  If the above is true, I would say that the deactivation of the side server redirects for mobile devices or contact your webhost for any response on this. Let me know how it goes!

  I found that simply removing the "/" in the FTP dialog under "host directory", your problem is solved. Apparently the Muse adds the ' / ' and if you have one in the dialog box, there will be two instead of a single responsible for the mistake. I'm not a technician and just discovered this fix.
