  OK, it works, in case anyone has the same problem, here's what I did:

  I do not know what has really solved the problem, because after having tested a lot of things, I de - and reinstalled indesign cc and then it worked perfectly.

  Shere is a list of the things I tried.

  -J' have-then reinstalled 3 times between steps

  -J' removed all the other indesign versions that were on my computer (left iD cs4 in my application package which could have confused the installation program)

  -I did this to disable "admin" to block my update. And it worked. but instead of the 'mistakes' admin, another error comes up that told me that the update was not made for my version (it was made for my version, I checked a few times) disable auto update | Application manager | COMPUTER administrators

  -J' copied (a version of the work with the update) files from another computer to mine. (but after that I have of/reinstalled, if these files are gone again)

  -After the last of / reinstall I donloaded the patch again and suddenly it worked.

  I'm not sure what step really helped solve the problem, but I hope that this post will help anyone who is also stuck there.

  I'm sure that the only way to proceed is to make a free portfolio for all the world in your new application of muli-folio. There is no way to match the records of the purchase of an application with a new application that contains a folio.

  I used the setup of "Custom tabbed view" in the Configurator DPS to create a custom showcase. I've been customize files still manually and I'm looking for some suggestions on creating manual links in the html code to the different elements within the app - more precisely:

  1. What method should be used to create a link to the image of the banner to target one of the tabs? or to target one of the tabs AND start a folio download this tab?

  Should created using CS5.5 folio overlays be recreated when you change the file for a version of CS6? For example, a floating frame is created in the file/folio Indesign using Indesign CS5.5. Then later, the file is opened and still saved after CS6 is now used - it is saved for CS6, 5.5 is no longer. V27 is used for DPS. Thank you.

• Rounded corners do not work in Folio overlay "pan & zoom".

  Concise problem statement:

  Using InDesign CS 6 V 8.0.9

  with DPS 12.3.3.20120911_m_699825

  8.0.9.23

  When you use the "pan & zoom" Folio overlay feature rounded corners do not work correctly on the sidebar content. Instead the image inside the frame "pan & zoom" spills out the rounded edge creating a bad time for those who like rounded corners and rounded corners are ignored...

  Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1 place an image on the stage, select a rectangular frame and click on the yellow box.

  2. set the rays of all the four corners together or a corner, is okay, as long as at least one of the corners are round.

  3. place oversized inside the box content, select the container with rounded corners and turn ON the overlay of Folio "pan & zoom".

  Results:

  When you test the document the corners rounded initially seems to work; However, after the activation of the function "pan & zoom" with a click/touch content charging as expected, but spills outside soft rays of four corners.

• No option overlay for the ToolTip widget?

  It seems that there is no way to change order of overlap between different triggers and targets.

  I am trying to create a simple timeline in which I use the widget tool tip to reveal more info on historical figures. Triggers are the names of historical figures, and their areas of target text reveal more information about themselves on the passage of the mouse.

  The background screenshot shows the first person information popup box, but you will notice the problem with overlay - the popup is behind the trigger for the 2nd person. I looked in the layers panel - it allows me to rearrange the layers so that the target area is above the 2nd trigger. Is it possible to fix this?

  I don't want to make invisible triggers with the names and boxes of separate Visual elements (which could fix) - because they work together as buttons with different States.

  Help, please.

  If you run your magazine on iPad and iPhone, you can get the same problem as me (or you might have the solution).

  In the Android version, your folio which is usually for iPad from the beginning, can be opened natively on Android devices with black on both sides line, very well some clients that have not been compressed are happy to have a version on smartphones, even, that it is smaller and harder to read.

  But the size iPad folio can be read natively on the iPhone (any screen of 4s / 5s...).

  First of all, I was wondering why it may be ok on all android devices, I tried.

  And secondly what is the screen size I should do for the folio for iPhone version, all size because I tried, I found problems... never found the good screensize to export my foilo in the size of the screen of the iPhone/iPod. the only solution I found is to rebuild all of my InDesign pages and make the false black line in my documents... I guess that there is a solution much easier than this, and I really want to know!

  Don't know if this is the best way, but it worked for me

  I started with the ipad version. 1024x768px.

  Then, I created a new folio for the iphone version. 960 × 640px.

  I use the same content, but the layout, that I was forced to change to fit the smaller screen.

  I didn't have black edges in the iphone 5, so I created a new folio for 1136 x 640px.

  I use the same documents that were, but changed the size of the page in indesign and changed some of the layout.

• Can I give a customer a folio paying for free?

  One of our applications of multifolio got an interest of one of our other customers, and they want to show around various partners and internal staff, etc..

  We don't want them to have to pay for the folio, but we want to present as its own full version (not a developer version in the content viewer).

  We have a professional license DPS - is possible to allow free downloads for parts? If not, what would you season as the best way to do what we want to do?

  You can't do that with a licensed professional, and even with a license from the company, you would have to integrate to a direct custom server and do a lot of civil engineering works. Your only real option is to share and make them look in the Adobe Content Viewer.

• PDF Folios blurry for about 2 seconds

  My PDF on the ipad folio, shows fuzzy for about 2 seconds, and then he comes into focus. I need the PDF file so that the text is crisp, but is anyway to stop this blurryness doesn't happen? I noticed on the digital magazines and many other folio DPS, they are vector PDF files with no blurryness.

  When you publish, the tools check to make sure that all required files and fields are specified. The edition is to make publicly available folios. In this case, you click the preview options Horizontal and Vertical preview, then select jpg files.

• Do an overlay for first pro

  I'm really no experience with photoshop and I would enjoy the picture below and cut 3 video clips, so basically just get the black part of the image and then overlay that on top of 3 different cropped clips in first pro.

  Can someone tell me the best way to do it?  I really appreciate it!

  

  Start with a new document the size of the video to the format you change (1920 x 1080)? The rest depends on your version of Photoshop (which concerns the specific instructions)

  Double-click the icon of a padlock on the background layer to turn it off and reverse (Ctrl I)

  In the shape tools, find the Rectangle tool rounded and drag on the first window.  Give any color other than black.

  I'm trying to think how it is really easy, but I think that you have to use the following steps

  Make copies of the round rectangle (Ctrl j twice)

  Select three layers of rounded rectangle

  Select the entire canvas (Ctrl a)

  Select the move tool and in the options bar, find one click vertical centers alignment and horizontal alignment centers.  they must be perfectly centered now.

  Turn on leaders (Ctrl r) and drag a guide from the left rule and allow it to align with the center of the image.  You have to hover around the center guide, but it will break when in the right place.

  You must now focus the zero rule of this Guide.  Click in the square at the intersection of the two rulers, and then drag the Guide.  It will break when finished.

  Now, select the move tool and reposition the rectangles, rounded on the outside using the ruler at the top of the page to position them all too.
