  I had the same problem: cc2015.3 has been slower than 2015.2, whith example media browser, or when I opened a media by clicking twice.

  You should try the following, it worked for me: go to 'Edit' 'preferences', 'media' and here, uncheck the box "enable intel accelerated h.264 codec" (or something similar - I have the french version...).

  Then, close the program and restart. Premiere Pro should now work well!

• First Pro CC 2015 VERY SLOW while trimming clips. Help, please!

  Whenever I'm going to cut a clip using the "Trim" in CC2015 of the ORGANIZATION, the program hangs just for 30 to 60 seconds. EVERY TIME. As you can imagine, this makes editing a video marriage within a certain time for a customer near impossible and frustrating. Once the program ends hanging around for a good bit of time, the topping I did just did what I wanted to do, but as the costs of my precious time. • First Pro CC 2015.0.1 performance degradation

  Background: race Windows 7 Pro on an Intel Core i7 to 4.0 Ghz processor, 16 GB of ram; PNY/Nvidia Quadro K2200, 4 GB of ram. three 2 TB Western Digital Black HDs put in place for performance (as I read somewhere..).

  Project is really minimal. All Canon 5DM 2 (*.) MOV clips) from 6 to 10 minutes each. Now to eight sequences, more than one to three separate clips, about 14 minutes longer. Audio is of the clips only.

  Get all the clips to each new sequence: Motion/scale 105 and Motion/Rotation-1, 0; Color Lumetri; Unsharp mask; Volume control; Vocal Enhancer; and a low-pass filter on them. Some of the specific parameters (in particular, Lumetri color and low-pass filter) are adjusted back within a single sequence.

  As I continue to add footage and edit each, I see a gradual but a degradation in performance deep, to the point that the last two sequences can't play the 'Fit' and 'reading of 1/2 resolution' without stopping every second or two, sometimes for four or five seconds. • First Pro CC 2015.3 stops as soon as I open the software

  When I start the first Pro CC 2015.3, the program gives me an error "not responding" on Windows startup screen.  Specifically, I use 10 64-bit Windows.  I don't know what other information I would need to provide and which would be relevant.  I tried the update to 2015.4, and I get the same question.  Any help the question would be appreciated.

  I am having major problems with first Pro CC 2015.3.After problems last week I made a completely new reinstall of Windows 7 (64-bit) and all software. Then downloaded creative cloud and Premiere Pro. Everything seemed OK. When I went to import clips from a variety of sources - A7 of Sony, Sony AX 100 and Panasonic MTS - I kept receiving an 'invalid file or corrupt files' opinion for all files. He played quite easily in Windows Media Player. I was able to import exactly the same formats of previous projects. Mysteriously, after about an hour, I was allowed to import all the files bar the MTS files. Then saved the project and went to bed.

  Tried opening Premiere Pro this morning and he just hung on "initializing app". To go to the control panel and to stop and close a from there. When I tried to open the cloud creative office he does not open and just the circle opening go in circles. When I tried to shut down the computer it doesn't would be unlocked, just display "shutting down". To make a hard stop.  When I restarted, I could not yet open creative cloud Office or Premiere Pro so of use the cleaning Adobe tool to uninstall all.
