For Hiroto
Hi Hiroto,
To remove the badges in the responses of the CSA, I tried, in vain, to insert a single line of code in the new CSS 0.62, in my CSS classes (shown below) CSA. Because I do not wish to use the full 0, 62 - that works to remove the badges - I need to find the appropriate place to insert, if possible, just this one line of code in the CSS that I use.
game-status - level .expertise-tile {display: none! important ;}}
I tried to place, without comment, in any number of places in my current what CSA CSS, but I can't get to work. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
It seems that the line 116 of beginning in the 0.62, in this section.
/ * Pacify badges 0.62
These four lines, when uncommented, eliminate the display of the badges. Some or all of the lines are
tribute to. Each comment starts all the way to the left.

533 ========================
534
Narrow 535 is basically identical to the above screen browser except that it allows the sidebar
536 (filter column) in mode list be pushed downwards or to the broadband page layout to place the hand
537 column (column of the table) when the window is not wide enough. It is done by setting the margin on the left and
538 padding to the left of the main column to 0 and the setting max-width of the main column, which is currently 1019px.
539 accordingly, if the width of the window is less than 1265px (= 40 (left margin) + 1019 (main column) + 166
540 (sidebar colum) + 40 (right margin)), column of sidebar is pushed downwards or upwards depending on the document
order of the 541 tree. This set of rules is intended to be useful for normal narrow window whose width is in
542 rank CA. 700-1400px. It can be used for wider window as well, but there is no need to define the
543 max-width of the main column to move the sidebar column when the window is wide enough.

Hiroto, thanks a lot for your new CSS. There are a few things that I would try to change. First of all, for the thread list (for which I've used a more dark blue for content in fat-read), I find the text a bit too heavy and I wonder if you can suggest slightly lighter version of this and of course, where to go.
In addition, at least on my Mac, the response window goes too far out near the right edge of the screen, making reading sometimes a bit difficult. Perhaps you could offer a way to have a window a little narrower, more compact answers?
Update: figured out the first question. Line 400 game-go-details game-td-title hard {make-weight: 600! important ;}}

Question for Hiroto - css user
I redesigned the css for the Spanish and Portuguese CSA web site. I modified your css.
Here's what I came with:
Re: Style sheet for Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese CSA sites user
I have two questions:
(1) I want the 'P' in order to act as 'R' when the window is made narrower. See this web page. Make the windows smaller and larger to see 'P' and 'R' in action.
https://communities.Apple.com/pt/thread/4601
When I do the narrow window the letter P [issue] is scrolled off the right but the letter R [answer] does not work.
P's off to the left
P is visible
(2)
You remember what ASC Web page the effects of this code? I couldn't identify a use of this code.

Hello
Well, it took me some time to investigate the new presentation of 2016-06 of the ASC (Japanese, etc). It's really annoying...
You can find my current project CSS below. For better maintainablility, I made new CSS file derived from the previous one for 2014-06 format. Section of the DISPLAY OF THE WIRE CONTENT has been significantly redesigned. It may contain useless residues of the previous, because I have not yet cleaned up seriously.
Moreover, the Q brand in question is placed in a strange way, using the negative zone offset (left:-60px banner), which would be the reason why it behaves well in your settings.
Relevant rules in original CSS:
.j-thread #body-apple .j-thread-post section.j-original-message h1 { max-width: 860px; margin: 0px auto 30px; /* <-- left margin is auto, which may be problematic in variable width environment */ } .j-thread .jive-content .j-thread-post section.j-original-message h1 .q-marker { position: absolute; top: 0px; left: -60px; /* <-- negative box offset for left side */ font-size: 55px; font-weight: 200; line-height: 1em; }
which I adjusted it as follows:
.j-thread-post section.j-original-message h1 { max-width: inherit !important;; margin: 0px 60px 20px 60px !important;; } .j-original-message h1 .q-marker { left: -60px !important; font-size: 32px !important; }
---
Here's my project. Please feel free to change, adapt, and reuse what you see fit.

Hiroto, javascript fix of ASC.
Request: Copy page info movement to above the question.
I saw a post you had written little JavaScript for injection in a page of ASC via GreaseMonkey. I use Firefox 47.0 as my web browser.
I was wonder if you wanted to write JavaScript a little more.
On a multi-page publication, it's a big pain to have to scroll to the bottom, so you can switch to the next or last page. I was hoping you might be able to copy this info over the question. I rather it be copied then moved, but the approach is better than letting the news of movement were it is.
To be clear, this is the stuff I want to copied.
If the thread is a page, an indication should be placed there instead. an only "page,"page 1 of 1"etc.
Thanks in advance,
R
PS. Maybe this could be done via css. Move the relative place changed to another.
Hello
The easiest would be to locate the browser of paging to the upper right of the port view by CSS.
The following will move the first browser of paging to the upper right of the Harbor View screen. It will stay there and can be annoying in another sense, though.
@-moz-document domain(communities.apple.com), domain(discussions.apple.com), domain(discussionsjapan.apple.com), domain(discussionskorea.apple.com), domain(discussionschinese.apple.com) { @media screen { .j-thread .jive-thread-messages .j-pagination:first-child { position: fixed !important; top: -30px !important; right: 0px !important; } } }
In regards to the javascript solution, it would be possible, but not easy. Not enough time for that time to spare...
Good luck

Hiroto, body * is too "fat".
I came across a problem with bold. I was in the zone of seizure and put in bold was not working. I looked at the generated html code. The < strong > tag was there. Looking into the Inspector, I noticed that the strong tag has been removed. Followed the problem of "police-weight: inherit! important; ». When I commented on this point, bold is back.
I know that the CSA has a lot of style = "" elements. " What you were trying to do with the body * {make-weight: inherit! important ;}?} What do you think would be the best thing. I added a hack to get the strong back on.
body * { /* font-size: inherit !important; */ font-weight: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important; }
Hello rccharles,
Thank you for this comment. As a careful person of plain text, I forgot this side effect on type face "BOLD" to the user is from.
The reason why I put the world dominant rule for font is to prevent the site from weight light police here and there causing massive eyestrain. To see the main effect of the rule, try to disable it and watch what happens.
I really wish there was something like 'min-font-weight' attribute in CSS. Short, my workaround would be basically the same as yours, which is to add a special rule for element < strong >. For example,.
body { font-size: 16px !important; font-weight: 400 !important; line-height: 1.25 !important; } body * { font-weight: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important; } strong { font-weight: 600 !important; }
All the best,
Hiroto

Phone number not an option for iMessage on iPad mini
Hello
So my ID Apple was recently hacked and had to change my password on all my devices (iPhone 6 and mini iPad). But now that I changed, my iMessage works well for my iPhone, but on my iPad, I have no option to choose my phone number. I tried to reset iMessage, reset my iPad, everything. Now I'm curious to know why, that's happened what else I can do for an option again.
Thanks in advance for helping me!
To go through all these steps?
Use continuity to connect to your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Apple Watch - Apple Support
Use this feature with any Mac, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that satisfies the requirements of continuity system. Make sure that your devices are configured as follows:
- Each device is connected to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
- On iPhone, go to settings > Messages > Send and receive. Make sure the Apple ID at the top of the screen is the same Apple ID you use for iMessage on other devices. Add a check to your address, phone number, so that you can be reached by both iMessage. Do the same on your iPad or iPod touch.
- On iPhone, go to settings > Messages > transfer, text messages, then choose which devices to send and receive text messages from the iPhone. A verification code and then on each device. Enter this code on your iPhone.
- On Mac, open Messages, and then choose message > Preferences. Click accounts, and then select your account from iMessage. Make sure the Apple ID shown here is the same Apple ID you use on other devices. Add a control to your phone number and email address.
Use the SMS and MMS messaging
To use this feature, simply start conversations as usual in the Messages application on any of your devices. Alternatively, you can start a conversation by clicking a phone number in Safari, Contacts, calendar, or other applications detecting phone numbers. All your incoming and outgoing messages on all your devices.

I need to buy new RAM for my iMac mid-2011. What are the specific specifications?
I have a mid-2011 iMac, 21.5 inches, with an Intel Core i5 to 2.7 GHz and 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 processor. What RAM memory should I buy? There are a lot of options with different specifications listed on Amazon, and none seems correct. Help, please! Thank you

Function numbers for dynamically on average over the last 30 cells
I am a trader and I have several months of data. I currently have a percentage of the sum of all the victories and defeats by currency pair. I want to create a function that retrieves the last 30 cells of data and creates a percentage I can compare it to the percentage of total victory.
The cells are empty, unless I have add data in either to the upper or lower row. 1 win and - 1 are losses. 0 means not configured.
Here's a full month with 20 data cells (cells max per month are 22) of trading days:
This is the current month:
I have 16 months of data with percentages of victory for all my data. As you see, I also have winning monthly winning percentages easily in the examples above (with a small division). I really, really want to compile data from the last 30 cells with data to create a winning percentage. It would be necessary to sometimes include 3 different lines of different months of data to create 30 cells with a number inside.
A friend used the COUNTIF command but I do not have it works for me.
If there is a different website to request this detail of the question please share that too.
Thanks in advance,
B
Hi Braddon,
It would be a pretty easy task if the data to be summed up in two columns from a single table and had no gaps, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Screenshots of two isolated sets of cells containing two rows (railway of) the data to be summarized, but give no indication where these data will be found in the document does not provide sufficient information to start to find a solution.
Where are the data stored? You say "data for each month." "Every month" is recorded on another table?... on a pair of rows of the same table different?
In the image (very vague) I, the factors of complications will gather data from a subset of continually changing several tables on multiple sheets and which specific cell contains the 30 most recent reference and is the one to start the harvest.
While a few details and clarifications.
Kind regards
Barry

Since the update for Sierra, contacts do not appear in Messages - just phone numbers.
Since the update for Sierra, Messages no longer displays Contact names - only phone numbers. No instructions on how to remedy this. Ideas?
Hello
Go into the Contacts application and ensure that it uses the same account synchronization like the iPhone and other devices you may be using.
Also check the part of the accounts of the Contacts application preferences and make sure that it's only using one account.

I resized the Partition Mac to make more space for BootCamp and now Windows will not boot
On a collague MacBook Air running 10.11.4, we used disk utility to reduce the Mac Partition so that we could then use a Windows tool to extend the BootCamp partition. However, upon restart, we got a BACK screen with the error that Windows cannot start because it cannot find the boot device.
Help, please?
This is not a mechanism supported by Apple to change the size of the Windows partition. Apple supports the remove/reinstall only.
We try to remedy. Please after the release of the following OSX Terminal commands.
diskutil list
Cs diskutil list
sudo TPG - vv - r see the/dev/disk0
sudo fdisk/dev/disk0
What is the model/year of the MBA? Please, do not post the serial number of your Mac. Orders 'sudo' will ask for your password.

Please I need help. If I buy another piece of 7plus and bring it in sri lanka or India my facetime work? or what? I'm totally confused plese answer me as fast as you can
FaceTime is forbidden by the law in Saudi Arabia and the UNITED Arab Emirates and is removed from iPhones sold in other countries of the Middle East, if they are used outside the country where they were originally sold. If you plan to use an iPhone outside the Middle East, then don't buy it in the Middle East. The one you bought there FaceTime was illegally imported from another region and sold it.
