  I've updated my vCenter to 5.5 and of course one of the interesting improvements is read Cache Flash. I installed the SSDS and could see in vSphere client Web and must now assign space to read flash for virtual machines.

  No, the booking to read flash cache is based on a percent of the size of the VMDK.

  that is a 100 GB VMDK and a % 10% read cache, I will reserve 10 GB of SSD for this virtual machine for purposes of reading flash cache.

  This is the only control on flash, you've read cache.

  Problem is now solved. It wasn't the case of not marked as SSD, but readers was not recognized as local drives.

  Changed that with esxcli command, and then restart the hosts and the SSD will now appear in the "ability to add.

  I am considering buying the ENVY 17 t-j100 TouchSmart Quad Edition.  Two custimization options are:

  1 TB 5400 RPM hard drive hybrid

  As I understand it, these two use SSD to accelerate the performance of the hard disk.  I have a few questions:

  Is there a difference between the two?

  How many GB of SSD are on the drive hybrid?

  You can get both, or would they overlap?

  Yes, there is a difference. The hybrid hard drive is home to the NAND Flash inside the car. Acceleration is made by the player himself. Hybrid hard drives are faster than a disk mechanical spinner, but the MSSD cache acceleration is faster. Faster is a full SSD. Cache Accelerator speed up startup and loading frequently used programs but doesn't do much for read/write sustained speeds. However, it makes the whole computing experience better. start time of 15 seconds and resume almost instantly from sleep, for example. The hybrid propulsion system is just a regular hard disk gradually faster. I would get the WSSD of 24 concert and you need not the hybrid car with her and I think that they only Pack the WSSD of 24 concert with a player standard spinner.

  Let me guess: you're under Windows?

  Have you tried a different cache folder location? Because Windows can limit the bridge to access the folder that you have now.

  Hello I do some flash toys in which info for each toy different flash is stored in a database (for example for a quiz, questions are stored in the comic book) and I was wondering if there is a way to leave flash 'read' some of the html it is entrenched in (for example a code) that can be used to access this set of codes of the info (like for a quiz questions)
  Please help me, and have an external text doc is not an option (unless the flash can be compiled on the thumb to really change the trajectory of the txt.)

  Yes, the html file that support flash can pass a variable/value to Flash by adding the variable/value to the swf reference. for example

  I tried to use ReadyBoost to add 1902 MB memory for my Toshiba Laptop.When I hit apply it began counting can stop and displays this message:

  Cache creation failed

  Failed to create the cache. The system cannot find the specified file.

  Not every flash drive can be used with ReadyBoost.  You must make sure that the flash drive is ReadyBoost compatible.

  As far as I know, Windows 7 supports not natively installed on a CF Reader because it might be the removable storage. A Compact flash drive has advantages and disadvantages. For example, it could increase the life of the battery and offers a much faster access time. However, it has much less read and write speeds higher than compared to a traditional 5200 rpm or 7200 RPM HARD drive. If you want to increase the performance of your PC, I recommend investing in an SSD.

• Can I upgrade G1 640 HP laptop with a flash card Cache mSATA

  I see that there is a slot on the machine near the slot of the wireless card, which seems to be for mSATA card. Is it possible to add a 32 GB card and if so how can I install and configure it.  All directions with photos if possible appreciated.
