• First Pro CC does not see my DV camcorder

  I recently had the hard drive to my Mac Mini replaced and since then Premiere Pro doesn't recognize not my camcorder Panasonic PV - GS9, which I use to scan the old tapes mini DV when my children were small.

  I did so:

  1 camcorder is on.

  2 camcorder is in mode "VCR".

  3 connection is tight between the DV output and love at first sight for 1394 adapter.

  4 tape is rewound.

  5 capture format in first Pro CC is set to "DV".

  6 ' use device control timecode' is checked in the preferences of Capture in first Pro CC (I also tried with this unchecked, does not.)

  Any ideas why I always get a message "device of Capture Offline? I know that he used to work a few weeks ago (on my old hard drive).

  I use Adobe first Pro CC v8.1 caravan on a Mac Mini (end 2012) on OS X Yosemite 10.10.3.

  I use first pro cc. I burned a dvd several times, trying different presets. Every time the dvd never fills the screen. It does not lool like box (16 x 9) letters. There is space around the photo / video. Need quick assistance, project is already late. Thanks in advance.

• First Pro CC does not appear in the application of CC desktop

  Hello, I have recently joined the creative cloud and managed to download all the available applications which show on the Creative Cloud Desktop manager.  There was some problems with facilities to stall out, but they were router (fixed) partner.

  My question is: how to install apps that are not pre-populated on the creative cloud desktop application?  I use my web browser and the Adobe Download Center and click on the big button 'Download' blue - but the application does not appear in the desktop creative cloud Manager.  However, the Office of creative cloud 'pop' up towards the top of my open window.  Happens just nothing else.

  The thing I want to download first Pro CC.  It is not pre-existing in the creative cloud application.  I can't figure how to get it in there

  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium

  AMD Phenom II x 4 3.0 GHz

  32 bit

  I have tried these things:

  -Uninstalling the app creative cloud and re - install

  -The button 'Download' big blue 3 different browsers: IE, FF and Chrome

  -Restarting my computer.  Disconnect, then again.

  -Stop all downloads on hold and just clicking 1

  -Disable firewall and anti-virus, both at the same time (ouch)

  If your machine does not meet the specification tecniques for an application, the application will be not listed/offered in the Manager.  In this case, first Pro CC is a 64-bit application and your machine is 32-bit.

• First Pro CC does not create a new sequence with a new project

  I'm sure I must be missing something, but when I create a new project in first Pro CC, it does not automatically create a new sequence.

  In CS6, create a new project would cause a list of sequence presets, and then create a sequence is empty for you.

  In CC, once you have created a project, you end up looking at an empty timeline.  You then go to the file, new, sequence and it do.

  Looks like a strange step to include, no?

  Is there a setting that I have not found so made CC to create new projects with a sequence like CS6?

  Yes, as Jim mentioned, there are other ways to create a sequence.  For example, simply import your video footage and then with a clip selected, choose file > New > sequence of the Clip.  Or in the project Panel, drag an item to a new item icon.  Much easier create the sequence of way, rather than by reading all the parameters in the dialog box new sequence and try to understand which attributes correspond to the media they work with.

• First Pro CC does not start!

  Hey, I was very left this morning due to the CC release! I started to install after effects CC (works perfectly), photoshop CC (works perfectly) but first CC not lauch at all! Windows the close force of the program at the beginning of the loading screen... I tried restarting my pc, CC has done a small update for each of the 3 programs I thought: "nice, the bug is already solved!"... but it still does not work... (only the first).

  Does anyone has the same problem? I hope that Adobe will find a problem as soon as possible.

  My configuration: Windows 7 pro on a Dell precision m4700 (core i7 3820QM, Nvidia quadro k2000m, 16 GB of RAM), installed on an SSD...

  I forgot about the built-in Intel HD drivers... I have updated with the "Dell Update app" from my laptop and after reboot first lauch correctly...

• First Pro CS5 does not not after 55 minutes of capture with intensity shuttle

  Hi and thanks for the valuable resources on this forum.

  I'm analog video capture in first Pro CS5 it using the shuttle Blackmagic intensity (with corrector time basis in the path of the video).  My shots are stopped at 54 or 55 minutes when the computer becomes inadmissible.  What happened with the codec Blackmagic movement as well as jpeg YUV 10 bit capture. Same thing if I capture with express media (blackmagic capture software)

  I tweaked my system according to the many recommendations in the forum.

  Running CS5 5.03, backup 10 minutes automatic (same problem without automatic recording or automatic check in at 20 minutes)

  Windows 7 64 bit fully up-to-date

  I7 - 930 cpu

  Gigabyte x58A - UDP5 (revision 1)

  24 GB Ram

  NVIDIA 470 - MSI twin Frozr cooling solution.

  Restore off, windows search indexing

  Followed advice from the forum and Viper about optimization system

  3 hard drives

  System on standard Sata 2 drive

  The capture of SSD drive from OCZ Vertex 3 120 g (beautiful piece of gear) of the project currently running on the Sata 3 controller

  Pagefile on another hard drive

  Uninstalled Norton 360

  Anything else I could find uninstalled or disabled.

  Firmware and latest drivers for USB of the Station pilot as recommended by Blackmagic.

  Capture of the very successful things less than 55 minutes, but I have things any longer I would like to capture at once.

  I used process Explorer to watch what is happening.  Nothing special that I can identify in terms of process, but cpu seems to be 100%.

  With the progressive settings problems remain the same.

  I'm not aware of any limit of size of file with Premiere Pro or Blackmagic - is there some?

  Whereas reinstall but would be grateful to all points of view.  My first post so I hope that I have provided good info to help me help you.

  I have a blue Yeti Microphone that works perfectly with first Pro CC on my Macbook Pro, but on my new iMac, it is not listed in the drop down in the audio settings menu.

  The iMac is grateful the microphone in the System Prefs and Audio Midi Setup. She also recognizes it in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Audition is definitely something to do with Premiere Pro.

  Any help would be really appreciated.

  I'm running on an end 2013 15 "MBP retina with 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 M. I checked the compatiable for first Pro CC graphics cards, and the GT 750 M is listed as an acceptable. I did a lot of digging and can't find a solution anywhere. Can someone please?

  I solved this problem on my system by adding "read & write" permission for all of the Users/myusername/Library/preferences/Adobe folder and all its subfolders.

  If you want to reinstall Adobe premiere pro CC, you can go to www.creative.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID code once you log in, go to the Download Center and select Adobe premiere pro in the product list and start downloading.
