  It's really true.  This security feature is that many companies use now, including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Twitter and many banks.

  Basically, it protects you by making sure no one can access your account unless they have two things:

  1. Something you know (your password)

     and

  2. Something you have (your phone or to another e-mail account)

  Even if someone were able to guess or steal your password, they couldn't always access your account.

• Smartphones blackBerry "BOLD": cannot open attachments to emails or send emails

  I have the "BOLD" and it works very well for a month. Then, I got my Peral (an old that I dropped in the snow) to finally turn it back on and used the Fund Manager to transfer my contacts and settings of my "BOLD". Once I did that I can no longer use my "BOLD" to send emails or open attachments to emails. I get e-mails very well however. When I try to open the attachments I get the message "cannot perform more demand. Service book information not found ".

  First of all, what is the book of service? because I saw another post saying try to reset but I don't know how I could go about this.

  Secondly, any ideas on what I could do to make it work again? Is there a system restore? Or restore default settings to get rid of the changes I made when you use Desktop Manager to update my settings?

  You should now be able to send and receive emails and open attachments. Test it to make sure it works.

  Please test after each of the steps that you have not already tried it. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Remember, no one here is Apple or can help in problems of service the customer.

  Step 1

On IE in the drop down menu 'File' tab, it has an option to 'Send' as an email, OR 'Send' on your desktop as a shortcut... Mozilla doesn't have this option. I do not understand why you do not have this simple option? The pull down menu 'File' in Mozilla only allows you to send the link in an email. I always copy and paste a link between Mozilla and my Internet Explorer browser to be able to send a link as a shortcut to my paper painted.
