  An embedded MP4 does not play when published as swf.  The PlayBar is where. The swf embedded on the page works OK. I downloaded all the files generated to the Web site. Any ideas?

  I have not used the program for a while, so I'm a little rusty and I just know Captivate 8, so I hope I'm just something stupid. Oh yes, when I first publish and choose to view the project, he plays. If something must be different when it's moving online?

  Make sure your video file is all characters lowercase and without spaces or punctuation characters.

  Check that your site administrator has set the video as a type of authorized file mime type.

  Link to the file that Captivate HTM publishes and not to the SWF that you did in the above link.

  Make sure that all THE published files have been downloaded successfully to the web site, including the video file.

  If you are sure that your files are uploaded properly and in the correct locations, it is likely a problem of permissions that relate to your scripts directory/files (suggestion #2).

• Flash does not load when you use the standard account in Windows 7

  I use the latest version of Flash on IE9 RC and on some sites, while that connected to Windows 7 (64-bit) as a standard user, does not Flash, but if I go to my Windows 7 Administrator account and go to the very site where the content Flash won't load, it does not load.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall Flash and disabling hardware acceleration, but nothing happens.

  Flash sites like YouTube videos, no matter which account I'm connected to.

  It started happening yesterday when I upgraded to Windows 7 (64-bit) SP1. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but it was the last major change made to my system.

• Interactions of training do not display when published

  Hello

  I use a Mac with OS OS El Capitan and 9 Captivate.

  I have a project where I have inserted an interaction of training puzzle and can get a preview of the slide, but when I publish it on Chrome or Safari, it does not appear.

  I tried with Virgin and sensitive projects and can get a glimpse at a time but nothing when I publish.

  Any suggestion is appreciated.

  Mac OS has the Apache Web server built in.

  You just have to activate it on your machineand publish the Cp file in a directory in the WWW folder, then you can create a URL based on your IP address, or localhost, to access the course.

  There are a lot of references out there:

• Muse Composition AutoPlay does not work when published

  I have set up a blank publication in MUSE widget to AutoPlay. It autoplays fine in preview mode, MUSE and in the preview in browser mode. But now that I published it online, it is not auto-jouer.

  I publish the html code in DreamWeaver and ftp to my server from there. I have made many other sites in this way I know pretty well how to publish them this way.

  In preview of MUSE modes the first image appears with a trigger of color yellow because the active state is set to yellow, and then it starts just to auto play from there. But not in my browser. I tried several different browsers and on a mac and pc, and it is not auto-jouer anywhere.

  My settings in MUSE are:

  Position: stacked

  See setting targets: bearing

  Hide targets: no

  Transition: discoloration

  Transition speed: 1.5

  AutoPlay: 4

  After: 3

  Play once: not clicked

  Others... not important.

  In my opinion, it worked when I first downloaded it. Then I must have missed a few hours. When I got home and made up to the top of the page, it was not transition automatically more. I thought that it was like an animated .gif can fail to slow down after a while so I deleted my browser cache for the day and refresh the page, but it won't play again. Then I tried in different browsers and on a different platform, and I just don't want to auto play online.

  Since then, I have re - check to see if it still worked in MUSE and Yes, it's the reading automatic always in States of the preview. So I reuploaded ALL html code, images, scripts, etc. and still does not.

• Problem: The button States works perfectly in preview mode; It does not work when published through the source of catalyst for business.

  I tried every way I know to create a button States in Adobe Muse CC 2015.  It works perfectly in preview mode, but it does not work effectively when published on a web site using the Business Catalyst (filename.businesscatalyst.com) process.  The problem, in my view, is that the text used in the button does not accept state changes.  I tried every workaround that I think might work, but nothing seems to work.  I even deleted the Business Catalyst site and then he came again, but it does not work.  Any information on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

  I think I found my problem.  My original links have been on the "master" page  When I placed a link on a page of content object, Business Catalyst was able to translate the code correctly.  It is a disappointment because I need to duplicate objects on the pages, but at least it works.

  Adobe support helped me to find the problem.  Content tags we put on the block of text doesn't jive with catalyst for business.  Remove the content tags contributed to publish the site.

  I use CP5.5 for a course that uses of many rollover slidelets.  Everything works as expected when previewing slides in Captivate, however the rollover slidelets do not work when the course is published and displayed in a browser.

  Any idea what could be the cause?

  Your project file may be confronted with corruption.  You insert each of these slidelets using the Insert menu or do you by chance just copy and paste the same?  I have seen this practice sometimes cause problems.

  Try to create a new empty project, and then insert a few slidelets test using the Edit menu.  They work when this project is published?  If so, at least you know that your installation of Cp is very good.

  Try to hide the slides in your project according to the suggestions in this post:

  Maybe it's that corruption is limited to one or several slides and you can resolve it by rebuilding the slides.

• Text boxes are not displayed when published

  When I publish my Captivate using the htm option, many of the text boxes are not displayed. They are all transparent style with the Arial font. A display and others are not. I compared those who appear with those who do not and do notice no difference at all. When I preview the slide it works, but after the release of a film text boxes are not displayed. I can't find all the resources for this problem. Please help if possible... Thank you.
  

  Work around: change a text box in your file.
  Make one change - as balance text - and click 'apply to all '. "and click OK.
  Then go to the change of the menu drop down and select "Cancel".
  This will not solve the problem.

• Content of the swf flash does not work when uploaded

  Hello world. I'm having a problem. When I download some website that has integrated flash content in Dreamweaver It does not appear in my browser. It does not appear in Firefox 3, but some of the Flash appears in Internet Explorer. I have downloaded the necessary files with the correct underlining & hyphens in it but still does not appear. I also downloaded the js file in a separate scripts folder & in the same location as the file htm on the server. But nothing works. The biggest problem I face is that native built-in Dreamweaver Flash Slide show viewer reveals at all in any browser once downloaded to my respective server. It appears, however, when I saw locally. I tried to download every possible Firefox flash plugin I can think & nothing. I tried to post my code on this website http://validator.w3.org/ but I do not understand what I have to do to change.   I decided to recreate the slideshow in Flash from scratch instead of recreate my entire webpage from scratch. It solved my problem in like 2 seconds.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.

  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 minutes, see if the problem is corrected.
