  Thank you myDavey. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but he had good information on something else, I'm trying.

  I found the solution to my problem. This highlighted selection apparently called the object 'key '.

  And it can be used in the script as app.selectionKeyObject. This solves what I was looking for.

  And you can find the last selection by selecting the last item in the selection table.

I want a separator line to go at the end of each pasted section, so I try to insert one after the paste operation. But instead of a line between each section, all lines are added at the end of the file, after all the sections. So if there are 3 glued sections at the end of the file are three lines.   The problem is that the dough does not occur when you think. The dividing line is added at the end of the file, but are not your actions of dough. Actually, I think that maybe a little random where pasta is produced, because this line:

  .. .is does not create a valid text location. You can check this by abandoning the service after:

  changesDoc.TextSelection = changesTRange;

  .. and look at where's the insertion point. It will probably be everywhere where you left it last, because the call is not valid. I can't tell you exactly why, except that it has something to do with the fact that you are using the last paragraph in the stream. There is something weird to try to define a range of full-paragraph text with the last paragraph. I'm sure it's related to how the last TFP in a stream does not show a mark of FMP, but beyond that, I don't know how to do what you're trying to do with the last paragraph.

  Having no knowledge of how do it right, any time I need to do this, I create a paragraph "dummy" at the end of the flow to fill that space strange 'last FMP", then do the work around it. In the end, I just want to remove fake TFP. I don't know if it's a good idea or not, but it's the only way I ever get it to work and it sorts the mirror how you could do this manually in the GUI.

  With this, I modified your script as follows, and it seems to work better. Note that I also modified the logic of how to find the last paragraph of the flow by writing a separate function. Your call to the 'FirstTextFrameInFlow' is OK, unless your doc begins to span several pages and/or begins with several empty pages. The function I wrote ensures that you really the last TFP in the stream.

  I usually use v$ sqlarea to see recent queries.

  Maybe you can limit the rows using rownum, order of last_load_time.

  I understand, if the same query is used again then only recent transaction is stored.

  I think I'd be inclined to do in the query.

  By example SELECT field1, Field2, field3, etc, IF (DATEDIFF (NOW (), dtCreated)< 7,="" 'new',="" '')="" as="" recordstatus="" from="">

  Then echo just the value of the recordStatus for each record.

• XPS 15 much warmer than usual, running for the last week

  I have a XPS 15 laptop with SSD drive and plenty of RAM which usually remains cool. Last weekend he installed an update of Windows 10 (I think it was the version 1607). Since then the fan worked upstairs while the laptop is turned on and it feels warmer than usual. The CPU load can be less than 20% for an extended period, but the fan continues to run. I managed to go back to the previous version of Windows and it has not changed.

  The only thing that worked partly is to limit the maximum level of the CPU at 50% (I tried to use this setting on the battery and then unplugged the laptop). This cut the fan at a lower level, but I never had to do before. So far, the fan would rarely work at all.

  What is going on? Do we need updated drivers?

  It's very strange. I was watching the new to-do Manager trying to figure out why it's so hot when the CPU load is 20%. Upstairs, he said Intel Core... @ 2.2 GHz. On the right, it indicates the maximum speed: 2.2 GHz. On the left, he said speed: 2.9 GHz (sometimes going up to 2.8).

  If I put the State of maximum CPU at 99%, it falls down to 2,18 GHz, if I put it at 100% it goes back up to 2.9 GHz. I don't remember what he showed before it started, but this sounds very wrong. In both cases it is going above 2 GHz, even if the processor is not much used, but I guess it's ok if it is not overheating. It is already cooled down in a few minutes and I'm waiting to see if the fan breaks down.

  Apparently he did this during the last week and a half. What happens here? Dell release a updated driver overclocked my CPU?
