• Can I integrate Wordpress Login/Sign Up system on my site of Muse?

  I want to know if it is possible to integrate a Wordpress login/registration system on my site of Muse. I want a connection/registration button on my website and want it to redirect to the login/registration form and when it's done it will redirect to my website members area. If this is not possible is it another possible alternative to do this?

  Basically, I want to enable registered users to see certain pages of my site. For example: say I write monthly articles on my site, but I want to only registered users to see and not normal users. I need something like this set up on my clients website and I need to find a solution to this ASAP.

• Licensing for contractors and temporary consultants

  My company is trying to decide whether to invest in Captivate in our creation main tool (rather than using our exclusive presentation/scenario generator).  ID drive, I'm all for this transition and love using Captivate from a design perspective.  We often use instructional designers under contract for our short term projects, and I want to know how we can better manage several subscriptions for these people.

  How does the subscription from a management perspective?  We simply would create several Adobe ID managed by myself?  These ID management allows me to activate licenses on the various devices?

  Any advice in this area would be very useful.  Thank you.

  I'm not anyway 'turn off' a license on a target computer, that you have no direct access.

  In addition, once installed, the subscription is actually a part of the connection of the user account.

  In order to, I guess, have an email/Adobe as ' [email protected]'... .and tell the contractor to save their installation with this account... but then, it is up to the contractor to disconnect and de-register their CP installation when the contact is over.

  If you have contactors trustworthy that will probably, maybe it's a solution.

  If it's people at random and you are concerned about them continuing to use the login/registration after the contract is made, then I wouldn't do it.

  I am not very familiar with the features of 'team', then perhaps there is a way to manage sub-accounts.

  However, the * best solution is perhaps to just the overall responsibility of the software on the entrepreneur themselves.

  The only downside I would add to words, I don't know how easy it is to * cancel * a subscription. Some people it's easy, some people did not. So you can check on this process and don't forget your contractors are clear on this issue... because once the contract ends, you're not going to pay more for their monthly subscription

  Once exported/published content is standard HTML/CSS/JS that can be hosted on any Web server. If you create a login in php outside the muse page, you can link with your site and host it on your server. If your server supports php, it should work fine.

• How would I go to do an auto update site?

  Hello, I want to create a website of auto update and I have no idea where to start... Here is everything that my boss wants to

  ~ User login & registration (be it Eaiser then others)

  ~ Admin Panel (statistics shows, etc how much visitors viewing what page, Google Analytics of thought should work very well here)

  ~ Home-automatic update page (hard one I think, he wants so I can simply cop & paste a title in a text box, paste the history into a text box and finally to upload a photo and have a datavase put together and update the homepage)

  ~ Auto-updates to the Pages. (Hard, where a page...) When put to the server will be looking at what kind of story it is and put themselves in a category, and then update homepage accordingly.)

  You don't necessarily need to use a Dreamweaver template. There is free CSS templates (that you can use as basis for your site) in several places:

  This is little. About 2500 different models in all between them, for free, and they have a few templates 'premium' for sale too.

  You will need a solution of database (mySQL would be a good choice) and a side script server such as PHP to process your form.

  The HTML code is pretty useless without the script database and processing.

  There is nothing within DW who can do this kind of thing for you. You would either need to learn these techniques (or other similar) so you can put the code yourself, or ask someone to create it for you.

  I've never used these services so I cannot vouche for them at all, but a google search shows a couple right now...

• Host PayPal and EBay loading OK, but during the registration/login page is selected this page open as text based GUI. No error message is given.

  For the past month tried to solve a recurring problem with EBay & PayPal login pages. My PC is a near new as is the operating system, Win7 64-bit Home Premium edition. The 1st problem took place approximately 6 months with my previous PC and Win XP Pro, but it disappeared after a few days and Firefox updated. This problem does not occur with IE 8

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  • Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.
