  Ugh. So close to cancel Adobe Stock.

  So we have right - 11 seats for creative cloud and a subscription to the Stock.

  I have (the admin) am the only person who can see all image credit or access any credit picture in Stock.

  After 3 chat sessions - each person who gives me a different answer - saying they have solved (clearly not) and someone from Adobe who should call me this morning and did not - we are close to solving it.

  There are currently 7 CC seating.  When one of these users will connect to stock.adobe.com, the drop-down list should show a personal option and "Team name" option & they should select the option "name of the team.

  I bought an Adobe Stock image. I received an email from Bill as directed by the attached page. But there was no image attached. And when I log in Adobe Stock I have no history of license. If no image access. Where is the image I bought Adobe? I can upload a screenshot of my history of license attached vacuum too.

• Finding no Illustrator moved links Adobe Stock

  My workflow is to download previews Adobe Stock on my desktop (PC), place them in my work Illustrator file, sent to the customer a proof and saved the file and close it. I moved and then links to a subfolder to get them off my desktop.

  Reopening of the Illustrator file, I get a message "could not find the file..., replace ignore Cancel.

  Before the Illustrator 2015.3 update I would like to click on replace and a Windows Explorer window open so I could navigate to the new location for file storage link, click OK and Illustrator would update the links.

  Now, since 2015.3, by clicking on the button replace doesn't do nothing, the error message disappears for a split second and then reappears.

  I've tested and this behavior occurs only with Adobe Stock downloaded files. Other types of files such as JPG files and HAVE from other sources all work correctly.

  Of course, I could click on ignore for each image placed until the file is loaded and then manually link again all the files using the links Panel, but it is a tedious job and a complete waste of time when the old behavior should not have been broken. In addition, what happens if again broken links?

  I used some images before migration in my customer brochure and I want to buy, however, now the picture reference number has changed. How can I find the image that I used in the comp on Adobe Stock?

  I would like to express that I got free trial of a month on Adobe Stock with 10 free images.  The Adobe device has indicated that I can cancel at any time before the month was out and I would not result in any charges.  The month ends at the time of 75 minutes and I'm unable to cancel that phone support will end at 17:00 and I can't find any way to inform the Customer Service that I have been informed by the Adobe Web site. When I asked before entering I was not advised that I had to cancel the last day of my free month before 17:00.

  I recommend that you consult a tax advisor to meet your specific situation that we are not able to provide you with this information. I can tell you that all the commissions earned are considered as taxable income. You will receive a form 1099 at the end of the year and you will have to pay taxes on the income.

• Adobe Stock not appearing in the independent Manager LR 6.7 Editor

  I've upgraded to the latest 6.7 LR without problem and wanted to put in place the mechanism apparently integrated to post photos on site Adobe Stock, which apparently allows this upgrade.

  However, I can't find that adobe listed at all in the Manager of publication, just the usual hard drive, Flickr and Facebook.

  I went through more find online services button that takes me Adobe add-ons, but again I don't find anything for Adobe Stock.

  This facility IS just available on the CC version, or have I missed something obvious to make this work?

  I am a graphic designer and I have the account - my client must create their own account and download the image itself?

  Or can I create a sub account for him and legally use the image for the work? If so, HOW?
  I don't find really no useful response to this question... I hope so, you can help me!
