  Is this Toshiba pre-installed Vista OS or have you installed Win XP?

  From my experience the iaStor0 for the SATA driver file belongs and maybe it s a HARD drive problem

  Have you changed anything in the BIOS?
  Maybe something like SATA to AHCI mode compatible mode?

  I am currently under a dual screen setup with my monitor and a separate screen. It seems to work fine for a while and then all of a sudden my computer will start to act up, and then it will go to the blue screen of death.   I suggest you to please uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver from the manufacturer's website. Go to the manufacturer's Web site, select the computer model number, operating system and download the latest graphic driver. You can follow the steps in the link given below to open the peripheral Manager. Right-click on the graphic adapter and select Uninstall. This will remove the old driver of your computer. Do not restart your computer.

  Once you have successfully uninstalled the graphics driver, you can install the last one that you have already downloaded.
