I tried to use ReadyBoost to add 1902 MB memory for my Toshiba Laptop. When I hit apply it began counting can stop and displays this message:

Cache creation failed

Failed to create the cache. The system cannot find the specified file.

Not every flash drive can be used with ReadyBoost.  You must make sure that the flash drive is ReadyBoost compatible.

  • What resolution camera mode is used by the Flash Player camera settings manager

What the camera resolution is used by the camera Flash Player Settings Manager? I refer to adjustments of the device that you have to pull up with a right-click on a swf file in Flash Player that is currently running, and in the context menu, you click on settings... click on the camera... and then you can press the camera icon bit and will show you the video stream directly from the camera.

In order to view the live stream, Flash Player asks a camera resolution mode the driver. This mode is requested?

For example, it would be 160 x 120 @ 30 frames per second?

    Or is it of 176 x 144 @ 30 frames per second?

    http://www.Macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/help04.html#117113

So so the default would be 160 x 120 according to the AS3 API Reference

We use a Hauppauge camera driver and the test live stream is empty in this dialog box settings of Adobe Flash Player. While we try to coordinate with Hauppauge to add support for their driver of the camera so that the dialog box settings of Flash Player can preview correctly the supply unit.

  • I recently installed the Flash Player version 14.0, but it cannot locate on my computer (Mac OS x 10.6).

  • Uses the automatic update to the Flash Player security? It is installed in system preferences on my Mac

    Hello-

One day I noticed that there is an icon on my MacBook Pro to Adobe Flash on the bottom of the system of preferences.  I have never seen this, and I had ben using Flash for a long time and be updated regularly.

He recently told me that there is a newer version.  I have it did not install it because I have so many problems with the display of Flash video on Web sites.  I have a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 10.6.8.  I use Safari 5.1.5 later, AFAIK.

By using this automatic update for Flash (there are actually several tabs when I click on the Adobe not only the Update icon) in the Advanced tab of the Flash Player icon is there special things I need to do if I click Yes updated?  should I close all the windows, applications, Safari?  do a restart?  I'm debating if I should do a clean install, wipe all Flash Player on Mac and simply install the latest version rather then let update install the latest version, I think it's 11.2.202.228.  I currently have 11.1.102.64 with a bunch of graphical issues.

    Thanks for any help.

  • questions of full screen using the Flash Player 11 to watch online

I have the version 10.2.152.32 of flash player installed on windows 7 (64-bit)

various Web sites such as facebook tell me to watch the videos that I have to install the latest version. I can install the latest version without problem but then when you watch videos, specifically 4oD there is no prohibition to change popout or modes full screen. This isn't a problem on version 10, is there something I can do to make it compatible or is there a way I can get version 10 to run on facebook and other sites that tell me I need to upgrade?

I just give the site 4oD a try (using this link) with the last runtime and I see the the slider, deployable and buttons full screen.  I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome.  Could you try to do a clean install and try again?

How to do a clean install of the Flash Player?

    Thank you

  • Used to install Flash Player - said the Flash Player Settings Manager is open

I can't install Flash Player on my Win7 64 bit PC. When you run the installation from the download page, I just get the error 'failed to install - unknown error. "If I run the installation of the stand-alone installer I get the message"Open Flash Player Settings Manager"and an"exit"button

I don't know what is the Flash Player Settings Manager or where to find it. It seems certainly not 'open', anywhere where I can see.

There was a discussion on this topic. The solution that many people found useful is:

    1. look for the "FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl" file in the following folders:

    On systems 32 - bits, C:\Windows\system32

    On 64 - bits, C:\Windows\syswow64 systems

    2 delete this file.

If you do not have permission to remove the same, use a third party application like Unlocker. (http://www.emptyloop.com/unlocker/)

    3. try to install or uninstall.

    Thank you

  • The file that is saved or used by a third party through the Flash Player Plugin disappears when I close firefox?

    My settings in Firefox are:
Indicate the sites I want to be the subject of a follow-up.
    Clear history of Firefox closing.
Keep Cookies until Firefox is closed, and
Warn me when Web sites try to install add-ons.

Flash player and Adobe Air are not installed, but I have in the game from the Flash drive to make me reject the third-party application and I simply live with not having access to the videos.
If the third file is deleted when I close firefox so I would like to install Flash player after isolate my personal files from the third party.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know that Firefox can or removes it Flash "local storage objects", which is the kind of storage of the data of the Flash Player asks questions on. There is an add-on for this, so I suspect that this is not automatic:

  • The flash player license agreement: you must be * laughing at me!

After going through this experience each update, which only gets worse every time, I am now convinced that the only people using Adobe Flash Player are liars.

Yes, liars. Because to install each update, we must check a box that says that we have read and understood the license agreement of the Flash Player. And what happens when an honest person trying to meet this requirement?

By clicking on the link takes you to a Web site. Ok. But you can't see it because your view is obscured by the installation of flash player window that has an always-on-top property. At this point, my opinion of Adobe is already in the toilet. But wait, it's even worse!

You go to a page that contains a ridiculous number of links without any indication of those that you must accept. Of course, there is one who says Adobe Flash Player (several in fact), but there are also general terms of use, policies... should accept us these institutions? Do we not have to consent to the entire page of value of licences? How the hell is someone supposed to know?

Since we don't know, let's just assume that one scored Adobe Flash Player is the only one. Now, us open and guess what? It's in a PDF file. So we cannot read unless we agree to the terms of another product. So who brandished in court then heaven help us.

Now, let's say that we have a reader of PDF from another source and it is somehow able to open the file. Guess what, it is 304 pages long! That does not include other documents that it references. Better yet, it starts in Arabic and who knows how many other languages all pile into the same PDF file and no way of knowing where English is without scrolling the huge document, which technically we agree that we understood in its entirety, which is basically impossible because no one knows really all of these languages, then How could they really know what they read? Those who do know all those languages must do more productive things with their time searching this garbage every time Adobe patched their next gaping security hole.

Even if I did read and understand all of this, is it possible to know what the parties has changed since the last update? No, you have to read it all again everytime. The probability that someone is doing it is zero. Now, you're training users to click through agreements without read or understand them then and lie to this topic. I'm tired of going through this every Adobe update. This is it. Good bye.

The folly of trying to read the Adobe Flash Player license agreement

    Thanks for the comments.

  • I have an old PC and delete the Flash Player!

I use Windows XP 5.1.2600 Home build 2600 Service Pack 3 and I use IE 8 8.0.6001.187021S, build 86001.  I kept getting the upgrade notice, but when I tried to install them I was told that I don't have the stuff in my computer to upgrade.  I'm tired of the view, so last night, I deleted the Flash Player and thought I was only Delete version 10.3 but now I have no Flash Player at all.  I checked in C:\windows\system32\macroxxx\flash and what is now two install logs, not files.  I've looked everywhere I can think of look and cannot find a place to reinstall a version that works with my computer.  It's old like I'm old and please, I don't want to have to buy everything new and start over.  Can someone tell me where and how to get a full version of Flash Player that works with what I have?

The latest version of Flash Player should work just fine on your computer.  I don't know what happened when you tried to install it.

    Try the following

  • Blocking the Flash player module applications OSX 10.9.2; Firefox SafeMode (28.0) did not help. Re-installed Flash, rebooted, no luck. Any ideas?

Flash has stopped working the same day where Norton anti-virus [version 10.6 (26)] has pointed out, "blocked." "(attaque Web: Angler Exploit kit Flash Télécharger 4)" I guess that means that the malicious software was not installed; so perhaps only a coincidence.

The youtube HTML5 video referenced on the Mozilla site, "Amazing Roger Federer trickshot on Gillette ad shoot", works very well. The non-HTML5 version says the flash player crashed. Game site, bubbleshooter.com no longer works.

Convenience store plugin installed. I tried Firefox Safe mode, no help. Safari browser has flash player crash. Cannot find out how to disable hardware acceleration, because the player never appears in the browser so that I can right-click on it.

Any help with this would be appreciated!

    Hello

    Recently upgrade Flash 12-13?

There have been problems reported with the 13.0.0.182 version of the Flash plugin crashing on some old Mac computers by the compiler to generate incompatible codes.

The only way to recover is to uninstall the version of Flash 13 and return to an older version of Flash and wait for Adobe to release an update that resolves this problem.

You can install the latest version of Flash 11.7 has the latest security updates (does not work with Safari) or the latest version of Flash 12 who did not get updates of security Flash 13A.

Adobe Community: ATTENTION CLIENTS MAC - Flash Player 13 'Plugin Failure' workaround:

  • Install the flash player and he stopped to go out safari but not safari was opened, what should I do?

    Cannot install the flash player.

Closure of the Safari window was not out of Safari.  Launch Safari and choose Safari > Quit Safari to the upper left of the screen.

If this does not work, restart, and then run the Setup program that you have already downloaded.

  • I have a MacBook Pro. I can't install the Flash Player updates. Help!

I can't install the Flash Player updates.  Every time I try, I get an error message that says that the installation will not be interrupted; until I closed Safari.  Well, when I left Safari, then press Retry. I get an error message indicating that installation cannot arrive at this time.  I don't want my exposed computer, due to having an outdated version.  I need help.

You must close the Safari, not only the window of the browser process.

  • How to block all the videos and ads on all the site as how it is when it shows the gray screen when the flash player needs to be updated

Hi there please help me. I didn't have this problem until two days ago when the browser updated itself. I have the youtube video downloader add on and always use it. I'm on a data plan and it used to block videos and add ads which I like, but now is not because of the update, I came back to the old version, but it did not help and I downloaded the flash but block it does not work. It makes the slow loading of pages and uses a large amount of data that I tried many things like all the plugins of switching to add it on the menu to activate ever and it doesn't quite work. Before it used to show the gray screen, where it says "the flash player is out of date" on videos and commercials, but he does not do this because of the update so please help me to do it again.

I solved. On the firefox support page they will give you information about the HTML5 player and they say there that firefox uses it only 38 version before so I'm 36 version and it worked in blocking it as before.

So its all sort and if everyone wants to do the same thing go to https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ and all previous versions will be there.
