Film slide show?

I did several photo slideshows and saved in my muse of web pages. Is it possible to record in the form of YouTube videos? I ' heard v say that Google is going to bless me, if I add YouTube...

Ideas?

Lynn

Hi Lynn,

It is not possible with Muse. However, there are a lot of software out there that can do it for you. If you have a Mac, you are all set with iPhoto.

  • I'm unable to put a slide show on a DVD-R.

I made a slideshow with music, and when I tried to put it on a DVD-R, it didn't work. My computer says the DVD was not writable, or she was full. I know that it was not complete. How to make the slideshow on the DVD?

Windows xp does not write on DVD, you will need to use a third-party, called software dvd authoring software.
Your dvd recorder should have something, like nero or roxio.
Save your slide show in the film by the Director, like this

Study the dvd authoring software and use their assistants to burn a dvd-video disc.

You post to the XP forum, so this info is for XP.

The display resolution is reduced when we look at
the Timeline/Storyboard...this will not affect your

If your video file .wmv recorded are not resolution

In Movie Maker... (assuming that your source files are high quality)
You can increase the resolution of your video by slideshow
using a custom profile when recording in .wmv movie format.

Personally, I find the following .wmv profile to be

Now for the creation of a DVD-video...

With the exception of the version of Windows Media Center

need to acquire a DVD software for this task.

The following freeware can help you get started:

  • Pls help: using Windows DVD (& Vista Home Premium) - can I burn more than a 'slide show' on a single DVD disc?

I use DVD Maker (& Vista Home Premium).  Can I burn more than one slideshow on a single DVD disc?

I saved 3 different 'projects', each has 10-15 images.
When I use the screen 'Add items' to try and add these 3 different projects on my DVD I wind up just with a great slide show, which has 30-40 pictures in.

So can I implement a Menu of this DVD, which allows me to choose which of the 3 projects (slide shows) that I want to watch?
Can I do this?  If so, how?

    ==========================================
    It's a matter of time.

Save each project in the. Film WMV format. Then you can import
the three films in DVD Maker files and each of them will be a chapter...
This way, you will have a menu.

Once the DVD-video is encoded you cannot add additional files
    the DVD.

If you need information on how to save... validate your version of Movie Maker.

  • Organizer-slide show stored location of the files in the PRE 13.

(This will be the third time that I posted this question. It is is not clear to me that the question was, in fact, posted on the forum.) :

According to the procedures given by Grisetti in his new book the 13 PRE, I created a slide show in the PRE 13 Organizer section, published in the Slideshow Builder and registered with the name several times during the process of editing/organizing. The next day I went back to continue editing, and the program could not find. I don't know where PRE 13 stops (or names) of the project files (an organizer slide show, in this case), so I couldn't navigate to find.  Instead, only opened, media browser which included all the slides in a random order, as well as others who were not in the slide show, and all titles were missing.

I assume that the slide show as I created it is somewhere on the computer, but I have no idea where the program has decided to keep. Using the Organizer to create slideshows, seems to rely on presentations in canned and default settings on things like the speed of the transitions between slides, which seems too fast. The presentation finished looks that the creator had a plane to catch. It doesn't seem to be a utility in the Slideshow Builder to set the speed of the transitions between slides, unless the show must be worn during the PRE 13 video editor. Grisetti book is not in the details regarding the editing of slideshow. The question remains: "what happened to, where is my slideshow?

    PRman

    Thanks for the follow-up.

Although you can put scene markers in the timeline panel content at the beginning of each film so that the viewer can select what movie to see, there is no end of playback and return to the menu after playback of the film (except for the latest movie on the timeline). Example... If you had 5 and the 3 selected Viewer film in the scene selection page, the reading would be film 3, 4 and 5 before return to the main menu. DVD-video to DVD disc, you can use a stopper at the end of each of these films (except movie 5 in this example) so that the viewer can select a movie, the movie plays, and, at its end, there is the return to the main menu. With AVCHD and Blu - ray burn to disc, you can place the markers of judgment on the content of the timeline, but these stop markers will not work in the reading of the final product disc.

    So, for your question

Is that what you try to say about to combine several slideshows with PRE 13, once a slideshow created using a format of menu, would not stop at the end, but go the next show, except order manually?

    Yes.

Please let me know if the above explanation made things clearer. But if any doubt, do not hesitate to let me know and I will introduce the thoughts in a different way.

Just in the note on the case, never place a stopper at the end of the last point on the contents of the timeline. It is not necessary here and often causes problems in burn it to disc.

I explored the tryout first items 13 to date on a global basis. Once I settle with a purchased version, I'll look to see if there's more that can be done with them in these special areas that are visible on the surface. So far, it seems that it is what it is with regard to this new slideshow of 13 elements Organizer.

  • slide show is wrong size after importation as active. need help

Hi all, I have a strange thing happening with a project. I have PPO 5.0.  My project settings are HDV and my computer is:

Platform: iMac 2.66 GHz intel core i5, 8 GB of memory. OS: 10.6.6

I have about 2 hours of footage that is very good. I wanted to add a slideshow of Quicktime (.mov) as the last chapter. I imported the slide show as an asset and then dragged to the timeline.  in the Viewer is now size of mailbox when it should be the big screen!

Image preview with Quicktime shows that she displayed as large screen very well.

    The .mov file properties are:

    Dimensions: 720 x 486

    codecs: H.264 high efficiency AAC

    Color profile: SD 6-1-6

    Duration: 11:35

    audio channels: 2

    total flow: 1 934

On my timeline, Viewer settings 'agree' normally.  When it comes to the .mov file section, he is always "fit", but the screen is now very low.
ON THE TIMELINE if I click on the clip, the properties are:

    Path of the file: /Users/n.../Documents/Adobe_mywork/Disc2/myslide.mov

    Type: MPEG Movie

    File size: 161,1 MB

    Image size: 720 x 486

    Sampling: 32

    Frame rate: 29.97

Audio Format: 48000 Hz - compressed - stereo

Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - stereo

    Total time: 35, 00; 11; 14

    Average bit rate: 237 KB/second

    Format of the pixels: 0.9091

    Why display mailbox?
I need this thing to be big screen just like the other images. Help, please!
    Thank you very much!

is there a way I can force OPP to display 16:9?  I feel you would have told me that now if it were available.

You can Rt-click the Clip (your MOV file) in the project Panel, then choose interpret footage, forcing the PrPro to see, that you think it should be. This is useful, if PrPro misses some indicator in a file. In this case, I don't think that no flag is not respected, but that the parameters and attributes do not match what you think they should.

Good luck and see if the film helps things.

  • 35 MM SLIDE SHOWS

I have the first Elements 8.  I make films for slide show of slides scanned from 35 mm to distribute to parents and friends.  In addition, not all will have to flat screen and Blu - Ray disc drives capable of showing HD.  But my "movies" must also play on computers with monitors.  What are the advantages and disadvantages of:

    1. production of screen 16:9 or 4:3 screen.

    2. their HD production.

3 and finally, first Elements 8 able to produce BluRay discs?

    Thanks for all the ideas.

Yes, first Elements 8 is able to produce BluRay discs.

But all the people who will receive your videos to Blu - Ray players - or much they have a DVD player? In other words, do you intend to produce either one or the other type of disc?

All the projects of BluRay and the hi-def are 16:9. You have no choice here. While your photos will probably be 4:3. It's to if you view them in sequence in the middle of the screen, do not fill you completely on the sides, or if you fill your screen with them, lose a little ups and downs of your photos.

For a project of hi-def, I recommend the HDV project settings.

Then the size your photos do not exceed 2000 x 1500 pixels in size. Also, before you import the photos into your project, go to Edition/Preferences and make sure to scale to the size of the image is disabled.

I don't know how powerful your computer is or which operating system you use, but I wouldn't make a slideshow of hi-def more than, say, 20 photos, even the size that I listed above. You will overload the program.

Your best strategy is to create a longer slide show into segments of 20-25 slides or so, then convert them all to share/computer/MPEG 1440 x 1080.

You can then open an HDV project and combine segments and you should have no problem out of your BluRay.

I have a lot of other tips to work with this program and work with pictures in my books, if you are interested. But these tips will help you avoid the biggest problems of the program. (You can also find books for version 8 on Amazon.com and the shop of Muvipix.)

  • Slide show not repeated after that some buttons are used?

    Hello

I have this slideshow that I am so close after completing, but there is a problem I'm having with it not repeated after that some buttons are used. I tried to understand what could be the cause, but I can't see what it could be. According to me, that I'm so very close to having this if it wasn't for that matter.

Slide show buttons '1' and '2' work perfectly, however '3' to '6' buttons do not work completely as it should. During the presentation, as he plays through the slides, if you click on the button "1" or "2", you are taken to the corresponding slide and the slide show resumes automatically, which is correct. However, if you click on one of the buttons "3" to "6" you are always taken to the corresponding slide, the slide show does not resume and remains on this particular slide. I looked at the code for the Action Script 3 several times and I don't see what could be causing this but I'm not too experienced so that there could be an error, no matter how minor, that I'm missing.

I have attached the file and if anyone has any advice at all or can somehow help I would REALLY appreciate it!

    Thank you

    William

Is your link to the object or picture.  I ran into this many times, I accidentally select the frame and not the object in the slideshow for the link.

Although he thinks through the problem only comes when you go directly to the frame and not when you play through.  Maybe action that activates the link lights when the object is revealed onstage on a previous frame.  When you jump on the structure with the object already play in the advances head beyond the line of code providing the link and instructions is therefore missing.

If the code with the link is on frame 10 and the function to move to the slide rests on frame 15, the film would not only go 10 frame, but also actionscript code that frame so lack the instructions to be a link.  Don't forget that this programming happens on a timeline, if the read head misses the keyframe with the instructions, that he will not return to them to find it for you.  Try to make a keyframe a picture before ordering GOTO AND STOP and put another link it so when the playhead crosses the new keyframe the link code is read correctly.

That's what I'd do to test the theory,

    Good luck

  • Text of slide show

    I use LR 3

I would use the file name is a slide show, but what I get is: The_title_with_nil_marks_ and_a_number_of_the_slide_like_16.  How can I eliminate the Nile and numbers?

In addition, I can't change the slide order by dragging them to a new location.  Any ideas.

    Thank you very much

    Al

I don't understand the first part of your question. You can make an example?

With regard to the second part:

A sort order of the user cannot be established when (by dragging the images in the grid or the film) from:

    • A regular collection (not smart collection)
    • A low level (a folder with only images) and no subfolder folder
    • Parent a folder (a folder with images and subfolder) only if 'See the pictures in subfolders' is not active

In addition, you must move the images entering the center of the thumbnail, not in the part of the gray border. I suggest that set you up a regular collection with images that you want to include in your slide show, sort those grid mode and play the slide show of the collection.

  • Need advice on the creation of a movie and a slide show to display with a projector

I'll set up video and a slide show of photos for a meeting. I'll use the pictures of different sizes and quality. The projector is rented, so I can't practice with her, but I got the info about: 3 LCD, 1100 lumens, native resolution of 1024 x 768, 4:3 picture format, throw distance 5' 50 '. The audience will be about 100 people.

I have created several movies with slideshows which have been engraved on DVD for viewing on a TV, but I never did anything for projection on a screen using my laptop. It is my understanding that reduce the photos to a reduced video resolution quality because no matter what the resolution of digital photography, the video output will be 720 x 480. Given that the quality of the photos old movie 126 and 110 are very cheap to start, I was wondering if they would be better if I could show using Adobe Photoshop Elements' slideshow featured on my laptop and then switch to showing a Premiere of the movie file?

I learned from my mistakes of slide show of film when the TV cut heads (outside the margin of safety). I'm sure there are a few pitfalls when using a projector, but I don't know what they are. Those with experience of projector could give me some advice? Thank you very much.

With the source VHS film, SD (720 x 480 NTSC) will be as good as you can get. With this video, I'd do a DV project.

This ARTICLE will give you some tips on analog to digital, but sounds like you have covered, with your camera miniDV on pass through.

Now, one possibility could be high-rez this SD material and use it in an HD project, to the specifications. of the projector. However, some heavy research. Not sure about several things: PrE will work with this program. It will allow to match this 720 p projector, etc. ? A red giant a program/plugin, Magic Bullet InstantHD. I don't know these answers.

For me, I was watching just to make a scale of my stills and DV project to that. Obviously, the resolution will be less than max for the projector.

    Good luck

  • make a slide show in first project DV or HD

If I have photos taken with my sony WX1 and also HD movie 10MPIX camera (which may not work in the elements) and I want to make a slide show and then use a project with DV or a project with HD setting setting.

I'll probably watch on TV LCD HD ready or better and can also burn them to DVD.

I remember an earlier version of PRE that the pictures were not easy to get good quality when adding with a DV film.

I tried a slide show in the Phtotshop element and image quality was very good when we look through TV - but there is a function limited on what you can for.

So I would use elements of the first and still keep good quality.

    any tips?

If I use the HD parameter and burn on DVS - no problem with that?

If I add a DV film to the project - any problem I have will then face?

I have version 8 first Prev and Photoshop elements

For still images only, I choose a Preset HD project, say 1920 x 1080 and if adjust (resize) to that. If you Pan on any Zoomed from the stills, I would then hit them with in order to allow the Pan. Even if it means I have to scale a few different sizes, I just calculated the amount of movement that I require and scale to that. Some believe that it is better to scale everything to the maximum size needed, but I like the algorithms of scaling in pre/PrPro, so not much of it in PS, I can eventually and don't let NOT the NLE programme any scaling. It's just my preference and the workflow.

The article on large Images, offers automation with Actions in PS, but I don't know how all this plays out in PSElements, sorry.

    Good luck

  • Why won't my slide show disc play on my DVD recorder?

I created a photo slideshow in PSE6.0 and it burned on a CD - RW disc according to the instructions of the program.  When I put the disc in the DVD burner, it tells me that it cannot read the disc.  I called Panasonic, the manufacturer of the recorder.  They tell me that my disc must be "finalized" so that the recorder in order to treat it.  Does anyone know what finalize talks and how to do it?  Thank you.

    Larry and 99ion,

I think that the process simpler for Larry try is a slight variation on the last paragraph of the post of 99ion.  If it is possible will depend on what variation of Windows is installed. And the process can be even simpler by using only Windows Movie Maker not - rather skip the output of the editor for PES Windows DVD maker slide show. Even if this isn't my normal process, I tried it on Vista Home Premium and it worked.

    Larry,

    1. If you have a burner, DVD, and Vista Home Premium (or another variant of Windows that supports the creation of a DVD-video), I think that the simplest action plan is to use Windows DVD Maker.

-In the PSE slideshow Editor, make an output to the file, save it as a WMV file and choose the size setting of the DVD, and the United States on DVD NTSC, PAL if your country TV is PAL.

    - Then in the creation of Windows DVD, add this file WMV of PSE as a 'film' and follow the steps for making the playable DVD TV and burn it to a DVD cisd.

    2. If the program Windows DVD Maker is not available (as if the operating system is Windows XP), then you should check the other software as discussed 99ion.

3 - Returning to the question of what no doubt spent in your first attempt with your CD - RW and the PSE slideshow Editor

Because you used a CD - RW you most likely created the video CD format as output of the PSE slideshow Editor. You should check your manual for the Panasonic owner or other documentation both to check if it can read CD - RW discs (probably yes) and if it can read the video CD format (questionable because all TV DVD players or recorders can play this format).   However, I might save you the trouble of research on these issues BECAUSE this video CD format is if low resolution than most people find his poor and unacceptable display quality.

  • Slide show - how to change the sequence of images

How to change the sequence of images in the slide show.

I'm trying to highlight in the film strip, and I can drag.  But, when I try to place it somewhere else, it comes in the original location.

    What I am doing wrong?

Yu can not change the order of the images in the slideshow module.

To change the order, go to the library module (must be seen grid), enter the part of the image of the thumbnail and drag if it is a new position in the sequence. Switch to the slide show module when all the pictures are in the order of preference, and then create a Collection of slide show. The order and the setting is stored in the collection.
