  The file belongs to the software Windows Desktop Search. If you use it, you can uninstall it from Add/Remove programs. If you use it (even if I think it's pretty awful), uninstall and then reinstall. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  When you open mozilla, when the cursor is not at the top of the page, I do not see:
  (1) the address bar
  (2) front and rear buttons
  (3) office toolbar

  Did you set up using the (bar of tabs above) option "Tabs at the top". Right-click on a toolbar to display the list of toolbars and make sure "Tabs at the top" is selected.

  If you are using Windows 7, you can delete saved credentials by going to start, Control Panel, users and security for the family, accounts of users and finally click on manage your credentials in the left pane.

  Look for your saved credentials and select it, then click on remove from Vault.
