Firefox is very slow, been using IE for a month. Nothing works except start PC in safe mode. 2 times, also uninstalled profile. Reinstall, resets, etc.
also, disabled addons. See above. On win7. IE and google earth normal run. Abandoned, using IE for a month. On another PC so site reads the wrong plugins.
Start the computer in Mode safe mode with network support Windows (on the startup screen, press F8) as a test to see if that helps.

Have been using Mozilla for years and suddenly it will not not-cannot connect.
I have been using Mozilla for about 2 years and I started getting error messages "Mozilla had to close...". ", I have sent reports to Mozilla every time that the error occurred. Then about 3 days ago Mozilla stopped and, although I have not changed anything, it does not open, not to the taskbar, the desktop shortcut or start menu. IE, I signed up on Firefox and decided to reinstall (upgrade), but it says that I must close Mozilla before the upgrade can take place. Your help is greatly appreciated!

I had my router/line checked everything etc and after 2 weeks of cleaning/testing etc its all pointing to Firefox as the problem. Please help because it's driving crazy me.

Firefox is very slow to respond when you open and almost always unresponsive altogether, refusing even to respond to Manager task "End program" command. The "not responding" error message is also over browsing online. Several attempts must be made to get online. A loss of stability seems to be endemic at the present time.

I have been using InDesign for many years. Last week I suddenly discovered that I couldn't open a document by double-clicking on the desktop or wherever it was. Instead, now I have to find the document in the folder it's in, click on it once, and then click file in the bar at the top of the screen, go to open, then it will be open. Any ideas why this happened all of a sudden? In addition, in the bar on the top of a document, I can no longer change the Essentials to advanced or others. Seems to have everything that happened at the same time. Help appreciated please.
First of all: this has nothing to do with InDesign, it has to do with your OS, so second: what operating system? Windows or Mac because to solve this problem, we need to know which. It's your operating system which has lost the connection with your program and document files.
