For Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium subscription activation failure

My Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium subscription license have a problem with activation, do not work, said who have connection problems.

My internet access is ok.

I tried (https://helpx.adobe.com/br/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) and the test of https://activate.Adobe.com/test address I get the follow error:

"Access denied."

This active.adobe.com address is used for active product by Adobe.

I tried a different internet links and the machines and got the same error.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Edson, kindly try to whitelist the site / the ports required by Adobe Creative Cloud in the link mentioned below.

Have you checked the hosts file?
