  Hey :)... I downloaded creative cloud on my windows pc, I then tried to download first pro compared to the creative clouds. First pro only downloads up to 42% then it says failed.    I tried everything, including restarting my pc and he will stop at the same point and said failed.

• New Mac Pro / first Pro CC / open CL - known issue?

  I am using first Pro CC on a new Mac Pro because it was delivered in January.  After some initial problems and the system hangs everything worked fine until the last update (build 33) but since then I've been meeting all sorts of questions.

  PP is now constantly freezing and crashing not only the software itself, but the entire system requiring a reboot.  Whenever I have to make I get all sorts of strange and wonderful flaws in the pictures and I had to turn off accel GPU by CL open just to get the system viable again.

  So my question - are these known issues with build 33 or is something else going on?

  Another foreign to CL question open (I think) is that XML import / export now seems to be bugged, the point of being unusable.  Very very frustrating!

  At the opening of my first pro 2015 CC software, I get a box to tell me about the evaluation version and telling me to connect to confirm my email address. I connect and it reloads the same box telling me any software test and to connect. Everyone knows about this problem? How many problems is likely to occur and how often with adobe software? Is their a proper support system that helps to trouble shoot timely? AVID is a better program and service? Impartial answers would be greatly appreciated.   check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  Use the Bluray H.264 preset for BluRay. For DVD use mpeg2 dvd preset and fields is higher.

  I have a user that when he opens the premier pro it instantly crashes with an error "Adobe first Pro CC 2015.0 has stopped working" message.

  Before you import your files, go to file > project settings > General and change the rendering engine video software of Mercury playback engine only. Click OK, and then select Remove previews. Then import your files.

  I see only a Program files. This allows me to believe that your machine is 32-bit.
