• How can I keep the zeros before a value?

  Hi guys

  I'm afraid that it will be the first in a series of question that I fall into my first complex program. So far, I've only done small scale, but it is heavier.

  The program will be a series of test for 10 circuits connected in 1 Panel. Each circuit have their own user serialnumber must enter in my program.

  Serial number have a first letter (A = year 2010, B = year 2011 and so forth). After that, there is a five-digit number.

  Example: A00001, A00002, A00003... etc.

  Because there are 10 serialnumbers I would like that the user inputs the first serial number: A00001. Then my program automatically increments the serial number of 1 for each circuit. Given that the letter is changed each year I put it as text to the left of the digital control, if the user only need to enter "00001".

  My program increment the serial number correctly and I can see the serial number for each circuit. The only problem is:

  User input: 00001

  SN1: 00001

  SN2: 00002

  ....

  SN10: 00010

  What I see:

  User input: 00001 (turns into 1)

  SN1: 1

  SN2: 2

  ....

  SN10: 10

  LabVIEW removes my zeros to the left of the value. Ways to change this? I tried to change the DBL to i32 or u32. I only managed to get the zeros «,»

  I could probably do any input string, but then I can't increment then user must enter 10 serialnumbers. Where I work, it is very important that the testcrew uses as few times as possible test.

  Just give Format string like '04D %' in numerical order-> advanced editing mode.

  I can't get the start menu to show all the programs that I recently closed, and this under the items added in the start menu, it shows the item titled my recent documents. I like being able to click on the Start button and see what I have recently been in programs.

  What you specify is called list of the UPM (most frequently used programs list). The MFU list appears under the list of favorites on the Startmenu. This list tracks the frequency programs are used and displays them in order of the most used (on top) to least used (bottom).
  What exactly is your problem? This list is not displayed any program? or it shows some programs that have been used but does not add new programs to the list?
  Possible solutions:

  1.right - click on the Start Menu and select Properties. Under the Start Menu tab, click the Customize button. under the tab general , in the program section to ensure that the 'number of programs at startup' is not set to 0. If your required number is already set, then clear the list by clicking the clear list button. Now open some of your programs and check if the MFU list now programs or not.

  2. If she has not worked for you, so now you need to check your registry settings

• Saitek x 52 not detected by the driver install program

  I have a Saitek x 52 flight control system that will not install the drivers for Saitek, the soft micro drivers install instead.  The software program for the flight control system, without the driver from Saitek will not find the 52 x. I tested the x 52 on a Windows 7 machine and run the driver installation program and the drivers are properly installed. In turn the software program then works on the machine win 7. What is the installation ran same driver on win machine 8 software it stalls out and fails to complete the installation. I tried to install it as an administrator, download the latest drivers and software from Saitek programming, ask customer support assistance, that all Saitek these have had no positive results. It seems that the driver installation program fails to find the x 52. The 52 x appears in the Device Manager you. Other than downgrading the OS to win7 I don't know what to do.

• No visible video in the source or program windows - first Pro CC 2014 8.2.0

  I've just updated for first Pro CC 2014 version 8.2.0, and now no matter what I try, no video is visible in the source or program window.  I used 8.0.0 with no problems (at least not this one), but was forced to update to open the calendar of a customer.  I was having exactly the same problem with the update 8.1 a few months ago and has been forced to downgrade to 8.0.0 to see my video.

  It doesn't matter what is the codec, or if it is an image file, bars and tone or a title rendered in first.  Nothing.  If I play or rub I hear audio, video, not at all.

  It really blows that a project saved to 8.2 will not be open to 8.0.  They are the two Premiere Pro CC 2014.

  Looks like it has something to do with my video card, because when I resize the Windows I'm presented with a bunch of flight of the vertical blue lines.

  I'm on a 2012 bicoeur Mac Pro with OS 10.9.5, ATI Radeon HD 5870 video card stock.

  I looked first preferences to see if there is some kind of active Accelerator GPU or something, but I don't see anything like that.  Anywhere else that I can look at?

  It is a big problem.  I pay $50 / month for this?

  Okay, I found the problem.  My project settings had failed in the Mercury Playback Engine acceleration GPU (Open CL).  I guess that ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024 MB card is not compatible with this, so go to the option of read only software resolved the problem.

  Archive messages or move them to some other local mailboxes or mailboxes on the server. Don't know what you are trying to do because it appears that you have 2/3 of your hard disk.

  Try this:

  Repair the hard drive and permissions - El Capitan

  HD recovery start:

  Restart the computer and after the buzzer, press on and hold down the COMMAND and R until the menu screen appears.

  Repair

  When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar... If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then re-run first aid until no errors are reported. Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu. Select restart from the Apple menu.

  Download OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 Combo Update and reinstall.
