• Cannot add layer markers on the fly with Mac laptop

  I tried to figure this out for hours now! I'm on a Mac laptop Intel Core 2 Duo running 10.5.6. I use After Effects CS3 Professional. All I want to do is RAM preview audio file from within a composition and Add layer markers on the fly. Apparently, it's easy with your desktop using the keypad. I remapped the shortcut in the preferences text file so that "Add a reference" is now F12 - nice and easy! (and no, this is not in conflict with the dashboard OS shortcut - I disabled that). Anyway, I tried a number of other institutions. The problem is, no matter that the shortcut, when I try to add the guide layer with the shortcut, the file stops playing! So annoying! I want to add a number of landmarks of layer timed to the rhythm, but whenever I do damned RAM Preview stops! I can't mark important points in the composition! Any help would be appreciated...

  Laptops don't usually not all the features of the chipset office corresponding, and only implement a few paltry laptops have upgradeable graphics.   In my view, it is not so easy to find the stolen laptop. AFAIK, the laptop can be tracked by MAC address (a unique identifier assigned to most network adapters or cards (NIC) network interface when you are connected to the Internet. But there are a lot of software, those can hide the real MAC address with a trick.

  I think the best solution is to be attentive and not allowing it to fly.

• Mysteriously some 150 songs + if is presented as a playlist on my Windows Media Player without getting anything to create playlist, even if my kitten had passed through the keyboard of my laptop not too long ago.

  First of all - it is unlikely that anyone (thief or innocent victim after the flight) would affect in any way.

  Secondly - has no way to connect than installing Windows.  The laptop came with the edition / version of Windows it has pre-installed on it?  If so, it is unlikely that you were never use the product key you * may * have recorded off the coast of the sticker on the laptop in all cases - declaration of product key for having turned it off would be almost useless (it will probably never be used in reality.)

  In what other way did you think the 'right to use' license you to Windows has been attached to you?  If it came with the computer, he was attached to the computer.  If you have the serial number of the computer and a receipt to link this serial number you - maybe you can prove this system and usage of Windows right is yours - but if windows came pre-installed, your right to use this particular Windows license was related to this specific computer (OEM licenses, etc.)  You can't take this right to use this license anywhere else, even if it was stolen.

  Thank you very much for answering. I managed to settle the question, not that I know what it is. This is the only laptop among the many features that I sync with mail Outlook.com. I ended up going in the settings of the Mail application, off 'Synch Mail' and then I went back in the settings and turned on Synch Mail.

  Email stuck in my Outbox sent immediately and new messages have arrived. FIX :-)

  Some people do not like the Windows Mail application (it may not meet their most demanding needs), but I like it. I rarely use my MS Outlook more as it seems very small and crowded, by comparison. I love getting the full screen on my laptop to see what I just want to see, without toolbars and taskbars fly screen real estate.

  I have the CS4 Suite of Design on 2 macbooks. While traveling abroad, I have my stolen laptop.  I bought a new macbook and I installed CS4 on it. I read that you can disable and re-enable in order to see the serial number, so I can put it on a new.  I have 2 questions:

  1. is it possible to disable remote a fly?  Unfortunately, there no record... I know! I should have, but I did not...

  2. when I turn off and turn on the laptop I still, it does not show the serial number.  I have disable and close.  When it reopens it does not show the screen of the option with the serial number.  Photoshop POP just straight up.

  On Windows, there are a number of free programs that can be used to retrieve the serial numbers of the installed programs.  Maybe you can try to find (Google) if there are similar programs for the Mac?

  I'm doing the repair of computers as a hobby of sorts and I recently had an inspiron 5720 to work on. After a few edits, that I have determined that the BIOS chip is bad, as if the laptop turns off then it takes repeated attempts to anything other than once the bios loads and get you into windows you are fine. Well the good guy gave it to me because I do so much work for him and I really like it, but I soon discovered the empty hard drive Bay, and how I couldn't use it and why (because the 5720 and 7720 use the same chassis). Well now, I want the 7720 and graphics from nvidia with the 2nd hard drive and I was wondering if I could buy a motherboard 7720 and put it in my case 5720. Can I do it? It will be just ' drag right into ' or will there be unforeseen problems? Someone at - it atteppted this? Any information would be appreciated.

  I'm glad that someone finally posted this info. I'm trying to return my board 7720 first because she would not engage in my 5720. I was hoping, and sure enough it's a bad Council 7720. Now I'm almost certain. Have you ever done 3D or 3D work? I wonder if it will fly on the screen of 5720 because there is a difference. Any other e advice?   Not sure what you mean by "display port"...  The dock connector of the original iPod (2001) is a FireWire port.  You really have an original 1st gen iPod, with a (not key or click) scroll wheel that physically turns a circle?  Looks like this

  

  If so, it can connect to a computer equipped with a FireWire port .  To do this, not to connect to a USB port.  There are "scam" products that claim to be a USB-to-FireWire adapter cable, but they don't work; they can even cause damage to the iPod if used.  FireWire and USB work very differently (and even use different power supply voltages); You cannot connect them just by changing the shape of the connector.
