First pro cc 2015 project file does not open... displays the logo and says its loading but it never opens up to... There is two days. I reallly need to solve this... any suggestions?

  Running XP Pro on a computer Satellite Pro U200, I have installed Norton Ghost 10 (after a lot of difficulties that I had to uninstall Norton anti-siphoning I've ever used on the machine).

  Subsequently the 'My Safe' folder does not open. Normally when double clicking it asks a fingerprint or a backup password but now it shows just an hourglass for a millisecond and then's there!

  may I ask what 'secure record' this is? This file has been accidentally created by Norton Protection System?
  So you have this fingerprint software which manages your fingerprint and your access in the system, etc., etc... ; have you checked if something in this software changed?
  A trial might reconfigure these programs.

• My project file does not open

  I recently finished the task of trying to save my Captivate project because there was no answer. Before it does not, I tried to insert an animation (swf) and received the guest that the video was created with Actionscript2 instead of Actionscript3 and I ran the risk of the file or video isn't properly if I continued. • Projection file does not open

  I have a number of animation files created in Flash CS6, as actionscript 3.0 files. I have clients who want to be able to open the files directly on their desktop, without first drag the files to a browser. The AIR is not an option for me. I tried to save the files as files projector (I need the Windows and Mac versions), but when I try to open Mac files on my iMac, a message that says "cannot open the application (file-name here) because it may be damaged or incomplete." No idea what is causing this message?

• Photoshop cc 2015. Photomerge does not open Pentax PEF files in Bridge or Photoshop.

  I use a Mac Pro with El Capitan. It wasn't a problem for me until the last update of photoshop. Pentax PEF files does not open Photoshop CC 2015, Photomerge. I tried to open Raw Pentax PEF files to my 645Z in bridge-tools-photomerge both file-automate-photomerge in photoshop. Neither the program recognizes the Raw PEF file. Instead, I get this message that Photomerge is in need of at least two selected files. The files the other cameras RAW always opens in photomerge.

  Curiously, the Pentax PEF Raw files open in Adobe Raw Converter and open molten at panorama in Adobe's Raw Converter.

  I uninstalled creative cloud including my preferences and reinstalled creative cloud with photoshop and bridge. I have reset the bridge preferences.  I checked under the bridge, Healt folder as photoshop cc is selected for the Raw of Pentax PEF file. None of these actions corrected the problem.

  A solution would be much appreciated.

  Well I finally understood why photomerge did not work on my PEF files. Through a process of elimination, I narrowed the issue down, not a problem in photoshop or bridge, but the way I scored a record believe it or not. When I created and marked a record of a recent meeting of nipples raw files, I added a slash between the digits of the date as this 09/11/15. Once I removed the slashes that everything was back to normal photomerge was able to recognize raw PEF files in this folder.

  For some reason, the slash prevented photomerge to recognize raw files in this folder. Yet these same files could still be addressed to panorama of in camera raw. Go figure.

  I searched for the answer to this problem without success it's just by chance and a lot of reading that made me try to rename the folder up and down. I hope that this solution will help other people who may come across this problem in the future.

  You should be able to update your version and get things working again.

  It's actually an executable file which probably opens a file or a zipped folder.

  If the procedures described above do not (or if you prefer another alternative), download the free 7 - Zip at: http://www.7-zip.org/ and install it and use it to open the zip file.  This should probably fix the problem.

• HTML file does not open

  Have a weird problem today.

  We use RoboHelp 5 to work.

  I opened a project help today and when I tried to open an HTML file, be it in the project manager, TOC, right click on a file and clicking Edition, the file does not open. He can't see in WYSIWYG or real Code.

  I tried with several different aid project and had the same problem. My boss had the same problem after only a few years back and rebooted just to make it work. I tried, but it did not help.

  Yesterday, everything was fine.

  If you can help me with this, it's greatly appreciated!

  Does not open my encrypted file and the key is lost.  I did it in windows 7 and my system crashed.  I then restoed operating system, then my encrypted file does not open and the key file is on the same partition and also, he was gone.  It of a personal record and is very important and punch.  I tried to take possession of the file and that did not work I was wondering if there is a tool or method which can decrypt the file.  I know that their around the key file, or if there is a way to get the certificate...
