B & C nothing works. Any ideas?

• How to effectively check if a field in the form is not null

  I'm guessing there's a way to programmatically check if a field has been entered during the loading of the form.  A sort of loop should do the trick...

  I tried to use the following code (from dohanlon for another purpose) which must run through all fields in the form, but I can't plug it in an if/else statement or even check for any value non-zero.

  xfa.resolveNodes (' form1... #field [*] "" ');

  Conceptually, here is how I like to do:

  If (xfa.resolveNodes ("form1... #field [*------]".rawValue!)) = null) {}

  Do it

  }

  Basically, I'm just checking if any field is not null, then I can "do something".  I know that I can't use it to check .rawValue but I can't think of anything.

  Deleted user names and passwords will not apear on a list in the form, but if I start typing them they same apear if I deleted the history. I encountered this problem on several computers: a PC with XP, one with Windows 7 and Mac so I know for some there is a firefox problem. Somehow the passwords and user names remain stored even if previously deleted. I want to sell my PC but I can not because of security risks. Of course, the problem could be solved by formatting the HARD drive and reinstall the OS, but I want to know how to solve the problem without doing. I've tried everything and still they stay...   If the names and passwords still show in the password manager so that they are not deleted.

  If you don't see them in the password manager, but they still fill then you either they have saved in form or you have an extension that has saved this data.

  To change the PDF form, you must remove Reader Extended rights in saving the PDF as a copy as described in the help documentation.

  When you apply the Reader Extended rights are provided the opportunity to save the form in a different folder or under another name... This will prevent this problem since you have a copy of the form without and scope of rights.

  If you talk about form fields in the Widget, then Yes, you can change them by going to the tab manage and click Edit opposite the name of the Widget under the Widgets section.

  To me, it seems that something went wrong with the clichés (I guess they are / were created by a backup application). Due to the size of the files I guess more that snapshots were created and not modified.

  If this is the case, you can delete the virtual machine to inventory, edit the vmx file by

  replacement of

  scsi0:1.filename = LHMU-VIC04_1 - 000004.vmdk

  with

  scsi0:1.filename = LHMU - VIC04_1.vmdk

  then right-click on the vmx file in browser data store and add it to the inventory.

  Before adding it to the inventory, delete the snapshot vmdk files (those with '00000 x' in their file names) as well as the vmsd file. BTW, you can also remove the zdump file if you want.

  If you are not sure if snapshots contain valid data, take a look at the (small) header files vmdk. If the CID and the parentCID match, snapshots were created while the virtual machine has been powered down.

  If you are not sure, please post back before doing anything.

  PDPageAddAnnot works on compatible reader of PDF files.  Otherwise, Yes, you need Cos.

  Sometimes my graphs of objects returned by a remote call can be very deep and complex.  As you know, if you have not a reference to all the types of objects returned by a call to distance, you get this error:

  "ArgumentError: Error #2004: one of the parameters is not valid."

  So, I know what the problem is, but I often have a devil of a time finding - this who-class/type on that it chokes.  It usually involves a long process of trial and error.

  I was wondering if I forget what is obvious or if someone has a method to determine what classes he chokes on?

  Usually, if you are using a debug version, you will get a record of the complete stack with line numbers.  I find those useful.

• Can print the attachments, but not emails

  On my Macbook, I use [email protected] for email and print issues. I can print the attachments, but if I try to print an e-mail the preview screen is empty, so nothing is printed. A blank page comes out of the printer - Deskjet F2280 all-in-one. It used to work very well so do not know what I did to upset the software.
