Flash Builder 4.6 do not launch

Just found out that Flash Builder 4.6 and 4.5 do not run. Flash Builder 4 is. Download the logo popping up, but nothing of loading. I would uninstall other versions, but I get an error when I go to my program settings and click on my package of CS.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I contacted Adobe yesterday and they had me do something that I thought not.

Launch MSCONFIG

On the Services tab click Hide all Microsoft services.

Click on disable all buttons

Restart your system

Run Flash Builder (it has now begun)

I closed Flash Builder and reentered MSCONFIG

Uncheck Hide all Microsoft (if active) services

Click activate all buttons

Restart your computer

Flash Builder still worked after that. Now, everything is good.

  • Subclipse in Flash Builder 4 version does not

    Hi all

    I've been using Flash Builder 4 Beta 2 for a while now and I have installed Flash Builder 4 this morning. I had problems trying to install Subclipse in Flash Builder 4. This worked well with the beta, but doesn't work on the full release. Our network has a proxy that connect us to to download subclipse, we have configured the version exactly the same as the beta, but without success. At first, we thought it would be that http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x might be down but when tried on the beta on another PC, it worked fine, if clearly isn't the site and it has something to do with the new Flash Builder 4

    If there's a problem with the network configuration in the release version it or is there another reason that he could not work?

    Thank you in advance.

    Pieter

    Make sure your account is administrator, see the http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/530/cpsid_53079.html#Known questions.

    Try these instructions to install Subclipse http://blogs.adobe.com/jasonsj/2010/03/installing_subclipse_in_flash_builder_4.html. Sometimes, depending on update sites are trying to solve unnecessarily, uncheck the option 'contact all update... sites. ».

  • Download Flash Builder 4.7 (version not creative cloud)

    Hi there, I have a license of Flash Builder Premium 4.7 and have changed computers - where I have CS6 installed (and therefore and unfortunately, Flash Builder 4.6).  I can't find a download link to 4.7 - only creative cloud version.  Should I install this one?  I don't want to go to creative cloud quite yet but rather install the stand alone Flash Builder 4.7.  Thank you.  So... looking for a link to Flash Builder 4.7 no creative cloud.

    Dan

    I ended up going with just the installer of creative cloud - which is very nice!  He installed Flash Builder 4.7 and then it was the trial version - so the next time I opened it, it gave an option to add a serial number - I did and it worked.  So I think we're good!

  • After you have installed the CS6 Master Collection, only Flash Builder 4.6 has not been installed successfully.

    How can I fix it?

    The specification of the computer is windows 7 x 64, 32 GB of ram, i7 3770, ssd 256 GB, hard drive 2T.

    I bought the edition student, tried to reinstall using the disks several times without success.

    Thanks for your advice. I had opened a support ticket and solved the problem last night.

    The problem has been resolved primarily by the installation of Flash Builder first, then the rest.

  • "SWF is not a loadable module" during the compilation of flash builder 4.6 but not 4.0

    I'm having a very strange problem on a legacy project. The developer who built the project (using fb 4.0 and flex 3.0.0.477) is able to compile and the application works fine, both locally and on the server. However, if I take the same code and compile it using fb 4.6 and even flex sdk, the application works locally, but begins to not load the modules on the server, which gives an error "SWF is not a loadable module. There are no other errors of the debugging sessions.

    All cross-domain policy files appear to be in place. The module, starts loading, but receives the error after 5-10% is downloaded.

    I also tried setting the scope using modLoader.applicationDomain = ApplicationDomain.currentDomain; with no result.

    Thank you!

    It finally worked! The application has been loaded from https, while the regular http modules.

    I guess your initial point on the restrictions of security on FB 4.6 was correct, but I don't know why the scenario of Flex Builder 3 got the same results.

    Thanks a lot for your help.

  • Nativeprocess not supported in Flash Builder 4.1

    Hello

    I use Flash Builder 4.1 and I try with native treatment with the example of http://www.Adobe.com/devnet/air/Flex/QuickStart/articles/interacting_with_native_process.h tml . When I tried to run the project in Flash Builder, it shows " "NativeProcess not supported.". However, after I export release build, the application is working properly.

    How can I have the native process to run in Flash builder? While it will be easier for me to test and fix the application. Thank you.

    You must add the following line in your *-debug in the app.xml file mode

    extendedDesktop

    and

    extendedDesktop desktop

  • Bug error #1037 report, Flash Builder 4.6

    I tried to have reported this bug through the appropriate channels, but the link on the page to https://www.Adobe.com/cfusion/mmForm/index.cfm?name=wishform for Flash Builder bug filing does not work.  Page links to "takes too much time answering".

    I use Flash Builder 4.6, and I get the error #1037.  According to the documentation at http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/runtimeErrors.html, this isn't something that should be the case, and when the programmer does not believe the swf file has been corrupted, Adobe asked that they report it.  Even if I feel that something like this always justify the word "corrupt", I don't think it's been corrupted in this strict sense;. I build just the swf file in Flash Builder.  The project itself is fairly simple and has no configuration of track out of la.

    Take the following line of code in the startup class:

    M_COM.onBWDone = rnd.handleBWDoneResults;

    the following code in the m_com class:

    private var m_fOnBWDone:Function;

    public function set onBWDone(pValue:Function):void

    {

    m_fOnBWDone = pValue;

    }

    and the following code in the class of the rnd:

    public void handleBWDoneResults(..._pRest):void

    {

    ...

    }

    The line of code in the start class, is what is throwing the error.  If I comment on this line of code, the error disappears.  If I simply do m_fOnBWDone a public variable, remove the setter and set the value of the variable directly in the start class, which also works.  But if I try to make it private and then use a trivial public property to set it like this, this error is raised.

    @Adobe if you please correct it.  Thank you.

    Because this class is the assignment of duties to a staff and the error will be thrown if you attempt to use 2 methods of the same name, are you sure that you are not accidentally trying to create 2 methods of the same name in the same scope? If the method name, you spend in pValue is already defined in the same scope, it must be lifted.

  • Why I can't install Flash Builder 4.6 in my creative cloud subscription?

    I have an active subscription to CC, but Flash Builder 4.6 does not appear as an available Adobe Application Manager upgrade.  I see it on the Adobe web site, but when I try to install it does not accept my serial number CC.

    Thank you

    Can you confirm if you have a previous version of flash builder (version 4.5) on your machine.

    If this is the case, please uninstall the flash builder 4.5 of your machine and run the Installer 4.6 and your serial key.

    You can download Flash Builder 4.6 here:

    http://www.Adobe.com/cfusion/TDRC/index.cfm?product=flash_builder

    If you still get the same error.

    Please use the Creative Suites cleaning tool

    http://www.Adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/CS5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

    to remove entires for Flash builder [this would deal with licensing issues] and try reinstalling Flash builder 4.6

    If you have Creative suites already installed Flash builder would automatically pick your serial number

    the basic steps would therefore be

    -Uninstall Flash builder

    -use the cleaner tool erase content specifically for flash builder only.

    -reboot the Machine

    -remove any left over files from installation of Flash builder.

    -reinstall Flash builder 4.6

  • Cannot upgrade Flash Builder 4.6 4.5.1 Standard standard

    There, I bought Adobe CS5 Web Premium (with educational licenses). Since then, Adobe flash builder has been updated to version 4.6, which contains features I want to use - mobile development. However, I can't find a way to upgrade my current Flash Builder Standard to Flash Builder Standard 4.6 4.5. I found a download that installs Flash Builder Premium 4.6, but it does not accept my license key (which seems normal, since I do not have a Premium 4.5 license). I can't find however not to update to 4.6 Standard. There is no 'try' option for 4.6 Standard, although on the product page, it says that it comes with a free upgrade to the Standard 4.6. Are there clues on how to Flash Builder 4.5 Standard to Flash Builder Standard 4.6 upgrade?

    Pyhtoner66 I recommend to try the steps listed in that Flash Builder 4.6 accepts not CS5.5 serial number.  It seems that you want to install as a trial and he should then read the serialization information in your installation of Creative Suite.

    -Use the debug mode.

    -the Flash Player is a debug version (contains debugger option in the menu)

    I can pause the code and examine the issue, so I think it should be something like a "without a Trace" - framework.

    I have not found any file mm.cfg on the computer. So I don't think that this could be the error.

    Thank you

    Jan

    This happened to me, on / off power for about 5 months now with Flash Builder.  I have not pin does what is the cause.  At least in one case he took with my HTML wrapper.  Either case, was the plugin Flash Player Debugger.  In any case, I replaced (or regenerated) my wrapper at the same time to make it work.  And the other time, I reinstalled the plugin.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you

    This happens because the Eclipse workspace is corrupted. The best way I found to recover from this is the following:

    1. use the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) to make sure that the FlashBuilder.exe is not running as a process. In this case, to end the process.

    2. go to your workspace folder (the default location is in your users folder "Adobe Flash Builder 4.5", although you may have placed is elsewhere).

    Mine is c:\Users\grayson\Adobe Flash Builder 4.5

    3. There is a folder named .metadata (on Windows 7, there is a problem where it may appear as a folder without a name, the windows open because truncating the 'extension')

    Move it to another location on your hard drive.

    4. launch Flash Builder to ensure that it has solved the problem.

    5. close Flash Builder (this writes the default settings of the workspace in the .metadata folder in your workspace)

    Inside of the original copy of the you .metadata folder, COPY the following folders to the same location in the newly created folder .metadata in your workspace file by replacing the files and folders that are there.

    .metadata\.plugins\org. Eclipse.Core.Resources\

    .metadata\.plugins\org. Eclipse.Core.runtime\

    (as I mentioned previously, Windows 7 may truncate the names of folders without the last part of the name, so you can see the two records that seem to be named "org.eclipse.core.runtime". Copying will still work)

    6. This will restore the projects, the workspace settings, and keyboard shortcuts. (available to dialog / will be reset to the default value and the external tool Configurations are not copied.) I looked but did not find where those are stored)

  • Failed to launch! ApolloLaunchDelegate.fileDoesNotExist! in Flash Builder when debugging AIR applications

    Hello world

    I use flash/flex builder for years, but have never tried to create an AIR application before.  I tried to create a 'Hello' world app before wearing some of my stuff by following the instructions here:

    http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/air/1.5/devappsflex/WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d118676a28bd-8000. HTML

    "but when I try to debug the code, I get the a dialog box"Unable to launch"with the useless comment! ApolloLaunchDelegate.fileDoesNotExist!'.

    I'm running win7x64, SDK 4.1

    I tried all kinds of different files in the AIR, including the value by default when you create an empty project and the conversion of copies of some of my existing flex projects on the desktop, but they all give the same message.

    Google does not help.  Any ideas would be welcome.

    Kenneth

    EDIT: just tried the same thing on my same version of flash builder on my laptop and it works... The laptop working Vistax64.  The only other different is that when I chose SDK 4.1 in the new project dialog box, he said, AIR 2.0, while on this machine, say, he needed air 1.5

    Hello

    You can check whether a SWF file has been generated in your bin-debug folder? Looking at the code FB, this happens when the SWF file does not exist. (Although I don't know why the error message is incorrect for you. Did pass you to FB 4 to 4.0.1 or are you on an own 4.0.1 install?)

    Try to check your view of 'Problems' to see if there are any compiler errors.

    Thank you

    Rémy

  • Flash Builder - launch failed

    Hello

    I am new to Flash Builder and Action Script so this may be something obvious to others...

    Flash Builder is not re - generate swf and html files in the Bin-debug folder and therefore fails with the message "unable to launch. Here are the steps to reproduce the behavior:

    • Using Flash Builder 4 on Vista
    • create the folder NomMonProjet
    • File-> new-> ActionScriptProject (provide NomMonProjet)
    • Project-> build the project (creates html and swf files in bin-debug correctly)
    • Go to Flash Debug perspective and start the debugger; Browse the 'empty' OK code
    • Close project, close Flash Builder
    • Add the code AS
    • Open Flash Builder
    • Refresh (F5) file system
    • Project build
    • The debugger steps as if the FORMER Action Script code is in the file!
    • Project and build own workspace
    • All bin-debug files are deleted, but are NOT re-created.
    • Launching fails (they are a no files in the bin-debug folder)

    I made sure that the ActionScript compiler settings are "checked" to generate wrappers, system restarted, looked at the process in Windows Task Manager, searched the web, but all to no avail. I am convinced that there must be something simple I'm missing preventing a good compilation of my project (unless there is a serious bug on a part of the Adobe...)

    A big thank you to all those who care for help!

    Nick

    Hello

    Can you check the view of problems (below) to see if there are compilation errors?

    Or you can edit your hand LIKE file here and we can take a look.

    Thank you
