Flex 2.0.1 language reference missing

Where can I download the livedocs or view the html livedocs for Flex 2.0.1 language reference?  All the links on Adobe.com/macromedia.com seem to be broken.  Our client is using SAP Crystal Xcelsius and Flex 2 to work needed.

You will find all other documentation on Flex 2 except the Flex 2 language reference Guide...

Here you go: http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/201/Flex_201_Docs.zip

FYI, I got this from http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/201/

  • Display of stand-alone ActionScript 3.0 language reference works do not

    I am unable to see the majority of the standalone downloadable version of the ActionScript 3.0 language reference.

    The document in question: http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/ActionScript/3/standalone.zip

    (link caught in http://www.adobe.com/devnet/actionscript/references.html()

    To replicate:

    1) download the file of http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/standalone.zip.

    (2) expand the zip file, open the folder that results and open the index.html document in your web browser.

    (3) choose any filter link you want from the options on this page. Note that packet filters and the class in the header display constantly "getting data from server...". »

    4) click the Classes link in the header at the top.

    Result: The list of class displays only momentarily, and then mask completely.

    It would be great if there was a way around the filters entirely. There seems to be several missing items in the download, for example en_US/shared/ahpods/AHPod.js.

    I'd settle for a PDF of all-in-one of the reference.

  • Language bar missing from the taskbar

    My tongue is MIA. I have at least 5 languages installed and I followed all the directions and I checked the forums, but it is still missing! I find it very frustrating because I want to type in Japanese, and Farsi, and I need the toolbar to do this.

    This is the standard procedure:

    If the language bar is not listed in the menu toolbars, you do not have many input languages installed on your computer. You must add other languages using region and language in Control Panel.

    Follow the steps mentioned below to add an input language:

    1. open region and language by clicking on the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking clock, language, and region, click the region and language.
    2. click on the keyboards and languages tab and then click on change keyboards.
    3. under installed services, click Add.
    4. double-click on the language that you want to add, double-click keyboard, select the text services options you want to add and then click OK.

    Q: I have added several languages (British English, simplified Chinese, Japanese), language bar still did not appear on the taskbar

    If you don't see the language bar, right-click the taskbar, point to toolbars, and then click Language bar. For more information about the language bar, see the article below for more information:

    Q: someone else has solved this problem by changing the settings for the language of 'hidden' bar "anchorage in the taskbar. Mine has never hidden, but I've changed and changed back--nothing happened! In fact, I know more actually never saw the language bar! Someone please help!

    Try the following:
    -Open the control panel
    -Go to regional and Language Options
    -Open the languages tab, click Details
    -Go to advanced, make sure that the 2 boxes are unchecked (uncheck them if they are selected).
    -Open the settings tab and click on the language bar
    -Check the box: show the language bar on the desktop
    -Confirm with OK.

    2: -.
    The language bar appears only if the profiles are two or several keyboard installed

    To install a different keyboard layout, is in

    "Control Panel" > "Regional and Language Options" then in the "Languages" tab, then click on "Details".

    You can click on 'Add' and select a profile keyboard, one, for example "French (Belgium)" or 'French (Canada)' and then click 'Apply' and the language bar is displayed next to your clock.

    Otherwise, if you use a keyboard layout, the language bar disappears and is only used to change the layout of the keyboard.

    3: -.
    To display the language bar (using Classic view in Control Panel):

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click regional and
    Language options.
    2. in the tab, under text services and input languages, click
    Details.
    3. under preferences, click Language bar.
    4. Select the show the language bar on the desktop check box.

    4: -.

    goto Control Panel > language options > keyboard and language options > change keyboard > language bar (second tab) > select integrated in the taskbar

  • all the input languages are missing

    We use a Swedish keyboard on our computer at home. This morning after that start the input replaced by which language seems to be an English keyboard layout (although I'm not sure).
    When I go to the control panel and in the region and the language, I select the keyboards and languages tab. From there, I click on «Change keyboards...» ».
    The default input language is empty and installed services. When I click on "Add..." ", the list of languages is completely empty, so I can't add any language at all.
    I guess some file is probably corrupted, but I have no idea on how to restore or replace it. Help, please!
    I found a solution. There was a file in the Windows registry that was missing:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts
    The entries appear to contain information on which dll files contain different keyboard layouts.
    I copied it from another computer and now it works again!
  • The PL - SQL Oracle 11.2 language - reference NOCOPY example 8-17

    Hello

    Here is the Oracle PL/SQL reference, page 8-19:
    In Example 8–17, the procedure has an IN OUT NOCOPY formal parameter, to which it assigns the value 'aardvark'.
    The anonymous block assigns the value 'aardwolf' to a global variable and then passes the global variable to the procedure.
    If the compiler obeys the NOCOPY hint, then the final value of the global variable is 'aardvark'.
    If the compiler ignores the NOCOPY hint, then the final value of the global variable is 'aardwolf'.

    DECLARE
        TYPE Definition IS RECORD (word VARCHAR2(20),meaning VARCHAR2(200));
        TYPE Dictionary IS VARRAY(2000) OF Definition;

        DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(lexicon(1).word);
    END;

    I'm confused. I would expect the output to aardvark regardless if NOCOPY was met or not. To test this, I removed the NOCOPY indicator and as expected, the result was the same. Of course, it should
    be the same, because you say: "I'll send you a variable that you can modify within the program, so I expect the actual parameter passed to reflect this change outside the program.

  • Flex locale files, add languages like Welsh

    Hi all.

    Being a Welsh man and try to create a small flex application that I intend to allow the user to change his language that I encountered a problem adding additional languages.

    I can add English, French, Spanish, etc., because in the following directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4\sdks\4.1.0\frameworks\locale

    I have a number of different languages.

    I then created the customStrings.properties files so that I can create my own terms.  In my application I can give a label the following text attribute

    {resourceManager.getString ('customStrings', 'helloWorld')}

    Who looks at my customStrings file and check the hellowWorld tag, then prints the relevant Word.

    My problem is when I want to add languages such as Welsh who does not appear in the directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder from 4\sdks\4.1.0\frameworks\locale.

    Is it possible to create a local standard file here so I can add files of languages for the Welsh etc?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

    To add another language to the SDK, you must use the application "copylocal" in the directory of the sdk in the \bin directory.

    You must duplicate the regional settings and create your local in the sdk, for example: bin\copylocal we_WE en_US and add the local project configuration file.

    You can find the details here: http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=l10n_1.html

  • XPath query language reference

    Apart from the three examples just in the 11 g Guide and the B2B Tech Note No. 011, is there a reference available for the XPath query language used by B2B? Is is possible to use complex XPath queries in Doc B2B definitions?

    B2B support W3C X-path which is an international standard for querying XML. As far as I KNOW, it does not support PXPATH. Contact the Oracle Support for formal confirmation.

    I think it's maybe because I have this tag:

    < mx:HTTPService id = 'login_user' result = "checkLogin (event)" method = "POST" url ="' http://localhost/php/plum_tree/loginId.php ' useProxy ="false">"

    in the mxml file * if I take this outside and the click event code that calls checkLogin (event) there is no error.)

    and this tag:

    Import mx.rpc.http.HTTPService;

    in a .as file that is called from my mxml file.

    SEE YOU SOON

    Flex provides two classes of HTTPService in the mx.rpc.http.HTTPService and the other is mx.rpc.http.mxml.HTTPService. mx.rpc.http.mxml.HTTPService is a subclass of mx.rpc.http.HTTPService.
    Discover the language reference Flex for the differences between these two classes.

    That your code uses both HTTPService classes, there is ambiguity.
    There are two solutions to your problem. If you want to use the mx.rpc.http.HTTPService then change your code as below.
    private var gateway: HTTPService = new HTTPService();
    TO
    private var gateway:mx.rpc.http.HTTPService = new mx.rpc.http.HTTPService ();

    or
    Just use mx.rpc.http.mxml.HTTPService in both places.

    I hope this helps.
