First Pro CC 2015.3 crash on launch, load long time and the low activity of the CPU

I have similar problems running Windows 7/64 on a 12 core Xeon with 24 GB of memory. I tried to open an existing project and he told me that I had to create a new version - then it crashed several times as he tried to reload the film. Clean the media cache files did not much difference. A project using 66 gb of contents of source AVCHD 1080i took an entire day to convert. It's CRAZY!  Fortunately, I have a laptop with PP cc2015.2 still installed and managed to get a job done while the main system broke.

It takes FOREVER for a project to load. This isn't a good thing! There is no CPU activity and very little memory is used - WHAT happens?

The obvious lesson is the same old I've heard before - do no ameioration edit in the middle of a project and do not trust the Publisher of the software for legacy projects care!

The new Premiere Pro has a default setting for H.264 decoding who try to use the hardware features of a processor Intel Core i7 chipset.

If you are using an old computer as a 2008 MacPro with the Intel E5472 chip or a Dell or HP Xeon workstation that has a previous Intel processor as an E5335 or E5560 then you will need to disable this parameter.

Open a new project in first Pro CC 2015.3

Open the media in Edit-Preferences tab and locate the checkbox "Enable accelerated h.264 decoding Intel (requires restart). Clear the check box, and then restart the computer. If Premiere Pro is much faster then you now have the right setting.

  • First pro cc 2015.3 Crash at startup

I've updated to the new 2015.3 and now it crashes at startup. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result. It's crazy. I have work to do. Thinking back to Final Cut because of the constant problems. Y at - it a fix for this? I'm on a Macbook pro 15 inch 2012. 2.6ghz intel core i7, nvidia geforce gt 650 1024Mo.

  • First Pro CC 2015.4 crashing

I recently installed upgrading 2015.4 and after using it for a short time on a Windows 7 PC, I have a serious failure with the program.  Just before the break, I had finished just import a sequence of images JPEG 4 K 60 FPS.  I saved the project and closed the program for the day.  When I started the program the next day I loaded the saved program and as she began to open the project, I got the following error...... \scr\PlayerFactory.CCP-268.

When the editing window has opened a dialog box appears saying that a serious error had occurred and the program stops. Also, a dialog box appeared in the lower right corner, saying that there had been a conflict of entry.  I tried to open other project files and had the same results.  I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software several times and each time had the same results.  Now I'm dead in the water with a project that I need to finish, any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try this:

Hold down the SHIFT + ALT SEATED during the loading of Premiere Pro.  Keep them pressed until the PP is fully charged.

Once the program is open, create a new project and do nothing with it.

    What to plant?

  • First Pro CC 2015.2 W10 Crash

    Hello

We just started to work with all new HP Zbook 15 portable computers with an installation of Windows 10 fresh and up to date. OneDrive is installed on all computers connected to Office365 E3 useraccounts and portable.

With the help of the redirected folders, we make that user profiles are redirected in the user his folder of a drive. For example, the desktop of the user "Username" is located on the following location.

    C:\Users\"username"\OneDrive - company utilisateur\Bureau

All programs, including Adobe, work fine, except the first Pro CC 2015.2. During startup, the application crashes by referring to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2015\dvaui.dll CC". When I launch the application with a local user without the redirected folders first starts normally.

From my point of view, it seems that a nessesary folder is missing. When I check the common records such as appdata and documents all excists records and are created very well. For example the below files

    C:\Users\"username"\OneDrive - company Name\Documenten\Adobe\Premiere Pro\9.0\Profile-"Username"

    C:\USers\"username"\Appdata\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro.

Can you tell me what I'm missing?

I'm completely lost on this topic.

Problem is solved. There was a difference in path of profile between the visible path in windows Explorer and the settings in the registry. Strange thing is that Adobe Premiere has been made by the present. Everything works fine now.

  • First Pro CC 2015.2 zig - zag error - Crash

I had no problems like this until last night and it persists today... I am currently on hold with Adobe technical support and have been for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yay! Service.

In any case, I "upgraded" my version of 2015 to 2015.2 four days ago. Last night, I knew from countless accidents that occur after opening a project and started working, deletion of images or sequences, all duplication really work. I tried crashing to other workstations with the same results.

It's the series of error messages that I get:

    [/ZigZag/releases/2015.08/shared/adobe/MediaCore/Backend/Src/Sequence/PersistentGroupConta iner.cpp - 279]

Has been a breach of contract of entry

A serious error has occurred. First Adobe must close now

Does anyone else have this produce and/or know a solution or a cure?

    Thank you very much

    Heather

I had the same problem today when I tried to close the first pro cc 2015. I called support and said it was a permissions issue where my project folder. All I had to do was change the location of my project file or to change the name of the folder my project folder was in and the error messages went.

    I hope this helps!

    • After you upgrade an application for 2015 of CC, you can also reinstall the CC 2014 version. Please refer to the procedure described in solution 2.

Try disabling hide MenuBar in your system prefs - which seems to be a trigger for crash at startup in El Capitan...

  • First Pro CC gives an error "Could not create image buffer" and crashing after installing a videocard GeForce GTX 1070.

    Hi all

I recently installed a GeForce GTX 1070 video card and drivers current in my bench mounted, very happy for the potential break in the rendering and playback (I was using previously a very old ASUS Radeon HD 7850). I had nothing else problems since.

When I first tried a project of creation of opening, audio refused to play (speakers, headphones, everything...) I looked at the volume mixer while playing through the timeline and no audio only showed upward). Everything seemed fine. I closed, cleared the cache, opened the first, this time hold Alt while doing so to reset the preferences. Open very well, audio read back fine, that only now first was blocked indefinitely the generation of PEK files for a short audio clip in the project.

After a long bit of troubleshooting in the speakers, I went ahead and did a complete uninstall of Premiere Pro and After Effects, then reinstalled both programs to their current versions (2015.4 and 2015.3, respectively). No more problems of generation PEK, but something much worse. Now, whenever I try to change the CUDA acceleration enabled, I can maybe five minutes absolute performance first until I get an error "Could not create image buffer", warning of notifications of Windows that your computer is low on memory, and finally, a complete crash where the screen goes black, flickers a couple times, then stays black for good with only the mouse cursor appears on the screen.

The images that I'm editing is all images Go Pro, no effects applied. I am doing this for a client and need ready in a week, but the constant crashing makes them difficult to work around. I can more or less run by changing the acceleration of software only, display options but it is much slower and the memory is still eaten up like crazy (if I place the open Task Manager and start to scrub through the timeline I can watch the memory usage get up to 95% in 20 seconds approximately). Reading suffers as a result once the RAM is full until almost full.

    Technical specifications

First Pro CC 2015.4 (latest version)

OS: Windows 10 Pro (Version 1511)

    CPU: Intel Core i7 - 5820 K CPU @ 3.30 GHz

    RAM: 16 GB

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 (latest drivers)

SSD (OS and Adobe Suite installed): SanDisk SSD internal 240 GB 2.5 inch SDSSDA - 240 G - G25

Hard drive (where I put my multimedia files): WD Black 2 TB Performance Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 inch, SATA 6 Gb/s, 7200 RPM, 64MB Cache

    Motherboard: ASRock X 99 Extreme4 LGA 2011-3 ATX Intel

Film source - source footage is an hour of video of Go Pro, all arranged on the timeline, no effect applied (I'm just trying change the original film in a short video).

    Type: MPEG Movie (.mp4)

    Image size: 3840 x 2160

    Frame rate: 29.97

    Format of the pixels: 1.0

It is worth noting that, with my old dusty Radeon GPU, I was able to edit these clips with ease. No reading, no problem of image buffer. I do not see my RAM never go above 60% usage, when I got this card is installed.

Also worth noting, that the first, I have noticed absolutely no problems, and the video card itself seems to work very well. I can play MGSV at max settings with perfect reading, as well as other graphics intensive games.

    Any help?

It's been almost a week and I had zero problems. First Pro CC 2015.2 works like a dream! I'll go ahead and mark this thread closed.

For those just tuning, I was able to find a solution by uninstalling the Premiere Pro and After Effects, and then reinstall them back to last known stable on my bench (Premiere Pro 2015.2 and after 2015.2 effects). So far, running these versions has been very good, even with active CUDA acceleration.

The only downside is that all the projects I've done in Premiere Pro version 2015.4 should be re-edited from scratch. But I've had absolutely zero problems using the program, which is a relief. Hope Adobe fixes this problem whenever 2015.5 is out!

  • Audio plays but video does not first Pro CC 2015.4

This occurred shortly before, but recently it happens all the time, to the point where I don't know what to do. It seems that the more I use first, problems pop up more and more difficult to use. It feels like he's slowly killing my computer or something. But here's the latest:

When I play back the video, sometimes just having a cup/change, sometimes playing, the video appears to freeze, stops the playhead moving, and the video freezes on wherever it was before reading, however the audio will continue to play. I can click around, recurs in the audio, but no video - it stays on the frame was for the first, he froze or will just go black.

When this happened the first time that she would usually just take place when my computer seemed to be overloaded: I was at the end of a project with a lot of changes/titles/etc, did not close the program for a while, etc. Usually I could simply close first, sometimes restart my computer, and once I opened everything, once again, would be nice. Now, I'm at the beginning of a project and he does CONSTANTLY.

If you need more information about me or have a workaround solution and can explain things to me as if I had no idea what anyone, it would be great because I'm not for most.

    First Pro CC 2015.4

My drivers are up to date.

I have a LaCie thunderbolt device plugged in with the USB 3.0 cable.

I have Adobe first Pro CC 2015.4

I have a Lenovo laptop using Windows 10 (* insert barfing noise *)

Processor: Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz
    Memory (RAM) installed: 8.00 GB

System type: 64-bit, x 54 base processor operating system

At this point, might as well try an 'off' Nvidia too.

And if this doesn't work, I'd certainly a uninstall/reinstall process, using the Adobe... found CC cleaning tool here:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/CS5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Using this, completely remove the Premiere Pro and then download/install a copy of application of Office CC PrPro fesh.

See if that helps. Now the cleaning process full of destroy all preferences & saved custom workspaces... well you copy those before closing. And my mind just froze... Normally, I know exactly where to look for those within a PC, they are in the users / (you) / AppData/Roaming/Adobe... I think so? No idea where Mac stores, but you should be able to search for it.

  • First Pro CC 2015.3 stops as soon as I open the software

When I start the first Pro CC 2015.3, the program gives me an error "not responding" on Windows startup screen.  Specifically, I use 10 64-bit Windows.  I don't know what other information I would need to provide and which would be relevant.  I tried the update to 2015.4, and I get the same question.  Any help the question would be appreciated.

So here's how I solved the problem:

I remembered that the previous facility has had a problem with the ExporterAVI.prm file does not properly, so I did what I did before. Move the file out of the Plug-ins folder and put the software in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and it worked fine.
