  I tried every way I know to create a button States in Adobe Muse CC 2015.  It works perfectly in preview mode, but it does not work effectively when published on a web site using the Business Catalyst (filename.businesscatalyst.com) process.  The problem, in my view, is that the text used in the button does not accept state changes.  I tried every workaround that I think might work, but nothing seems to work.  I even deleted the Business Catalyst site and then he came again, but it does not work.  Any information on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

  I think I found my problem.  My original links have been on the "master" page  When I placed a link on a page of content object, Business Catalyst was able to translate the code correctly.  It is a disappointment because I need to duplicate objects on the pages, but at least it works.

  I use CP5.5 for a course that uses of many rollover slidelets.  Everything works as expected when previewing slides in Captivate, however the rollover slidelets do not work when the course is published and displayed in a browser.

  Any idea what could be the cause?

  Your project file may be confronted with corruption.  You insert each of these slidelets using the Insert menu or do you by chance just copy and paste the same?  I have seen this practice sometimes cause problems.

  Try to create a new empty project, and then insert a few slidelets test using the Edit menu.  They work when this project is published?  If so, at least you know that your installation of Cp is very good.

  Try to hide the slides in your project according to the suggestions in this post:

  Maybe it's that corruption is limited to one or several slides and you can resolve it by rebuilding the slides.

• Muse Composition AutoPlay does not work when published

  I have set up a blank publication in MUSE widget to AutoPlay. It autoplays fine in preview mode, MUSE and in the preview in browser mode. But now that I published it online, it is not auto-jouer.

  I publish the html code in DreamWeaver and ftp to my server from there. I have made many other sites in this way I know pretty well how to publish them this way.

  In preview of MUSE modes the first image appears with a trigger of color yellow because the active state is set to yellow, and then it starts just to auto play from there. But not in my browser. I tried several different browsers and on a mac and pc, and it is not auto-jouer anywhere.

  My settings in MUSE are:

  Position: stacked

  See setting targets: bearing

  Hide targets: no

  Transition: discoloration

  Transition speed: 1.5

  AutoPlay: 4

  After: 3

  Play once: not clicked

  Others... not important.

  In my opinion, it worked when I first downloaded it. Then I must have missed a few hours. When I got home and made up to the top of the page, it was not transition automatically more. I thought that it was like an animated .gif can fail to slow down after a while so I deleted my browser cache for the day and refresh the page, but it won't play again. Then I tried in different browsers and on a different platform, and I just don't want to auto play online.

  Since then, I have re - check to see if it still worked in MUSE and Yes, it's the reading automatic always in States of the preview. So I reuploaded ALL html code, images, scripts, etc. and still does not.

  Adobe support helped me to find the problem.  Content tags we put on the block of text doesn't jive with catalyst for business.  Remove the content tags contributed to publish the site.

• Slide show does not work within other structures

  I use an incredible slider (amazing slider) to run slide shows on my site. Slideshows work correctly when they are placed within the < body > tag, but if they are put inside a < table > or < div > tag, they may not work properly. Checking each of the external references individually told me that it had to do with .js libraries that were used. Is it possible to adapt these libraries or my site in order to make the code work? Thank you!

  More than likely, you have a small error in the code somewhere. I know not all jQuery slideshow that "must" be a direct child of theto operate, which would limit their usefulness to the point of making them without effect.

  Please post a link to your page of problem so people here could take a look at what's going on in your code.

  I have a problem where when I have javascript executed at the end of the presentation, or even a button in a captivate presentation, I can't do a javascript alert (or any what js) when the captivate is published.  I open the html code.

  However, when I use the "Preview in browser" option the js works ok!

• Muse edge animation does not work when published

  Hello

  I created a simple animation on the edge, it has exported in the form of .oam and placed in Muse.The problem, it is that the animation is shown as a 'report abuse' in some sort a tip or frame. Animation works perfectly in preview mode. Any ideas?

  This problem will be solved once you have improved the site in British Colombia. Each iframe is considered a page and report abuse appears on every page until the site is in test mode. Your advantage seems to animate in iframe and so showing so many report abuse links.

• Windows Photo Viewer does not work when photo is clicked on

  When I click on the individual image in the folder, the first message received error is 'there was a problem starting D:\Program Files\Windows Photo Viewer\PhotoViewer.dll. The specified module could not be found.

  Windows 7 is installed in C:\ and D:\had the old XP Professional which I've updated.

  Slide show does not work either.

  However, I can say 'Open with' and select the Windows Photo Viewer to view the photo. Photos of the record may be consulted by clicking on 'Next' and 'Previous', but not when you click on individually

  Thanks for the reply. I had to reinstall Windows 7 on my machine. It corrects the problem.

  However, it caused another :). Now my camera Canon A710IS unrecognized despite getting all the latest updates. Any help will be appreciated.
