  Hi I have just solved this problem by going to Java Virtual Machine Launcher poster, "Unable to access c ... . and from there to the MP3 Rocket help site and the connection. I did it without having to go through the default programs bit. Give it a try. It is simple and easy. Sometimes I think that we have an overload of information and I found happened to me.
