First 14 Elements not rendered Timeline

I have a 60 fps of 2560 x 1440 project that was created by importing a video clip that I created in a blender.  It works very well and chronology, making the status line is gray in my opinion, means that this clip was, or does not, require rendering of chronology.  I then add a clip to the timeline that was created with a video capture software that has a different resolution for the project, i.e. from 1856 x 1392 60 fps.  The status line above made this clip appears in orange which I think means that it requires chronology made for the timeline playback smoother.  So, I first made the gray markers on the timeline to cover the whole of the project, i.e. the markers that can be set using the Alt and square bracket keys.  Then, I click on the chronology rendered button.  However, the rendering dialog box flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second followed by the video on the timeline during playback.  No rendering takes place and the State line remains orange.

Can someone help with this problem?

Well, after a lot of testing, it seems that the only one of the codecs above that works pretty well for me is the Microsoft AVI codec (1129730893).  Two of the other variants AVI rendered, but that led to a blurry glimpse crushed vertically and the other just a black preview screen.

I can at least now feel that I have tried all the options and chose the best (but not only) available.  Time to actually do any editing work now

    The ' display as ' for each column must be 'Standard report column.

    Seems that by default "display in the form of" changed for standard reports:

I uninstalled and reinstalled programs using Adobe uninstallers, did not help. After starting in safe mode, I could get 14 PE for play/stop, although audio has been disabled. Very frustrating!     Purchased as a download on the website of Adobe Premiere elements 14?

    You went through the usual forest, video/graphic card driver updated, latest version of QuickTime 7 installed, run programs as an administrator...?

    If you buy the product, while you still can (current version, recent purchase), you might want to involve Support Adobe through its Adobe Chat online (download, installation and commissioning).

    Just to confirm... are you saying that elements 13/13.1 first works OK on the same computer, timeline content as first elements 14? You run the 14.1 update, or if you're still at 14? If you have updated to 14 to 14.1, the content of the timeline plays OK in version 14?

    Do not rely on such update. 2.7 K is not an ordinary resolution.

    You can import 2.7 K in ss14, you can't stabilize.

    First Pro CC 2015 to do this.

    But if 2.7 K files are introduced into a sequence of 1920 x 1080 you have the same problem, but this problem is corrected by nesting the images first.

    Adobe has removed the DV of Premiere Elements capture feature a few generations back, Wandomedi.

    But if you can connect miniDV to your computer via FireWire, you can still capture video and correct it in Premiere Elements.

    In this case, rather than MovieMaker, I recommend that you use the free download Win DV. This program does not control your player cassette manually, but it captures beautifully minDV player. And best of all, the video captures DV - AVI, easier to edit in Premiere Elements format!

    Please uninstall the 14 items first - uninstall Adobe Premiere Elements or Photoshop Elements

    Does anyone know why first 14 elements does not install actually after I downloaded it and after running the install of adobe. I'm not on my desktop and it doesn't have prompted me to put in my serial number. I still have version 11 on my desk. Does it matter?

    The answer is...

    Like I said, the default Panel in the range of effects of applied effects/Applied / Motion and opacity.

    Once you apply fx effects Audio/Effects/Channel Volume effect to your audio clip, you will see the channel Volume Panel in the Palette of effects applied and the movement and opacity.
