Firefox crashes my computer while playing graphic intensive games, but with Firefox off, they work perfectly.

Hello, I've installed various games on my computer like in Garry's Mod, and several other 3-d games that work perfectly does well without Firefox, no crashes no problems.
Several of my games (exception is minecraft), whenever I have firefox running and all, it will just crash my computer. Black screen instantly, without warning, just instantly everything turns off. I scanned several times, I have no virus and the games work normally without firefox.

But what would firefox do to cause crash with them on my computer? Is it possible to fix it?

Well, has gained stability, promising. Creates a new profile and restore the settings of Firefox, then Yes, you would probably lose these tabs.

How many legs were open? I have a creeping suspicion that the number will be medium high, losing them is a real threat (why not use a bookmarks folder?). If so, might want to focus on reducing that number or see if cancellation of preloading would help stability... Nevertheless, prolonged megatabbing seems unsustainable.

  • Equium L40: slow graphics performance while playing a few games

In the past months, I have the same played a few games and have noticed that I'm more in addition to lag screen gradually.

I guess it's due to the graphics card. The graphics card is a Mobile Intel (r) 965 Express Chipset Family, and it is updated with the latest drivers.
I'm on Windows Vista Home Edition 32-bit.

    Appreciate your help.

    Hello

I I think that don t games run smoothly because of the lowest performance chart
I think it s a shared memory graphics card.

This means that available graphics card memory depends on the amount of main memory.
For example you laptop has installed 1 GB of system memory and GPU use 251 MB (128 MB video memory + system Shared Memory System 123 MB)
If laptops use 2 GB of RAM then the GPU could use 358MB (128 MB + 230 MB)

In addition the Vista operating system needs a lot of resources of the laptop. He needs more as a beginning like Win XP OS. The games are unable to use these resources because these resources are occupied by Vista.

As you see it installed (Vista OS) software and graphics card can affect game performance

I think you should try the graphic details of game and other specify settings to a lower maybe level helps.

2 could be a nuisance pilot. Update your drivers manually looking at system manufacturer and
Sites of the manufacturer of the device.

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (manually updating your display and video driver - do)
do not use the Scan for drivers - enter manually the information.)

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For
each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description,.
version, product name, company that created the driver and more.

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - reset after each
    installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • While the graphics of games download scrambled and freezes Satellite A200-1j0

    Hello

I have a problem of great graphics with my laptop. Its a Satellite A200-1j0 with HD 2600 running vista 32 bit.
When I start a game, only the graphics are scrambled and the nb freezes.

I have been using the nb for casual games, since I bought it (1 year ago) without any problem.
But a few days, a few games (hl2, far cry 2) started my freezing system rarely and at random times.
Today, I've updated the drivers from the Toshiba site and it got worse.

It happens now in almost all games, and, as soon as the graphics appear after loading screens.
Windows will run without problems, however.

Here are some pictures of the laptop when the graphics get scrambled

    http://I487.Photobucket.com/albums/rr237/doomlover_gr/DSC00104.jpg

Doesn't look good I agree with Akuma.
Check if the BIOS and driver graphics card to day helps.
If that does not solve the graphics problem then ASP support is necessary.

    Hello

As you mentioned that you are facing this problem while playing high end games assassins creed and others. You might face this problem due to two reasons. If the game is not compatible with Windows 7 or if the video driver is damaged. Please email us with the name of the games who are facing this problem and make and model of your computer.

I checked the compatibility of Assassin's creed with Windows 7. Please see the link below.

You must check the game support team for the compatibility of the game with Windows 7, you can contact them on the link below.

I suggest you to please uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver from the manufacturer's website. Go to the manufacturer's Web site, select the computer model number, operating system and download the latest graphic driver. You can follow the steps in the link given below to open the peripheral Manager. Right-click on the graphic adapter and select Uninstall. This will remove the old driver of your computer. Do not restart your computer.

    Open the Device Manager

Once you have successfully uninstalled the graphics driver, you can install the last one that you have already downloaded.
