• Flash Player only installs on IE 9 Win7 64-bit

  I tried almost everything this forum suggested but Flash player just will not be installed. This is my story. A month or two there, flash just stopped working on IE 9. I uninstalled it but now I can't even download it. Then click Download now, it's that it displays and nothing ever happens. I reset my settings to Internet Explorer. Under Tools, security, ActiveX filtering is uncheck. Under Manage Add-ons I don't see the Active x for the flash module, I guess that this is because flash is not installed. I even made the entire file Subinacl and reset.bat but I am unable to download flash. Currently, Flash works fine on Firefox which is what I use now. I don't have any COP cookie Flash or any other software installed that blocks of flash. Am I missing something? I really don't want to reinstall windows. Is there another way to solve this problem? I use 32-bit IE and 64.

  This problem has been resolved finally. I thought about it later. Some how the registry has been locked by the so-called FlashBroker.

  As you can see the logs below. The way I fixed this was to use ComboFix. I just ran the file and cleaned the system and corrected all registry problems. I am now able to see flash on IE. I'm sure that someone is finally meet this issue again once so it will be useful for you and others to know how to fix it.

  Regarding the Flash Player on Mac OSx Installer: I uninstalled the old version and verified that it is uninstalled.  I updated all the software on my computer and then installed the latest version of Shockwave.  I rebooted and close all other programs.  Yet, the installer is blocked to download 25%.  On several occasions.  Based on research, it was a problem with your installer for about a year.  Beyond of the imagination is your dev team has not rectified this.  A fix should have been released in one day.

  I had exactly the same problem. I forgot that I installed recently a security antivirus application on my macbook. After disabling the system - and web-protection of the files of this application, the installation process completed perfectly. Then I reactivated protection modules. Could be a reason. .

Briefly been searching the net I found that I need Flash for this function.

  I manually downloaded flash player from the flash player Web page archives 11.1.  Even if flash player is now installed, everytime I try to open it, I am directed to a page online - https:// settings.adobe.com/flashplayer/mobile. This page is still empty.

  I would be grateful if someone could guide me on how to access the settings page

  Hi, since being invited to update Flash Player, I now can't install it (FP11). Windows XP Home edition SP3. Pentium 4. No problem with the updates and prior versions, but now, I don't have any Flash Player at all. Error message is 'Flash Player ActiveX control could not be registered"and the installation will stop.

  I am logged on as administrator, tried the mode safe mode as an administrator, have even downloaded SubInACL.msi and run reset_fp10.cmd in hope that she (SubInACL) would run on the publishing house. There can be no.

  Well... Today was day of Eureka. I finally got beyond the Active x to have omitted to register by downloading Microsoft Download manager, then the version FP 11 Installer .msi.   There are many Win XP and 7 customers. Users have no administrative rights, but they can install Windows updates (Group Policy).

  And here's the problem: every time adobe wants Flash player to download and install an update you must promote with an administrator account.

  Is it possible to grant special rights to adobe installation? Is it possible to integrate updates flash player in the political group oder WSUS?

  I'm new to this forum.  I saw a lot of answers for problems installing Flash Player 11, but none which does not seem to apply to me.

  First of all, my system is 64-Bit Windows 7, 64 and 32-bit browsers IE9.  I am able to download Flash Player 11, but could not be installed.  It keeps time on me.  I went to the Adobe Flash player support section, followed all the steps of safety instruction, even used the 32 bit IE9 and disabled my antivirus software and allowed pop-ups, but in vain.

  Should I go back to the previous version 10.3?

  I will distribute Adobe Flash Player 9 by SMS. I use the own Adobe msi package: "install_flash_player_active_x.msi." All browsers are IE6 (Internet Explorer v6). All systems are running Windows XP SP2 + all updates.

  The MSI package works very well as long as it is performed by a user with administrator (running in the user environment) rights.
