HP elite book 8770 laptop: HP do not have the parts to fix my computer

HP had my laptop now for weeks now, I told them I need it within two weeks of work, they sent to Poland to be fixed, they now say that for the last week, they knew that they do not have the parts, they want to now send him to the United Kingdom, where they do have the parts either, I told him We need to replace my computer with an equivalent, but they will not, even though I know that it is within their ability, they left me without a computer to work. I needed to today and the girl who is dealing with that Heavenly always does not know if she can get the parts. If she decided to replace my computer with the equivalent G3 17 Zbook I here tomorrow and everything will be resolved. However Celeste decided to not do this and rather let my company paralyzed. I am seriously considering legal action, as it has suggested to go and buy another computer of backup or wait up to two months to get a replacement. It's insulting and unacceptable! Apparently, this has been the general contractor! HP have totally me screwed above, I don't know what to do then, they don't really seem to care. Someone in HP has the ability to sort a replacement please because I can't wait any longer. Help, please!

Well I just talked to heavenly once again, she is gently to get the parts for me but still had a chance to make them. She said Poland has not and that my best chance is for them to fly to the United Kingdom and see if they have, if they do not, then I have to wait while they are looking for from the world for a new motherboard with a graphic vga output that works, that will be fit in my machine which has no HP. I was told that this research can continue until I waited two months in purgatory.
From the sounds of it, I now think there is more chance of hell freezing as this getting sorted in time.
HP simply is not ready to replace my computer with an equivalent, even if I did nothing wrong. Just, I don't understand why an equivalent replacement can not be sent tomorrow if the parties are unable to come and they know but do not want to admit the fault.
I need HP to set their act pronto because their actions are harmful to my business.
I'll have a verdict at the end of the day, hopefully, as I heard whether the United Kingdom has the parts that, if they do, then why these unverified things were the first? Why could they not be set in the United Kingdom
If they do not have them then what?

And I'm scared, that they intend to continue for a month, even if they cannot get the parts, rather than sorting.

I don't know what to do?
My pleas fall on the deaf ears and hands are tied!
I feel doomed.

    Contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it

    You will need to either buy a version authentic retail Windows XP, with its key sales, to a true scource or visit the site of laptop manufacturers, support for your model and see what versions of win are taken care of, then buy a commercial version of this o/s.

    The key on the base of the laptop is the recovery key that requires that the recovery disks provided by the manufacturer.

    You could phone manufacturers to support to see if they have the origonal recovery cd send you, for which it maybe a small fee.

    Probably no disk came with it. Instead, you have a recovery partition.

    What version of Windows?  You can change the DPI on Windows XP but right click on your desktop, choose Properties, selecting the tab settings, clicking on advanced and change the dropdown to DPI.  Other versions of Windows have similar steps.

    The issue started about a week and a half.

    I tried the trouble shooting means administrator delivers online and errors of permissions and found a lot to suggest you to use the button "Run as Administrator" or take possession of the utility - I've tried both, and given my total control of the main account all executable applications.

    The error message reads "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You can not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

    I'm 99% sure that it is not a problem with the access to the track, because I unblocked the account administrator on this computer and can access all good from there.

    I feel like the last thing I before the problem started to install Yahoo! Widgets, but I installed several programs in the last two weeks to update my laptop and it to mold to my needs and wants.

    Dell Inspiron 1520, bought in 2007
    Windows Vista Home Edition SP 2
    32-bit operating system

    It seems that the user account is corrupted, everything works fine with the default Administrator account.

    I suggest you to create another account administrator and test.

    As long as it is not the same key that you used on your laptop, then try the phone activation.
