First pro CS3 - bug image

Hi all!

I am a very novice than anything else, and I have a little problem which I could not find any effective help on any problem-solution of adobe literature first pro.

I'm just a very basic editing of 4 or 5 scenes, and between these scenes that I insert a picture (in JPEG format) which last around a second and occupy the entire screen during the appearance. I have attached the image fast music I make appear and disappear with the image. The music is from a music video (.avi), so I simply keep the music and remove the attached video.

so, basically, [PLACES] [FAST FULL SCREEN IMAGE WITH MUSIC] [SCENE [NEXT]

So I did everything and everything works fine when I play it in Premiere pro. Then I export the movie in .avi. For the first time I play independently of Adobe premiere, everything works.

But then, after a period of time longer the same .avi video has changed (and I tested it several times). Between scenes, play the music but the image with that I set no longer appears, and it is just replaced with a picture to the last frame of the previous scene or the first of the next scene. It's just that the good condition of the Assembly has an expiration once exported.

So basically, I'm an image, by inserting into mounting (for a very short time) disappear after a certain time in the exported .avi

What is the problem? I make all of the above...

I never heard talk of an exported file AV change over time. If it works for export, unless the data gets changed, it will work forever. My first guess would be the players used. The 1 and 0 decay over time, not like the film or videotape.

Now, back to the PrPro project, are the pixel x pixel of these JPEG dimensions?

What is the project / s sequence image size?

Exactly what are the parameters used for export?

Good luck

Full HD H.264 in a file format MOV of DSLRS is beyond the capabilities of CS3.

    I recommend using

Square 5 - MPEG Streamclip video converter for Mac and Windows

to convert the video to a lossless codec lossless as Avid DNxHD or Apple Photo-JPEG (75% quality value) nearby.  See if the converted files import and edit properly in CS3.

  • First Pro CS5 confuses images between them

    Hi the Adobe community,

I have a serious problem, holding my project as a whole at the moment, and I really hope you can help me with this.

First regularly confuses the images I added to my project between them. So when I am importing 2 images, say CIMG5967. JPG and CIMG5974. JPG, dragging them in my project, two new elements are created. But when I put these items in my sequence, both appear as the image, even if they are still correctly named after their original file.

Sometimes the same problem occurs a few days later, so that the parts of my project, which is already completed, appear suddenly as if I would have used the same image over and over again.

    I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 - Version 5.0.3

To using the option to clean the cache-media-db did not help.

I don't think that this is a corrupt project.  This sometimes happens with JPEG files.  I think that the solution is to open the images in Photoshop, then save it back again.  This fixes the file header and the fix in PP.

  • First Pro CS5 corruptrices images!

I do a lot of projects which are a montage of photos and videos - in my last project Premiere Pro began to replace the images with other data of the image. It's not happened to me so it must have happened during a recent patch or something has been installed. I use 5.0.3. Here are some details:

There are a few times when this will happen, so here's a few cases:

    1. I have any pictures in the Jproject BIN area. I wil then take them and drop them into a sequence. With the help of a speicfic ouvertede, I droped 5 images in the sequence (a sequence HD 1080i) and when I moved the bar seen above them, I noticed a couple of the images have the same image! Lets say they're 1.jpg, 2.jpg,... 5.jpg. What I noticed is that all of a sudden 3.jpg shows what 1. jpg is. If I delete and reload, the same thing! I actually open 3.jpg in photoshop and make a small change, save again, Premiere Pro will then reload and the image appears fine. This happens randomly and in the 200 + images I import cannot see this 3 or 4 times!

    2. sometimes I will have loaded the images in a sequence already and they are all showing correctly - then a couple will mysteriously just change into another image in the project. Same procedure to get back... as he needs to force a reload to epithet it!

    3. the last time it hit me, it was the worst. Project finished, he examined beginning to end like 3 times... looked perfect. Exported in still, built DVD, transcoded and burned a DVD. When I played it - 3 photos had changed!

This problem is so frustrating... it's really embarrassing me... andyes, I tried to empty the cache of media within the PP... Help!

    Thanks - Jeff

This a strange problem which was fixed at 5.5. The problem has to do with the XMP (metadata) information is not written to the file. This can occur if the files are locked or read-only value and some other strange combination of circumstances that I don't understand. However, you can correct this behavior in CS 5 as follows: first of all, make sure that your files are NOT read-only. Secondly, to define the first preference to write XMP IDS to files when importing (Edit > Preferences > Media).  If you still see the problem with those two things together properly, delete the JPG files to your project, and then re-import them. The files should now have unique IDS of XMP and will display correctly.

  • How can smartsounds and Sonic Pro 5 in first Pro CS3?

I used way back smartsounds in first Adobe 6.0 when it comes with Adobe. It was the lap of bees for the addition of noise.

It has not been incorporated by Adobe in versions of CS and now I tried Sonic Pro 5 with CS3 and found that although it recognizes clips in any project he falls wrong just when it is needed.  I mean if we then assembles the individual elements in a timeline and then save this chronology that Sonic Pro is not the calendar as there doesn't seem to be able to support the calendar format.

    Therefore, I have 3 problems: -.

    1. how can you import a timeline into Sonic Pro so you can use the process of smartsound?

    2. I have the expressways of Smartsound for Adobe Premier 6.0 and Sonic Pro cannot recognize these entirely so the feature in Sonic Pro can not be used.  Is there a way to turn it?

    3. I own a library of copyright free music that is not part of the range of smartsound.  Is it possible to use this music in Sonic Pro or it works with their titles?

Sonic Pro and Smartsounds information is welcome.

    Barry,

If the idea is to create familiar the exact length of your timeline first what I did is:

1, open the Sonic Fire Pro 5 and Premiere CS3 files.

    2. in the first, select the sequence you want to create the music and the ILT at the end of the ending sequence.

    3. then click on the blue numbers on the top left of the window of the sequence.  Right-click on the number, and then select COPY.

    4. then go to Sonic FP5 and in the Express Lane window, select your music.

    5. then in the area of 'Length' clear the number it and right click and paste the first number.

    6. then click on Options and select the sound track of the export.

    7. you select some audio file named naturally in your overall project for the destination and then return to the first and import the audio into your open project, and then drag the track down to your sequence.

In this way, you don't have to create a "proxy" track for import into Sonic.

    Just a thought.

  • First Pro CS6-still images that grainy when the effects of movement applied

I made a video in Premiere Pro CS6. The video, in part, still use images that I pan or zoom in on a Ken Burns effect. Although still images look good after having been imported, when the effects of movement are applied, they become suddenly very grainy and low quality.

The images have been made - the bar above them is yellow - and I tried of many workarounds, including convert images in .psd and using the frame Hold.

What should I do to fix this?

  • Always in first Pro CS5.5 image sizes

I are looking for a good time on the Adobe help pages, these forums and also the PDF manual, but cannot find the info that I'm looking for.

I move from Final Cut Studio, as a result of Adobe's video production for various reasons. I bought (although not yet received) Production Premium upgrade. I have a new project, I start and want to properly size my images to Premiere Pro. For example, Final Cut Studio has this handy table:

    The video sequence frame size

If you use this format is using graphics with this size of the image

    CCIR 601 NTSC 4:3 720 720 x 486 x 547

    CCIR 601 NTSC 16:9 anamorphic 720 x 486 853 x 486

    DV NTSC 4:3 720 x 480 720 x 540

    DV NTSC 16:9 anamorphic 720 x 480 853 x 480

    CCIR 601/DV-PAL, 4:3 720 x 576 768 x 576

    CCIR 601/DV PAL 16:9 anamorphic 720 x 576 1024 x 576

    720 p HD 1280 x 720 1280 x 720

    HD 1080i or 1080 p 1920 x 1080 1920 x 1080

    So for a DV NTSC 4:3 video standard, I do my still pictures of 720 x 540 pixels. 16:9 anamorphic, 853 x 480.

For some reason, this type of information is completely missing in the manuals for CS5.5. However, I found this information links to the Premiere Pro 4:

4:3 DV (NTSC) or ATSC SD - create and save the file as square at 720 x 534 pixels.

4:3 D1 (NTSC) - create and save the file as square at 720 x 534 pixels.

4:3 DV or D1 (PAL) — create and save the file at 788 x 576.

16:9 DV (NTSC) - create and save the file at 864 x 480.

    16:9 D1 (NTSC) - create and save the file at 872 x 486.

16:9 DV or D1 (PAL) — create and save the file in 1050 x 576.

    16:9 HD 1080i - create and save the file at 1920 x 1080.

    16:9 720 p HD - create and save the file at 1280 x 720.

If this applied to CS5.5 as well? That means that if I create a video standard NTSC 4:3 DV, my stills should be 720 x 534 and 16:9 anamorphic 864 x 480? Not quite sure what is the distinction between DV and D1, other that anamorphic sizes are different.

I also know that they are different from Final Cut Studio. In the Apple manuals, they just come out and say the uses of FCS for still images pixels sizes are different from most video editing software. So I'm not surprised to see 720 x 534 for NTSC 4:3 in Premiere Pro rather than size of 720 x 540 Apple.

    Thank you.

There are tables as what you are looking for here.

  • Closed captioning feature in first Pro CS3?

    Hello again everyone!

I am new to the arena of captioning and I evaluate my options for received my clips. I work with CS3 Pro, but I'm not familiar with all the software in the bundle. Is there something specific for this?

Thank you very much for your help!

There is no Adobe CC functionality.  You will probably need to add this after using other software.

Still is capable of DVD subtitles, but it's something different technologically than subtitling.

  • Several Newbie Questions on first Pro CS3

Hello all, first post here and first, I'm trying my hand at video editing.

Just a few questions to help me get started if you don't mind.

1.) how can I get rid of the black box that appears around all my videos? He appears in the sequence 01 video feed and exports video looking the same way. I'm doing something wrong in my video settings?

2.) I was able to import audio data only with .wmv as my source file successfully. What should I do if I want to import audio data from another format (.avi)? or only CS3 does not support audio in some formats? (I already discovered that I need to convert to .mp3)

That's all for the moment, you all seem to have here a useful site that I look forward to more use in the future (if all goes well I can help you more than ask, but it is a program COMPLEX lol)

    Welcome to the forum.

(1.) be sure that your project Preset corresponds exactly to your video footage. Now, this isn't - that's why the black bars.

2.), it's easier to work with the audio part of a multiplex file. Some AV multiplexed files are OK in PrPro, but some give problems. I would like to use Soundbooth to "rip" Audio from these files AV. I think she does. I use hearing and it is perfect to tear.

    Good luck

  • JVC GY-HM100U +. MOV + first Pro CS3 = "Codec missing or unavailable?

Is it possible to film in quicktime on the JVC GY-HM100U mode and change the files in Premiere CS3 for PC?  If so, how?

I get the message "Codec missing or unavailable.

Thank you very much for your help!

I think that the camera records for XDCAM EX (which is MPEG-2). Usually, XDCAM EX is contained in a file MP4 and CS3 (version 3.2.0) and up have support for this. However, the MOV wrapper is not supported with this codec, probably even if the codec and format is. Check out this post and the next for additional information and a solution.

  • Best Configuration for running adobe Premiere Pro CS3

I have a 4 HARD disk system and the ability to run RAID.  What is the best configuration to run Adobe first pro CS3.  I want to be able to get the best performance out of my system.

I wouldn't do 1 or 2 even if it is possible.

3 won't be necessary if you use uncompressed images.  With any standard camera format, a single modern drive will be more quickly, even for multiple streams of data.

Work terribly hard to get a RAID 0 array there somewhere, but man, it is really not necessary in most cases and may even be a bad idea for a good number of cases.

  • Best workflow - iPhone 6s + film Pro + first Pro CC

I need advice: a few images on a 6 s iPhone using the filmic Pro application. Need to import it into Adobe first Pro CC; looking for the best "sequence presets." And is it still important?

In addition, advice for an entire workflow (including export settings). I know it's findable probably somewhere in the forum, but I'm new here and enjoy the links/departure. Thank you guys!

    I found the solution!

We came back from shooting with the same problem. Fine once in quicktime format, but will not import into first or transcode in the SOUL.

The problem seems to be that film Pro natively by default to record audio aiff 48 kHz. This play very well with the mp4 stream produced by the app (don't know why!). However, if you assign the audio in pro recording pcm 44.1 khz stream lats (in the audio settings), everything is solved and the audio comes in fine.

Obviously, this is no good if you have already shot the material. We had to export the audio separately and re-synchronization in first pro to the image to solve for this one. But the following should now work correctly.

    Good luck!

  • Import of video files in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3

I have a Sony Handycam DCR-SX63.  When I import movies on my PC (Vista), I took, they are. MPG files.  When I import these files in first Pro CS3 the video portion is important but the audio of this file does not work.  I read everything I can find and nothing seems to answer my question directly.  I tried an encoder to see if perhaps first does not accept. MPG files.  I converted to AVI file and tried to import and it gave me audio with no video.  I tried to open the new project with a dozen different settings offered by the first, but everyone I tried gave me the same result, when I tried to import my video file.
