Film made at the top left

I'm having a problem with the resolution and made with the latest version of Animate. I created my original document with a size of 800 x 450 stage for my artwork. Now, I want to change that to a higher, for example, resolution 1920 x 1080, so I can zoom in as close to my art. I tried a number of resolutions of 16:9 and I get the same result.

When I go in Edit / Document, I click on the lock button and change it in 1920 x 1080 pix. I then press scale of content and leave the locked and hidden layers checked.  When I click OK my step and art scale is obviously to the new size and seems good, but any time I make the file, whether it is a rendering test (CNTL ENTER) or export to a video, my video .swf ends small and in the upper left corner of the screen instead of filling the whole screen to the new size.   I can't understand why.

I thought about it. Sort of. It has to do with the V Cam I use, which is a cam 800 x 450. When I delete the V cam everything works.

    Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

    2. type the following command and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

    3. the sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

    If that is not enough then try to create a new user account and check what is happening. To create a new user account

    1. to open user accounts, click the Start button, select Control Panel, click user accounts and parental control, and then click user accounts.

    2. click on manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    3. click on create a new account.

    4. type the name you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click on create an account.

    If the new user account works fine then the old account has been corrupted, you can follow the link given below to fix the corrupted user profile.

    You can list the installed extensions?

    If it works in Mode safe mode and normal mode with all extensions (Firefox, Tools/menu key > Modules > Extensions) off and then try to find which extension is the cause by allowing an extension at a time until the problem reappears.

    Close and restart Firefox after each change via * button '3-bar' menu > exit (Power button)

    • Windows: File > Exit
    • Mac: Firefox > quit Firefox
    • Linux: File > exit

    A large number of text for a simple problem, but as I've learned since the update de.28 or other, nothing to do with Mozilla is simple. Especially the navigation and functionality. I have yet to wrap my brain around the fact that they slaughtered this program so much in so little time. If java and SWF plugins continued to work on the former, I would have NEVER updated!

    The community is much too complacent on these MAJOR issues.

    I think that I fixed it by changing the theme to default to something ugly, then return to default... Box orange GONE!

    Changed computers & previously my name appears at the top left when I printed an email. Work in a large office, and all use the same printer, so now when I print an email its not so easy to find.

    Select E-mail
    File > print preview
    a window opens showing email print.

    Click on the "Page Setup" button
    Click on the tab "margins & header/footer".

    Under "headers and footers".
    Click the first drop-down - menu and select "Custom... '
    by default it usually says "Title", which refers to the "subject".
    A small window will open allowing you to "' enter your custom header / footer text '."
    Enter your name and click OK

    The preview window is updated so that you can see the changes.

    You are missing the Windows title bar, which is hidden by default in versions of Firefox 29 +.

    Click on the button Menu to open 3-bar , on the right of the Navigation bar, then open the Customize. In the lower left click on the button on the title bar , then exit customize below on the right.

    Firefox 4 through 28 had attached to the hidden bar or title bar menus.

    Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Ctrl + Shift + F).

    You see the orange Firefox button if the menu bar is hidden (view > toolbars).

    If the menu bar is hidden, then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the call of menu bar.

    Make toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible: "view > toolbars" or "Firefox > Options.

    Try to clean the whole keyboard, maybe it can require a recalibration. I already had problems with the touchpad and removed additional drivers that came with it
