  I had exactly the same problem. I forgot that I installed recently a security antivirus application on my macbook. After disabling the system - and web-protection of the files of this application, the installation process completed perfectly. Then I reactivated protection modules. Could be a reason. .

  Problem solved - just!

  Secret is to disable ActiveX filtering.

  On an IE browser page click the icon for the sprocket (upper right corner of the screen)

  In the menu drop down select 'security '.

  Chances are that ActiveX is displayed in a second menu - with a check mark next to it.

  Click on ActiveX to turn it off.

  Job done.

  Why, oh why, can't be explained when the problem is so well known.

I also had problems with my flash drive error messages: saying that it has stopped working constantly, it says upgrade text flash, a flash plug-in Shockwave does not then in (locking pin in) he wants that you hit.  I ran 3 different programs Mallware via my computer just in case it is a question that would arise.   I think you should try to uninstall the existing Flash Player, remove its registry entries and then try to install a new. In addition to the Adobe forums, display in a Windows forum could be useful concerning registry entries.

  E-mail folders are virtual and you can save emails in them. To save a Web Page put it
  in a real folder you would have a file on the hard drive.

  I click the button to update Flash Player on the web page updated to Firefox that brings me to the Adobe Flash Player download page. By clicking on the download button now takes me to a page of instruction poster screenshots to wait during the process. The InfoBar at the top of the page says it has a missing plug in, but by clicking on the button "install the plug-in missing" translates to "not found any plug-in." There is no other button or active link on the Adobe page that allows me to move forward with the process. This same thing happened the last several times that Firefox has updated. Flash Player has not been updated for a long time.
