  How do you know if you were using a temporary account?  If it's temporary, data are missing. But if the account was not temporary, you can find your files under the folder C:\Users.

  Walter the traveler is correct, the error "the product key you entered is already in use" simply means that the key has been activated already... which get back you when first install you it on the PC. You just need to activate again, but this time using the activation by method of phone (using the steps that Walter indicated in the first part of his post).

  Hello. I would use four check boxes on a form, each of which will enable (check) if the data have been entered in four text fields of form on a different page in the same form.

  So, given that the user has responded to 3 in the field 'text1', "checkbox1" must now be verified on page 2.

  ... and so on for the other three.

  Note: The answers to the questions will be like a number. If the user enters 0 (zero), then I don't want the boxes to activate it. So, any greater than zero response will check the checkbox.
