  How much RAM you have on your system? (Right click on "My Computer"-> properties)

  As a general rule, Windows XP does not work well if you have less than 1 GB or more of RAM.  What usually happens is that your RAM capacity is exceeded leading to overflow on virtual memory (the drive) to compensate for the need of RAM in the computer.  This causes your system to beat on your hard drive and slow down your system.

  If this is your problem, the options are to increase the RAM on your system or decrease the non-essential programs that launch at startup on your computer using a tool like Autoruns.

  Having a problem with icons. When I install some programs: the icons are always for a certain program. They are the same, it's for a photo program called ulead Photo Explorer 8.0 IS based.

Here is my problem for the last 3 months, I got a problem with the installation of programs on my newest PC is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. After Installation the problem is that when I go to start and all programs folder menus and switch to this folder the last installed Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, the program shows as empty folder. I can't run anything in the menu start all programs. Other small programs that I installed, I was able to start the program to find the exe to start and worked with it by starting the program example start.exe start. When I start sqlservr.exe manually from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL server\MSSQL10_50.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\Binn it comes up with a black screen and a small window which I don't know that I do not get the appropriate permissions on the files it needs to run. C: Program Files and c: data files have corrupted permissions or other files are corrupt is there a way to reset these permissions back to their original condition or what else is happening here? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.   I have solved my problem.  This was caused by an outdated piece and integrated by Lenovo - Lenovo Power Manager software.  I've updated to the latest version, restarted, and the question is more persistent.  It has been resolved.

  I have a requirement like this.

  (1) LOV Field (1), when I get a value here then based on the query I get two new values and assign to another two LOV Fields (2,3) and then disable them. However, when I enter the value in the field LOV (1) based on one of the conditions I won't have no default value then LOV fields must be enabled so that the user can select the values of LOV.

  (2) now an another LOV domain (4) when I go here again, then again two fields a LOV (5), and the free text field must be filled in.

  To do this, I wrote the logic in the following way:

  (1) get the LOV box-1 value and deriving the new values and set the session Variable to 1 and then refresh the Page. Now in PR get the Variable from Session 1 and assigning new values to LOV fields 2 and 3 and then using the property Setdisabled I deactivation.

  (2) getting the value of LOV field-4 and then drifting two new values and set the session Variable-2 and refresh the Page. Now in PR get Session-2, and then set the new values for the LOV-5 field and free text. But once the Page Refreshed and assigning values, values that we have given in the Point 1 in the LOV-2 fields, 3 turn white and field's get activated.

  Can you please let me how to achieve this? and also why the values are empty when I implement Point-2.

  This VO have no matter what right SQL query, so even if you run the VO by using vo.executeQuery (), you will not get all the lines in the VO.

  So in the PR you need createRow and insert VO (otherwise your page no mistake) the below blog can be considered as an example.

  I created a line of LOV dashboard with a column in a table of ENORMOUS size. When the user tries to open the LOV, it takes a lot of time to load values, because this isn't a SELECT DISTINCT on the huge dimension.

  To resolve this problem, I created a global dimension. The problem is, I can't link the dimension to the fact table because I don't have the higher level key in the fact table.

  The error I get:

  [39008] logical dimension table product Dim _d0002 has a _D000302 source SUN PRODUCT STYLE, which do not adhere to any source of fact.

  I just created the global dimension to improve performance of LOV. I don't want to create a table of facts aggreagate.

  I'm doing this right?

  Yes, each logical dimension LTS must have the level of content to the level of detail (if a single LTS) or the level required if several LTS. (OBIEE does not tell you to set, but it is what it is: If you have a single LTS, it takes him down a until the level of detail).
