  4. Once you are sure that 13 works completely, then download and install the update 13.1 a project open Help Menu/updates to date.

  Hi after upgrading to the 2015 fall from first Pro CC edition I had the problem that the double click on an icon in the tray will not send the clip to the viewer more. Only endless clicking on, or jumping to another clip following returning to my original clip of choice and eventually will work. It of incredibly tedious and slows down editing big time. Y at - it a new feature, adobe has put in place that I'm missing or is it just a bug? (the phenomenon occurs on my PowerMac and much portable more recent) Anyone else have this problem?

  This is on Mac? If so, it is a known problem that is being developed. Possible solutions: select the first clip, then double-click or disable Hover Scrub (in the options of the menu of the project burger/wing Panel).

System has more minimum requirements for hardware and software. Do you have an uninstall program, copied items on the hard drive and reinstalled hard drive. Ran with Windows shooting mode of evil, ran also opened by the administrator, cannot find a problem. Installation of Adobe and troubled shoot program is no longer available. I would appreciate any idea of the problem by anyone. Note... 13 Photoshop installed and works without any problem. Problem seems to be associated with programs or files supports video. Thank you.   As I was preparing the package to return the software I received contact from Adobe support in India. The tech diagnosed the problem and installed a fix in a few minutes, of course, they have seen this problem before. He added an audio driver to use instead of the default drivers for Adobe.  See the ASIO4ALL web site for a fix. Program now seems to operate normally. This resolution of the problem and the fix is not in pages using Adobe online, to my knowledge.

  I was working on a short project that had many video and audio clips. About 3 hours in the first project elements 12 crashed. Now, it will not open the saved data. He simply said "an unknown error has occurred during the opening of the project" Am I GROUND? What should I expect as a regular from Adobe? More importantly, is there a method to recover the project?   Thanks for the update and glad you are moving in your project of first Elements. But...

  Remember... you use first items 12/12.1 on Windows 7 32-bit. Under this condition, first elements 12 or 12.1 runs as an application 32 bit with all the limitations of a 32-bit system, namely maximum supported installed RAM = 4 GB which usually 3.2 to 3.0 GB or less available. This has major implications related to the chance for the greater realization of a project. First 12 elements is a 64-bit application in Windows ONLY when it is run on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit. Under this condition, first 12 elements can take advantage of the 64-bit like application resources for these most important project at a greater frequency of success.

  Initially, you said that you were able to complete with success similar to the problem project projects under the existing conditions. At any time you mention no memory low message.

  The difficulty that seems to work for you involves virtual memory not physical memory (RAM). Virtual memory is disk space allocated for purposes of memory.  In view of recent developments, it would seem that the real difficulty for you is to install your first items 12/12.1 on Windows 7 64 bit with about 8 GB installed RAM. I'll go in a further analysis of virtual and physical memory and the/3 GB switch if necessary.

  Nice that you found a way forward in your projects (this is fine), please review and consider the foregoing.

  IMac OS 10.9, cannot get beyond choice of app for first item 12 on Adobe download assistant. The only choice available here: arre: video, Photoshop and PDF. Unelistede apps should be available to the right of these 3 elements. Tried it with safari and browsers Chome several times with the same negative results.

  If you check out the file of more than 1, make sure that all are extracted in the same folder.  If they fail to do this, by default, copy the contents of the file 2nd in the first folder.

  bought 2 drive photoshop and elements 10 University first. photoshop on disc 1 installation went well, works very well.  Disc 2, I had to search for Autorun to install without s/n asked. it installed with no s/n application, but does not work and does not appear on the programs available.  tried to reinstall, it said: everything is already installed.   Yes, before the 11 was when the switch took place for the delivery of additional functional content. As the OP refers to the PES & pre 10, it's probably a disk, just for content, unless the content is not included in the academic version.
