  I had a problem with my Lenovo all-in-one (C series), and I guess I'll have to reinstall Windows. I have to download a Windows8.1 on the net, and then I'm going to need my license key.   Good day and welcome to the community.

  If your machine came with Windows 8/8.1, factory-installed, the license key is embedded in the UEFI/BIOS. As long as you install the same version (Home to home;) or Pro for Pro, the installation process should automatically pick the key.
