Firewall - risk Message System

I am getting a balloon in the taskbar (right side) which says that my system can be in danger because of my firewall is not turned on.  It says to click on the ball to correct the problem.  This opens the Security Center, which shows that the firewall is off.  After a period of time, it turns on itself, but when I try to click on it when it is said off the coast, it says it can't turn on it and returns me to the link recommendations.  From there, I went to the control panel and in the firewall, icon, which shows more often than it is turned on.  However, sometimes, she too is not on and I cannot turn it on.  I got a malware that seemed to say that the firewall should go off, but I ran Malware Bytes and put it as quarantined.  It is now even disappeared from quarantine diary.  Even though this disappeared and only appears when I run malware again or my antivirus program, this message always happens when I og on my computer.  This happens frequently, but not at each logon.  Can you explain what is happening and how I can solve this problem.

Hard to say without looking at your PC. In case you have any malware, it is possible for the Security Center inform you that firewall must be turned off (and then later on) in the case that it just takes awhile to turn on. In other words, if you have a suite antivirus which is ultra busy start, hogging a lot of cycles CPU and RAM, which could cause the situation described above. Once that subsequently settled in antivirus, firewall, and then turns completely. It can happen.

If you give us more information, we might be able to give some more. Let know us:
1. name of your antivirus or suite program
2. If you have SP3 and all post-SP3 security patches installed
3. the amount of RAM
4. size of hard drive and the amount of free space

    This means that the function of system restore has become disabled, possibly through a group policy.

    To re - activate:

    1. click on start, run and type regedit.exe, and then press enter

    2. navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-Software-policies-Microsoft-Windows NT------SystemRestore

    In the right pane:

    1 delete the value DisableConfig
    2 delete the value DisableSR
    3. exit the registry editor.
    4 reboot.

    In Windows XP Professional, you can accomplish the above by using Group Policy Editor.

    1. click on start, run and type GPEDIT. MSC
    2. navigate to this path:

    Computer configuration-> administrative templates-> system-> system restore

    3. set turn off unconfigured system restore
    4. set the disable configuration not configured
    5. exit the Group Policy Editor
    6 reset.

    I have a HP Pavilion dv2700 - kh933ea laptop computer #abv (it is a HP Pavilion dv2799ee Special Edition Entertainment Notebook PC to be exact) that displays the message "system CMOS checksum failed. Press F1 to continue"every time you start the system. My OS is Windows 7 / 32 bit.

    Then I updated my BIOS to version 2.4e, 01-dec-08 Phoenix (the SMBIOS version remained the same before 2.4), but the issue is not resolved. I have attached a screenshot for processor and BIOS versions.

    Can someone guide me on how to solve this problem?

    I don't see the screenshot of your post attachments. Please repost them.

    This error message means that WHAT BIOS is damaged. You will need to have the BIOS flashed in a mobile shop, repair a BIOS or an HP Service Center. Do a search online with Google or Bing repair for a BIOS.  If you keep trying to update the BIOS there will come a time where everything you have a black screen.

    I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting

    (3) restart to take batt

    My window common envy15 7 gives me this message on statup with warnings from the interntant cases or damage the system. The fan is indicated as 90 b

    I did all of the HP system tested at startup. They all pass. So I took off the back and blew all the dust out and turn off the fans. Restarted and no error message. Bottom line, pull back and keep it clean. Thanks for the help to find HP diagnostics. He helped to convince me that the problem was something else.

    So it may happen that your computer is a 64-bit computer and you try to install a 32-bit game that may not be compatible and so display an error message.
     
     
    However the AOE Conquerors is compatible with windows Vista.
